Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种设计成以承载一种环状运输器表面的导向表面。它还涉及装配有所述导向表面的带式或板条式(batten-type)运输器。
背景技术
散装产品从一地运送到另一地可以用不同的装置实施,该装置的选择取决于诸如运送的距离、单位时间运送的容量等不同的参数。
对于散装的产品,一种是主要类似于环状螺旋运送机或带式运送器。通常对短距离使用环状螺旋运送机而带运送器则用于较大的距离。
当这些环状运送器承载运送散装产品时,带的运行部分呈V或U形以便在其整个的行程中构成一种容纳材料的沟或槽。目前,为了获得这种V或U形,带运转一系列全都沿路线放置的支撑辊子。在这种组件上辊子的几何位置确定带的凹状程度并因而要求的轮廓。
一般来说,对于这种导向组件,使用由一中心水平辊子和两个或多个侧向辊子制成的,该侧向辊子对于水平方向是倾斜的,从而升高环状带的边缘。
当这些运送器承载运送粒状材料时,诸如那些出现在港口或工地的为提取或转换的粒状材料,由运送器运输的材料的一部分转变成浮在空中的灰尘,并污染环境。
带运动速度增加了风的作用,因此排放材料的数量是十分明显的,特别在散装运送器卸货码头。必须减少这些灰尘。
通过将带的运行部分放在一封闭的圆筒形管中展示了一种解决方案(FR-A-2.283.070)。此管可以是一单件或者由管的组装段构成。带在管中滑动,同时起导向作用以及带的几何形状整形器是其内表面。
当带在管中运动时出现二种现象。第一现象是在管的运送表面和带的下表面之间形成空气垫。于是带被有效地悬起。这就避免大量辊子的使用。
第二现象是形成携带大多数灰尘到出口的空气流。因此使用这种系统可以限制浮在空中的灰尘。事实上,灰尘只能在端部从管中释放,在那里可以放置为监控灰尘弥散的装置。遗憾的是,从灰尘可以在带与运送表面之间穿透的意义上看,并当它积聚时,此技术具有一主要缺点,即它恶化了运送器的工作。这转而又导致停工和清理工作。这些停工是很长的,因为你应记住带是置于端对端的管段构成的管子的里面,同时该管子可能比较长。这使之变得难以判断故障并解决它。这也要进行必须定期实施的维修工作。
发明内容
本发明特别为上述问题提供解决方案的建议。这样,本发明的主题是设计成用以支撑运送器的环状运送表面的导向表面,其中此表面的特征在于由水平辊子和处在前述辊子任一侧的二侧向表面确定该导向表面的曲率。每个侧向表面延伸超过由带所占有的支承表面,且至少局部地,侧向表面的至少一个由快速固紧装置固定到底盘上从而构成一进入的门。它还涉及被装备的运送器。

具体实施方式
参照附图,可见一种带式或板条式运送器。通常,运送器1包括在导向表面4上移动的环状运送表面3导向表面4形成有曲线轮廓并支撑在底盘2上。在环状带或表面3以上安装的是一罩5,从而构成一封闭的容积6。
环状运送表面3的边缘必须竖起以便形成一沟槽,沟槽被设计用于容纳堆积在此运送器上的散装材料。已知的张紧装置和驱动源提供环状带的运动。运送的材料在两端敞开的通道中移动。在横向于带运动方向的轴上看的带的曲率,或者实际上沟的轮廓,由水平辊子7和两个侧向表面8来确定,两个侧向表面8可能是曲线的,处在前述滚子的任意一侧。
每个侧表面延伸超过形状成形器(shape former)。它不是一可动的辊子而是一个相对于带运动固定的支撑表面。
每个侧表面8被横向延伸超过环状带座落的表面。在其内边缘和其外边缘之间无间断。它们的每一个与水平向成一角度。
至少局部地,侧表面8的至少一个通过快速固定装置固定到底盘上从而构成一种入口门,以快速提供进入封闭容积中的开口。
所谓快速夹紧装置指的是,例如,与需要长时间甚至长达10分钟才能松开的一系列螺栓相反的一种插销或一种大螺距螺丝。
因此侧表面8具有引导环状带的功能以及作为入口门的附加功能。在行程的全长,由侧壁形成的侧表面是连续的。因此,利用罩5和环状带,结构形成一封闭的管子。
