Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物传送装置,如注射或输注装置。具体地说,本发明特别地、但并非唯一地用于一种药物传送装置,其中将要输送的药物储存在其内部具有一可移动的活塞的可更换药筒中。这种装置例如通常由糖尿病患者使用来进行胰岛素的给药。
背景技术
在这种装置中,通过导螺杆或其他的柱塞来驱动可移动活塞以便将药物排出。导螺杆可以通过合适的驱动装置来方便地前进或抽回。已知的是提供一种驱动机构,在该驱动机构中将电机或者其它合适的驱动装置的旋转运动转化为导螺杆的直线运动。
已知提供一种导螺杆可以经由其移动的导向槽或者导向套。然而,在已知的装置中导向槽通过装置的其他部件保持在所需的操作位置。
例如,在EP0143895中公开了一种输注装置。该装置包括具有形成于其内部的成形空腔的壳体。该空腔的第一部分用作可更换药筒的安装支承物。一可转动驱动的套管位于该空腔的第二部分内。导螺杆适合经由驱动套管移动。螺纹导螺杆具有相对的平表面。负载套管的内部与导螺杆的形状相符合以防止导螺杆独立于驱动套管旋转。导向槽采用拧在导螺杆上的螺帽的形式。螺帽位于壳体空腔的一特殊成形的定位凹口内以防止螺帽旋转。因为在使用中,螺帽通过圆柱形药筒的一端而夹持在壳体一侧和另一侧之间,所以防止了螺帽的轴向运动。在使用时,驱动套管带动螺杆,该螺杆作为螺纹轴穿过固定在壳体内的螺帽或导向槽而向前移动。
这种装置制作复杂。为了正确地接纳驱动套管并且正确地为用作导向槽的螺帽提供适当成形的定位凹口,成形空腔需要合适的公差。另外,为了防止螺帽变松,圆柱形药筒需要正确定位,并且每一次更换药筒时都必须确保螺帽正确定位。如果通常患有糖尿病的使用者身体虚弱或者视力不好,那么更换药筒时的这种拆卸和重新装配是不利的。
导向装置的使用在药物传送装置中也是公知的,其中致动器的线性移动直接或间接地使导螺杆沿纵向轴线线性移动从而进行给药。在这种装置中,导螺杆的运动受到可移动的导向装置的限制,该导向装置的位移对应于使用者选择的剂量。
在这种注射器中,具有平的相对侧面的导螺杆也位于一驱动器内,该驱动器与螺帽相互作用。螺帽具有一个用来接纳导螺杆以防止导螺杆相对于螺帽旋转的孔。螺帽具有可以与笔型注射器主体部分上的键槽可释放地啮合的键。保持器也可释放地安装到主体上以便将药筒保持在适当的位置。当没有药筒时,抽回的螺帽和导螺杆可以自由转动并且可以退回到主体中。然而,在更换药筒时需要扣环来将螺帽保持在驱动器上以防止其从导螺杆旋转下来。
发明内容
需要一种能够克服或者至少是减少这些问题的药物传送装置。
依据本发明,药物传送装置包括一主壳体、一具有相对的平表面的螺纹导螺杆、旋转驱动装置和一导向套,该旋转驱动装置具有对应于导螺杆的相对平表面的内壁表面,该导向套具有可以接纳螺纹导螺杆的孔,其中,该导向套恒固定到主壳体上。
该装置的优点是导向套不会相对于导螺杆发生移动。
优选地,导向套与主壳体一体形成。
优选地,主壳体包括两个半壳体和一其中形成有导向套的导向套单元。更优选地,一个电机和多个旋转驱动装置由该导向套单元支承。

具体实施方式
总的参考图1-5,并具体参照图1,其中示出一药物传送装置2,它包括一主壳体3,在主壳体3中设置有许多部件,这些部件包括一可更换的药筒4、一导螺杆6形式的柱塞和驱动柱塞的驱动装置8,所述柱塞驱动药筒4内的活塞5以使药物排出使用,也可以提供电源如电池18来向驱动装置8提供动力。药物传送装置2还可以包括显示器10,通过该显示器可以将有关该药物传送装置的操作和/或使用的某些信息传递给使用者。
还可以提供中央控制单元或者微处理器(未示出)来控制药物传送装置2的操作并且确定显示在显示器10上的信息的性质。
柱塞和驱动装置在图2至图5中显示最清楚。连接电机12以便通过几个旋转驱动装置,如设置成形成一传动系的传动系部件14、14’来驱动导螺杆6或者柱塞。尽管具有沿导螺杆的轴向延伸的相对设置的平侧面,然而导螺杆6通常具有常规的圆形截面。导螺杆6的其余侧上有螺纹。导螺杆6设置成经由导向套16进行操作。导向套16形成为主壳体3的一部分。导向套16包括一个导螺杆6可以通过的孔。导向套16的孔与导螺杆6的横截面相符合以防止导螺杆6和导向套16之间相对转动。
齿轮系中末端部件14’配置有导螺杆6也可以穿过的螺纹孔。该末端齿轮系部件14’可以相对于导螺杆6旋转。当由传动系中的另一部件14驱动时,传动系中的末端齿轮系部件14’的旋转使导螺杆6穿过其向前运动,由于导向套(的限制),该导螺杆6不能够旋转。这样,通过控制末端齿轮系部件14’的旋转方向,导螺杆6可以经由可更换的药筒4前进从而将药物排出或者也可以抽回以便随后将一个更换药筒4插入。
主壳体3通常形成为两个相对的半壳体。导向套16可以与其中的一个半壳体一体形成。可选择地,导向套16可以在每一个半壳体上形成一部分以便在将主壳体13进行装配时形成一个完整的导向套16。此外可选择地,导向套16可以在对药物传送装置2进行装配前固定在其中一个半壳体上。
还可选择地,导向套16与主壳体一体形成,主壳体的该部分可以形成为一个位于两个相对半壳体之间的独立单元20(图6),也就是说主壳体3包括两个相对的半壳体和导向套单元20,其余部件相对于主壳体的这些部件设置。如,传动系部件14、14’和电机12可以方便地安装到导向套单元20上。

Claims (5)

1.一种药物传送装置,包括一主壳体、一具有相对的平表面的螺纹导螺杆、具有对应于导螺杆的相对平表面的内壁表面的旋转驱动装置和一具有可以接纳螺纹导螺杆的孔的导向套,其中该导向套恒固定到主壳体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的药物传送装置,其中该导向套与主壳体一体形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的药物传送装置,其中该主壳体包括两个半壳体和一个其中形成有导向套的导向套单元。
4.如权利要求3所述的药物传送装置,其中一电机和多个旋转驱动装置由该导向套单元支承。
5.一种基本如附图所示的上述药物传送装置。
