Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及体液采集装置,带有一个细管,细管前端带有携带套在圆顶罩上导套内可刺穿的塞子,导套在靠近圆顶罩的侧面上具有带拴塞橡胶的针头,在远离圆顶罩的侧面上具有连接件或者双针头的前部。
背景技术
无论是从血管或者从献血袋中采血还是从收集容器中采集例如尿样都需要这种装置。在这种情况下出现的困难在于,当组装或把导套套在圆顶罩上时,包围或裹住针头的手风琴式收缩的拴塞橡胶,施加一种反作用于导套和圆顶罩之间保持力的弹力和恢复力,会导致导套被帽的圆顶罩推开。为了避免这个问题必须采取对策。
在DE 30 49 503 C公开的采血装置中,在采集管前端将采集管封闭的帽具有圆柱体轴向凸起的圆顶罩。圆顶罩在其前端通过可刺穿的封闭塞封闭,塞子平放在圆顶罩具有中心孔的端板上,并由前端上卷边的管颈保持。管状导套可轴向移动和转动设置在圆顶罩上,管状导套的前端上,夹具内携带具有双侧刺刃的针头,其从导套伸出端用于插入静脉,而其后端深入到导套内,从而在将导套安装在采集管上时刺穿密封塞。针头深入导套内的后端被囊状的长软管(拴塞橡胶)包住,从而针头后端的刺刃在软管伸长时不会接触到软管的底部。
为使导套尽管拴塞橡胶的弹力仍保持在圆顶罩上其位置内,为将双针头与圆顶罩连接,后者具有侧凸的固定块,与导套上的角状槽口相配合。借助于导入分布在圆周上槽内的固定块,在与双针头处于圆顶罩上的导套间隙配合下,可以通过卡式锁紧连接转动锁住导套。这种转动锁紧保证采血装置的组合部件更可靠地固定,但其生产成本有所提高。此外,导套连接或套装和锁紧的前提是,必须首先用封闭的螺纹帽或拴塞帽转动采集管,使固定块与导入槽处于一个平面,这需要仔细操作,因为各部件必须彼此对正。
DE 692 25 609 T2公开了一种护套,用于保护旋入针头夹具内的针头。为使护套可以环绕夹具转动,护套利用内部具有环形槽的环造型合理地设置在夹具圆顶罩上构成的凸起部上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种上述类型的装置,带有简单和操作可靠连接的两个组合件,降低了生产成本,在操作简单的同时,在导套和圆顶罩之间产生一种大于橡胶阀的反作用弹力(恢复力)的保持力。
该目的利用权利要求1特征部分所述特征得以实现。
为了导套的弹性段与圆顶罩的相互配合产生所要求的保持力,依据本发明通过加大连接区内的圆顶罩,例如通过凸起,圆柱,肋,锥形,弓形或者类似造型,使圆顶罩和导套相应部位的直径比加大。采用依据本发明的措施可以同时充分利用多个优点。由于弹性段的长度只限于导套总长度的一部分,在端侧弹性段的确定区内存在用于附着所需的夹紧力,而导套其余大部分长度强度不变并因此没有弹性,因此在连接和分开采集管时存在不变形的,不影响夹紧力的手握区。因此,通过局部扩大圆顶罩的直径产生扩张仅在手握区外面的有限段内产生作用。导套现在的局部扩张可以更为精确地确定和规定所需的附着强度,其中,力量合理的连接大于拴塞橡胶的压力,由此阻止导套被圆顶罩推开。尽管插塞连接件(导套和圆顶罩)具有的直径相对较小,仍能达到所要求的自夹紧保持,其中,这些部件同时比传统的Luer锥形连接更容易和更省力地组合和拆开。无需仔细操作,因为不要求有目的地对正。
为了在硬的手握区外面的区域确定导套的弹性,例如在相对于其余导套壁厚不变的情况下,最好在导套的前端具有至少一个纵向槽,其深度基本上确定弹性段的长度。这个或这些槽的作用是,一方面其他情况下硬变形的材料具有简单操作所需的韧性,另一方面保证抵消拴塞橡胶弹力所需的保持力(力量合理的连接)。