但是在基座处该运送器也有一开口。此开口处于所有沿路线放置的水平辊子的位置处。因此,如果材料钻入处于侧表面与带下表面之间的空间内,可以通过此开口排出,而没有积聚的危险。可拆卸的侧表面8优选是由导向构件10支撑,采用该构件10以使侧表面8在两个位置之间移动,在之前确定这两个位置,即一个工作位置和一个所谓的检修位置,在该检修位置侧表面移离带以便可看到带。借助于简单的插销将完成锁紧,插销能被锁上或松开。
呈现导向表面的壁由,例如,支架支撑。
在第一实施方法中,这些导向构件10能够构成侧向导向系统,例如,借助于至少一个滑块10A及其导向件(runner)10B。
根据另一方法,侧壁的每个构件8由至少一个铰链10C固定从而实现绕在装配过程中确定的一轴线的倾斜或旋转动作。我们已经提供了一种平行于环状带的运动轴线的轴向铰形状。铰链放置在侧壁的基底处其由一支撑构件夹持。此铰链可以在一垂直轴线上,于是以每个侧壁作为一单叶门。则人们只需使带着曲线状的侧表面的支撑倾斜以便打开到达带的入口。
此方案允许运送器的侧壁的一部分非常容易的位移以便得到通到材料容纳管内部的入口。此外,如果材料被引入到处于带下表面与曲线侧表面的上面之间的空间中,它通过辊子与曲线侧表面之间存在的缝隙排出。
优选的是侧表面8在所有的点将可快速移动。如图中所见到,侧表面8的工作面包括至少两个平面或者两条曲线,在两个平面或两个曲线之间形成一转折间断(break)12,该间断被用于带侧向运动中停止带。此间断处于支承表面的一个区域中,理论上,当带在其运动轴线上居中时该支承表面的该区域不与带接触。事实上,在其运动过程中,带并不严格地保持在其运动轴线上也侧向地移动。因此,当带的边缘碰到间断时,移过此间断需要的力必须增加,同时由于反作用现象带开始在另一方向倒回。侧壁可以是,例如,钢的。
至少侧表面的工作表面是稍微粗糙一点。促进滑动的材料层可覆盖提供所述侧表面的侧壁。如可见到的,罩子被抬起以便增加管子的容积并限制过大的压力。
提供侧表面的侧壁的自由边缘8A通过可拆卸的紧固装置诸如插销牢固地固定到罩子上。该罩可以安装在铰链上。为了便于维修,它可以这样安装,即水平辊子7应安装在倾斜支承13上,这样就允许快速释放辊子以便更换辊子。作为一个例子,此支承包括两个侧壁板13A,每个侧壁板有一窄槽14,它允许水平辊子的旋转轴滑入窄槽中。窄槽14被设计成从顶部结合辊子的轴。因此,当抬起支承时,辊子在带下面被施加作用。因此辊子7不会从这些窄槽退出。
窄槽(14)可以向前打开或向底打开但是需要在窄槽的入口处提供锁紧装置。
承载侧表面和辊子的横向部件或底盘还具有一保护性的防止进入的装置。
优选的是,支承应具有这种保护性的防止进入装置15以便限制衣物被辊子和带夹住的危险。这是一块置于辊子上游的板。这些装置极大地方便了技术检修。
辊子及带有快速固定装置的侧表面被安装在一横向部件上,构成一易于固定到一个现有底盘上的组件。罩子可以在其竖直部分处被抬起。
Claims (10)
1.一种设计成以承载一环状的运送表面(3)的导向表面(4),此导向表面的特征在于该导向表面的曲率由水平辊子(7)和两个处在前述辊子任意一侧的侧向表面(8)确定,其中每个侧表面延伸超过由带(3)占据的支承表面,而且,至少局部地,所述侧向表面中的至少一个由快速紧固装置(9)固定到底盘上以构成入口门。
2.根据权利要求1的导向表面,其特征在于:可拆卸的侧表面(8)由导向装置(10)支撑,采用导向装置(10)以使可拆卸的侧向表面(8)在两个事先已经确定的位置之间移动。
3.根据权利要求2的导向表面,其特征在于:导向源是平移的导向源。
4.根据权利要求2的导向表面,其特征在于:导向源是旋转的导向源。
5.根据权利要求1的导向表面,其特征在于:导向表面包括间断。
6.根据权利要求1的导向表面,其特征在于:侧向表面带有促进滑动的材料层。
7.根据权利要求1的导向表面,其特征在于:水平辊子(7)被安装在一倾斜的支承(13)上。
8.根据权利要求7的导向表面,其特征在于:支承包括两个侧壁板。
9.根据权利要求8的导向表面,其特征在于:支承包括两个窄槽(14)以容纳辊子的轴。
10.一种运送器,其特征在于:它包括根据权利要求1至9的任一顶的导向表面。
