Abstract

本发明公开了一种经济型的、无需热源的干衣机系统,该干衣机系统包括:滚动式的圆柱装衣桶(10)、为干燥衣物提供空气的通风装置(21)、脱除空气中的灰尘的过滤装置(5)、可驱动装衣桶向两个方向转动的马达(12)以及清新衣物的系统(17)。本发明的干衣机系统能用于任何没有燃气或高功率电力供应的公寓、楼房以及工厂。该干衣机可以置于室内,也可以置于室外,尤其是可以置于阳台。

干衣机
背景技术及发明概要
本发明涉及一种干衣机,特别是涉及一种家用型的干衣机。传统的干衣机中,气流方向通常是水平的,并由电气元件加热,在有些型号中则用燃气加热。这种设计使得干衣机成为使用起来最昂贵的家用电器之一,运作时间越长,耗费金钱越多;而其大部分的电费或燃气费是花费在加热空气上。
在不久的将来,很可能将会针对家用电器生产家出台新的法规,限制这类产品的使用。另一个严重的问题是发电厂所产生的空气污染问题,发电越多,空气污染越严重。
本发明采用一种独特的系统,无需任何热源(燃气或加热元件),通过使用风实现干衣目的。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种耗费极少能量的干衣系统。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种构造简单、修理方便、使用成本低的系统。本发明的再一个目的是避免衣物产生纤维屑,以保证衣物不受损伤,从而也无需每次使用干衣机后都要清洗过滤器。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种操作安全的干衣系统,因为该系统使用的是常温空气,所以操作时无需担心火警问题。
发明内容
本发明的干衣机不需要某些干衣机产品中所使用的加热元件或者火炉。
本发明的干衣机系统包括一个位于前部的装衣门1,通过该装衣门将衣物装入,其可以是铰接门,也可以是一个螺旋盖或者卡口盖。
在干衣机主箱体里面装有一个门开关,当干衣机的装衣门关闭时,装衣门压触门开关,启动干衣机系统。
在本发明中,干衣桶优选为水平设置,包括水平轴14和干衣桶支撑架13,并可绕滚珠轴承18转动。滚动的干衣桶或其装衣物的部分可以使用圆形棒9制成的方阵状或筛网状的构造10,以减少气流穿过干衣桶时所产生的阻力。上述筛网状构造可以采用不同的形状,如正方形10、长方形、环状或其它形状。
由于本发明的干衣机完全不需要加热系统及排气扇,因而本发明的干衣机的桶比传统干衣机的桶要大得多,从而大大提高了干衣效率。
制造本发明孔状干衣桶的材料优选为不锈钢,不过,其它类似材料也可以采用。
马达12通过驱动带11可以带动干衣桶双向滚动。
当装有衣物的干衣桶滚动时,通风装置(如图4所示)产生直接的高速气流19,该气流吹过在干衣机里滚动着的衣物,吹干衣物和其中的水分。当然,如果为了缩短干衣时间,也可以在通风装置中装上加热元件。
上述的通风装置可以位于干衣桶的底侧,但也可以位于干衣机的两侧。
该通风装置占用的是干衣桶与干衣机箱体之间的空间;它可建造为活动装置,包括一活动式的抽屉(如图4所示),操作起来非常方便。空气从干衣机外部进入,经过过滤系统5除去灰尘、彻底净化后输入干衣机。过滤系统的构造为水平设置的、带有铰链6的门,打开该门可以从过滤器上清除灰尘。
上述的通风装置还可以包括一个活动式的容器17,该容器可换装挥发性材料如香水等,以使其混合在气流中,与气流一起穿过衣物,从而清新衣物。本发明的通风装置也可以是固定的装置或作为主箱体的一部分。
本发明干衣机的控制系统包括定时器2,该定时器可以是简易钟表之类的机械装置,也可以是完全的电子式的数据显示装置。此外,该干衣机的控制板上还设有多个选择开关3,通过这些开关可以调整气流速度(该功能是任选的)。

Claims (8)

1、一种干衣机,尤其是家用型干衣机,其采用无需任何热源的干燥过程,包括干衣桶(20)以及将空气输进干衣桶的通风装置(如图4所示)。
2、如权利要求1所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述干衣机的干衣桶采用方阵状或筛网状(10)的结构以及圆形棒(9)。
3、如权利要求1所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述的干衣机采用活动式通风装置(如图4所示),该通风装置的构造像关闭的抽屉。
4、如权利要求1和4所述的干燥方法,其特征在于:该方法直接使用高速气流(19)使衣物变干。
5.如权利要求1和3所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述的通风装置带有宽的离心风扇(15,16),该离心风扇可为干衣机内所有区域提供均匀的气流(19)。
6、如权利要求4和5所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述的通风装置设置有装盛能使衣物清新的挥发性材料的容器(17)。
7、如权利要求3、4和5所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述的干衣机包括过滤灰尘的过滤装置(5),而且该过滤装置清洗方便。
8、如权利要求1所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述的干衣机利用窗口(1)将空气排出。