可以选择用弹性段来取代槽,采用薄壁和/或者从材料方面这样设计,从而产生所要求的保持力。如果圆顶罩利用大于罩外径的导套内径扩大环,凸起或者利用锥形段构成的话,在制造圆顶罩或具有圆顶罩的帽时,可以采用压铸技术制造,而不使用昂贵的滑动模具。但利用例如在圆顶罩圆周上均匀分布设置的凸块或只设置一个凸块,在套装时扩张附着保持导套,从而导套与圆顶罩产生力量合理的连接,并因此存在一种可控制的预张力或保持力。

具体实施方式
图1和2的采血装置包括带有圆顶罩10的采血管1和在所有实施例中均以Luer圆锥体示出的导套2,导套内装有由拴塞橡胶3包围的,具有尖头刺刃4的针头5。在导套的另一变化中,在远离圆顶罩的侧面上具有连接件或者双针头的前部。导套2靠近采集管1的端部采用弹性段6构成,依据图1和2,此处形成的套端环7壁厚比其他导套2薄。在该段6的上部,导套2均由硬变形塑料材料制成,因此那里形成一个特别具有优点的不变形的手握区8,用于采集管的套拔操作。
采集管1上方利用帽9封闭。该帽具有圆顶罩10,圆顶罩朝圆顶罩底部方向,大致从圆顶罩长度的一半开始,相对于导套内径以圆锥段11的形式直径逐渐加大。当采血装置处于工作状态时,如图2所示,导套2处于采血管1圆顶罩10的上面。当把导套2套在圆顶罩10上时,针头5利用其刺刃4穿过设置在帽9内的未示出的塞子,直至刺刃4自由处于采血管1的内部;此前同样被刺刃4穿过的拴塞橡胶3在这种情况下收缩,如图2所示。逆拴塞橡胶3的弹力或恢复力通过具有导套2弹性段6的圆锥段11将导套2固定或附着在圆顶罩10上,圆锥段将具有加大的圆顶罩10在该连接区内以所要求的保持力而摩擦地包住。
与图1和2相比,图3-5或图6-8采血装置的实施例只是导套的弹性段和采集管帽的圆顶罩在结构上做了改变,因此相同的部件具有相同的参考符号;而总体上对于所有实施例来说,圆顶罩的直径-加大扩张导管的弹性段,从而导管摩擦地与圆顶罩连接。
在图3-5的采血装置中,处于手握区8前面的段6的弹性在该实施例中通过同距离分布设置的4个纵向槽12(与图5比较)实现,纵向槽本身之间包括或以弹性翼14为界。圆顶罩10在这里以扩大圆顶罩外径的环或者外凸起13的形式具有凸起部,当把导管2套在圆顶罩10上时,凸起部将通过槽12弹性的或变软的段6或其翼14张开(与图4比较),由此导管2以一种大于拴塞橡胶3反作用恢复力的保持力而摩擦地固定在采集管1上。
按图6-8采血装置的变化,导套2同样具有如借助图3-5所述那样的纵向槽12和在段6上与这些纵向槽为界的翼14。为在把导套2套在采集管1帽9的圆顶罩10上时扩张段6,圆顶罩10在这里与图1和2的实施例相应具有朝向圆顶罩底端构成的圆锥段11。
在细节上,与帽9圆顶罩10上导套2的段6形成直径加大进行配合的凸起部具体构成无关,在任何情况下,由于因此相对于导套2的内径存在的,在连接区内圆顶罩局部增大的外径,为导套2通过扩张段6达到了更为可靠保持所需的夹紧力。也可以取代平面凸起部,例如在反向圆锥或者外凸起情况下,仅具有点状的凸起部。还要提及的是,段6的弹性以有利的方式弥补或消除可能的加工公差,这样更有利于制造。
Claims (1)
1.采集体液的装置,带有采集管(1),采集管的前端带有一可刺穿的塞子,该塞子用于一可套罩(10)上的导套(2),该导套在朝向罩(10)的一侧具有带橡胶阀(3)的针头(5),该导套在背离罩的一侧具有连接件或双针头的前部,其特征在于,该导套(2)由硬变形材料组成,在其用于正常操作的手握区(8)之外的前设有弹性段(6),该罩(10)相对于导套(2)的内径在连接区内具有直径余量,其中,这一较大的直径在组装使用情况下具有弹性段(6),该段为达到保持力而摩擦地包住该罩(10)的连接区。
