该目的通过在喷墨介质的一层或多层中使用特定的两性离子聚合物或低聚物来实现。
因此,本发明涉及一种喷墨记录介质体系,它包含支持体和在支持体上的一层或多层涂层,其中至少一层涂层包含两性离子聚合物或低聚物。

本发明的另一个目的是一种制备喷墨介质体系的方法,该方法包括将一层或多层涂层涂覆在支持体上,其中至少一层涂层包含两性离子聚合物或低聚物。

实施例1染料耐光性
用合适的牵引棒将介质聚合物的水溶液/悬浮液涂到聚乙烯涂覆的纸张上,干燥后得到15gsm(克/平方米)的涂层。介质聚合物涂层在环境条件下干燥,在室温下干燥24小时或在烘箱中于180°F干燥3分钟。
IMAGE GEL 8394和IMAGE GEL 8396是本领域的用于油墨接收介质的明胶聚合物,从Kind and Knox.获得。
在本实施例中,本发明的聚合物是85/15重量比的丙烯酰胺/N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)铵甜菜碱共聚物。该溶液还含有1重量%的LODYNE两亲性含氟表面活性剂,基于共聚物固体计。本发明的聚合物通过其分子量表征:279K(279000)和1MM(1000000)。

Claims (16)
1.一种喷墨记录介质体系,它包含支持体和在支持体上的一层或多层涂层,其中至少一层涂层包含两性离子聚合物或低聚物。
2.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,其中两性离子聚合物或低聚物衍生自0至约99.9%的至少一种非离子单体和约100-0.1%的至少一种两性离子单体。
3.根据权利要求2的记录介质体系,其中两性离子单体选自下式:
其中
L+是下式的基团:
L-是下式的基团:
Z-是-CO2 -、-SO3 -,
或
Z+是-N+R5R6R7;
R1和R8独立地是氢或甲基;
W+是-S+R3-或-N+R2R3-,
W-是
Y1和Y2独立地选自-O-或-NR2;
R2、R3、R4、R5、R6和R7独立地选自氢和1-4个碳原子的直链或支链烷基;
m是2或3;
n是1-5,和
其中非离子单体选自丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-异丙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-(2-羟丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基甲酰胺、N-乙烯基乙酰胺、N-乙烯基-N-甲基乙酰胺、聚乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇单甲基醚单(甲基)丙烯酸酯、N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮、甘油单(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟乙酯、乙烯基甲基砜、乙酸乙烯酯、二丙酮丙烯酰胺,丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯和酸,和相关的单体。
5.根据权利要求3或4的记录介质体系,其中两性离子单体选自:
N,N-二甲基-N-丙烯酰氧乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-铵甜菜碱,
N,N-二甲基-N-丙烯酰氨丙基-N-(2-羧甲基)-铵甜菜碱,
N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-铵甜菜碱,
N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰氨丙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-铵甜菜碱,
2-(甲基硫代)乙基甲基丙烯酰基-S-(磺丙基)-锍甜菜碱,
磷酸2-[(2-丙烯酰基乙基)二甲基氨根]乙基2-甲基酯,
磷酸2-(2-丙烯酰氧乙基)-2’-(三甲基铵)乙基酯,和
[(2-丙烯酰氧乙基)二甲基氨根]甲基膦酸。
6.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,其中两性离子聚合物或低聚物是丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯或甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯与N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰氨丙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-铵甜菜碱或N,N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-铵甜菜碱的两性离子共聚物或共聚低聚物。
7.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,它包含直接位于支持体上的涂层,其中该涂层包含两性离子聚合物或低聚物。
8.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,其包含:
支持体;和
至少一层喷墨用油墨接收层,其中一层或多层所述接收层包含两性离子聚合物或低聚物;和任选地包含选自以下的至少一种聚合物:明胶、淀粉、苯乙烯/丁二烯橡胶胶乳、丁腈橡胶胶乳、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、乙烯醇/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、甲基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基乙基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、聚N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,和阳离子聚合物;和
任选地位于支持体和喷墨用油墨接收层之间的阻隔层。
9.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,其包含:
支持体;
至少一层喷墨用油墨接收层,和
保护涂层,其中所述喷墨用油墨接收层或保护涂层或这两层包含两性离子聚合物或低聚物;和
任选地位于支持体和喷墨用油墨接收层之间的阻隔层。
10.根据权利要求1-11任一项的记录介质体系,它还包含喷墨用油墨。
11.根据权利要求1-11任一项的记录介质体系,它还包含一种或多种颜料、填料或有机颗粒,其选自无定形二氧化硅、结晶二氧化硅、铝的三水合物、高岭土、滑石、白垩、膨润土、沸石、玻璃珠、碳酸钙、硅酸铝钠钾、硅藻土、铝的硅酸盐、镁的硅酸盐、二氧化钛、聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯、淀粉、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚四氟乙烯。
12.根据权利要求1-11任一项的记录介质体系,它还包含一种或多种选自以下的添加剂:表面活性剂,抗静电剂,增稠剂,悬浮剂,pH控制化合物,光稳定剂,抗氧化剂,湿润剂,抗细菌剂,交联剂和荧光增白剂。
13.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,其中所述支持体包括纤维素酯、乙酸纤维素、聚酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸、和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和乙酯,聚酰胺例如尼龙,聚酯例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET),聚酰亚胺,聚醚,聚氯乙烯或聚磺酰胺。
14.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,其中所述支持体是纸或透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
15.一种喷墨油墨,包含两性离子聚合物或低聚物。
16.根据权利要求1的记录介质体系,其包含纳米孔或微孔涂层。
