技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于构成锚固的固定装置。该固定装置具有带有沉割的钻孔的、尤其由玻璃组成的平板、可硬化的材料并且具有锚栓,所述的锚栓具有固定装置和锚固段,所述的锚固段在装入方向上具有横断面加宽的部分。
背景技术
专利文献DE 43 34 286 C2公开了一种尤其用于固定玻璃板的固定元件。该固定元件由锚栓和膨胀元件组成,其中该膨胀元件通过被拉入和/或套到该锚栓的膨胀锥上可在一个具有沉割部的钻孔中锚固。在膨胀元件和被沉割的钻孔的壁之间设有一个由软塑料制成的压力元件。这样就可以使保持力不会导致在钻孔中产生过高的点载荷,而这如果让金属与玻璃直接接触时是不能排除的。
文献US 5 787 662示出了一种用于构件,用于在使用一种固定元件的情况下对于建筑物采用由层叠安全玻璃所组成的玻璃堆叠来进行玻璃装潢。所述固定元件具有一个下方的以及一个上方的支承垫,带有一个氯丁(二烯)橡胶环,在所述支承垫上放置所述层叠玻璃。所述玻璃板具有一个通孔,具有包围套的螺栓穿过该通孔。在玻璃和包围套之间的环形间隙用一种可流动的、能够硬化的塑料进行填充。
这种锚固的问题在于,它的挠性小。尤其是当悬挂时和由于在安装状态下由热引起的长度变化,如果不通过如在支承结构的区域中的费事的措施进行抵消,就会产生相当大的横向力和弯矩。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种尤其适于固定玻璃板的固定装置,其具有提高的弹性。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种用于构成锚固的固定装置来实现。该固定装置具有带有沉割的钻孔的平板、可硬化的材料并且具有锚栓,所述的锚栓具有固定装置和锚固段,所述的锚固段在装入方向上具有横断面加宽的部分。根据本发明,所述的锚栓在所述的锚固段的区域中完全被由弹性塑料构成的外罩所包围,并且所述的锚栓用所述可硬化的材料进行锚固,并且锚栓被如此锚固:该锚栓相对于平板能够倾斜。
根据本发明的固定装置不通过膨胀结构,而通过一种可硬化的材料,如环氧树脂、聚酯树脂或灰泥实现锚固。锚栓在锚固段区域用一个由弹性塑料制成的外罩包围。由此产生了固定元件在所有方向上的弹性,由此就可以使锚栓相对于所述平板进行倾斜。此外这还使得锚栓在任何位置都不接触钻孔壁。如果没有该外罩,这样的接触就会例如由于锚栓不在居中位置或在材料硬化期间锚栓碰撞到钻孔底部而产生。这种接触会引起所述的点载荷,而弹性的外罩则可以保证荷载的面分布。
除了锚栓的设计外,尤其是钻孔的几何形状对于固定可达到的保持值尤为重要。为使一种可硬化的材料在钻孔中形成稳固的连接,除了粘接作用外,还要有形状配合的连接。恰恰在典型地使用金刚石钻头钻出的玻璃钻孔中,由于极为平滑的表面,在圆柱形的钻孔中不会产生适合于此的沉割部。因此必须通过使钻孔机或类似物向外转动特别地产生沉割部。但这些沉割部还可以具有不规则的凹槽、圆周槽或任何粗糙类型的形式,这并未离开本发明的思路。
固定装置的弹性一方面通过所使用的塑料的厚度,另一方面通过该塑料的弹性模量来控制。外罩越宽,可补偿的如由热膨胀所导致的位移就越大。但优选的是,如此选择外罩的厚度,使得外罩的最小外直径小于锚栓的锚固段的最大直径。这样使得锚栓不会由于外罩沿着一个圆柱表面的纯剪切作用而被拉出钻孔。
合适的是,外罩具有硅树脂作为其组成部分,因为硅树脂作为耐抗性强、持续弹性的材料被证明适合于此用途。

具体实施方式
固定单元具有锚栓3,该锚栓具有作为固定手段的外螺纹4和锚固段5,该锚固段5在装入方向上具有以圆锥形横断面加宽的部分6。在外螺纹4上可以例如借助螺母、垫圈或类似物实现同支承机构的连接(未示出)。锚固段5具有含硅树脂的外罩7,该外罩被一种硬化材料8包围。钻孔9具有圆锥形沉割部10,该沉割部防止所述的硬化材料8由于同钻孔壁11分离而被拉出钻孔9。如此选择外罩7的厚度,使得锚固段5的横断面加宽的部分6不依赖于外罩而在所述的硬化材料8中构成沉割结构。这样即使外罩7完全移出,锚栓3也不会被拉出所述的硬化材料8。但约为外罩两倍厚度的在所有方向上的弹性位移以及约为10度的倾斜仍是可能的。
为使用固定装置1锚固,在制成沉割的钻孔9后,先置入所述的材料8。在该材料硬化之前,将锚栓3塞入钻孔9。这样,所述的材料8被移动,并分布在锚栓3的周围。在此居中定位不是必须的。但这如果因为要与支承机构精确连接是所希望的,外罩7可以附加地在其背离锚固段5的端部具有圆环、筋条或类似物(未示出),用于居中定位和/或在钻孔9上的轴向止挡。

2.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述的外罩(7)的最小外直径小于所述的锚栓(3)的横断面加宽的部分(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述的外罩(7)由含硅树脂的塑料组成。
