技术领域
本发明涉及用塑料材料制成的可扩张的固定插头,特别适用于将一块绝缘材料或类似材料固定在基质上,它具有权利要求1前序部分所述的特征。
背景技术
例如,所述可扩张的固定插头披露于DE19651046A1中。所述已知的可扩张的固定插头是具有可扩张的部分的绝缘材料固定器,它可以通过扩张器部件展开,以及与它相对的一个内外螺纹管接头。所述可扩张的部分特别被用于固定在基质上。所述内外螺纹管接头环绕所述扩张器部件周围,并且具有固定板,作为头部凸缘,用于形成所述被固定的绝缘材料的反向支撑。所述可扩张的部分是由两个膨胀舌片形成的,它们是以镜像对称设置的,并且由一个槽隔开。
这种可扩张的固定插头的缺陷在于,它们在多孔的建筑材料,例如,垂直的多孔砖,沙泥多孔砖或空心砖中缺乏固定特性。例如,业已发现,特别是对于锯齿状钻孔和作为扩张器部件的螺钉来说,所述扩张器部件能够与所述可扩张的固定插头一起比较容易地从所述钻孔中松开。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的问题是提供具有改进了的固定特性的可扩张的固定插头。
根据本发明,这一问题是通过具有权利要求1所述特征的可扩张的固定插头解决的。本发明的可扩张的固定插头具有用于所述扩张器部件的换向装置,它安装在所述膨胀舌片之间的一侧。当所述扩张器部件被所述换向装置驱动时,它相对所述可扩张的固定插头的纵向轴线侧移。“相对”因为在实践中,两个部件-可扩张的固定插头和所述扩张器部件-是通过所述有效力变形的。除了所述可扩张的固定插头和所述扩张器部件的材料和尺寸之外,所述钻孔也发挥作用。例如,对于在混凝土上钻出的细小的钻孔来说,所述膨胀区以小的程度变形,并且所述扩张器部件以大的程度变形,而在空心砖中,由于缺乏固定,只有所述扩张器部件发生变形。不过,在实践中,情况总是这样的:所述扩张器部件是沿它的纵向轴线弯曲的,而所述可扩张的固定插头的膨胀区作为一个整体是侧移的。与所述膨胀舌片仅仅是对称地向两侧扩张分离相比,业已证实了这种构型能够在多孔建筑材料上提供明显更稳定的固定作用,而又不会明显破坏固定材料的固体材料的保持特性。
所述换向装置(diverter device)优选是楔形桥形式的,它被安装在所述膨胀舌片之间,并因此在该侧封闭所述膨胀舌片之间的间隙,至少在所述膨胀区长度的一部分上进行封闭,所述楔形的斜面指向所述膨胀区内部,这样当扩张器部件沿轴向驱动时,用它的顶端撞击斜面。
相对于所述可扩张的固定插头的纵向轴线,在所述膨胀舌片的相反一侧,由于所述扩张器部件被转向,因而所述扩张器部件从所述膨胀舌片之间出现,优选在所述每一个膨胀舌片上安装一个齿条。这样做的优点是,当在使用螺杆或螺钉时,所述膨胀舌片和扩张器部件会形成相互接合。因此,所述扩张器部件不能相对所述膨胀舌片移动,即使是在所述固定装置上施加动态负荷,例如,施加会导致所述固定变得松动的震动,也是如此。所述可扩张的插头优选使用螺钉,螺钉的螺纹对应于所述齿条的形状,以便获得螺钉和齿条的最佳相互接合。与螺杆相比,螺钉所具有的特殊优点在于,它可以仅通过冲击驱动,或通过冲击和旋转运动的组合驱动。因此,举例来说,可以使用锤子或冲击钻将它们打入。
在优选实施方案中,所述扩张舌片之间的膨胀区是通过注射模制层封闭的。它所具有的优点是,在将所述扩张的固定插头插入所述钻孔期间,起码基本上可以避免钻尘的进入。与被钻尘污染的膨胀区相比,通过所述改进了的摩擦条件,因而可以明显降低驱动所述扩张器部件进入所需要的力。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的用于将一块绝缘材料(来示出)固定在基质(未示出)上的可扩张的固定插头1包括膨胀区2,以及靠近膨胀区2的压缩区3,内外螺纹管接头4和头部凸缘5。膨胀区2具有两个膨胀舌片6,可以通过导入扩张器部件7使它们扩张开(参见图2)。在朝向该视图的一侧,所述膨胀舌片6各自具有带齿的部分8,该部分的齿是彼此相对排列的,不过是沿它的长度彼此相对交错排列的。
为了建立固定连接,首先在所述材料板和所述基质上钻孔。然后首先将所述可扩张的固定插头1的扩张区2插入所产生的钻孔中。对于实际固定来说,将所述扩张器部件7驱动进入,这一目的优选是通过组合的旋转和冲击运动实现的,就是说,例如,使用冲击钻。其结果是,所述膨胀舌片6支撑在所述钻孔的壁上,并且随后将所述可扩张的固定插头1压入所述压缩区3的部位。其结果是,所述头部凸缘5被沿所述基质的方向拉伸,并因此压缩所述绝缘材料。由此产生的效果是,使所述头部凸缘5相对所述绝缘材料板的周围区域是埋头的。在所述绝缘材料板上涂抹灰泥时,相应地涂上一薄层灰泥就足以获得均匀的表面。
图2表示在固定期间所述可扩张的固定插头1的剖视图,所述剖面分布在所述两个膨胀舌片6之间。所述扩张器部件7,所述螺钉与它的螺栓状头部6一起安装在所述可扩张的固定插头1的终端10上。当进一步向前驱动扩张器部件7时,所述可扩张的固定插头1在所述压缩区3的部位缩短,并因此将所述头部凸缘5拉向所述固定的底部。所述扩张器部件7的带螺纹的部分11垂直于该附图平面方向地将所述两个膨胀舌片6扩张开。通过所述楔形换向装置12,使所述扩张器部件7相对所述可扩张的固定插头1的膨胀区2位移,运动方向径向平行于该附图的平面,在这里是通过所述扩张器部件7的弧线表示的。实际上,同时会发生所述膨胀区2的至少非常小的变形。这种径向位移,导致了所述扩张器部件7的带螺纹的部分11与所述膨胀舌片的带齿的部分8的接合。这种相互锁定连接,在基质具有高比例的孔(例如,沙泥多孔砖)时,特别是当所述头部凸缘5承受震动运动时,防止扩张器部件7自动松开。所述带齿部分8的几何形状是根据扩张器部件7的带螺纹的部分11成型的。
所述换向装置12形成为两个膨胀舌片6之间的连接部分。或者,所述膨胀舌片6是通过非常薄的注射模制层(未示出)连接,这样,直到所述膨胀舌片展开,一直能形成封闭的内部腔室。这样一来的优点是,扩张器部件7能够不受钻尘等进入的妨碍而钻入膨胀区2中。否则,将存在穿透钻层会导致扩张器部件7和所述可扩张的固定插头1内部之间的摩擦力显著增加的危险。所述增加了的摩擦会导致过高的力和/或力矩,并因此会很容易地导致扩张器部件7的损坏。

Claims (5)
