Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于所谓推拉式操作缆线的端部连接装置或者终端装置。这些装置经常用于特别是汽车领域,以便将操作缆线的一端连接到例如机动车辆的齿轮箱的控制杆的控制构件上。
背景技术
终端装置必须使得缆线端部和控制构件之间形成连接。为此,通常在例如在变速杆的一个端部处组装在控制构件上的终端装置具有球形座,连接到操作缆线一端上的销的球形头卡扣接合在球形座内。因此在缆线和控制构件之间实现可松开的接合。
例如德国专利申请DE 198 13 721 A1披露一种终端装置,其设计成降低将与控制杆相关的销的球形头插入形成在中空终端内的球形座内所需的力,而不减小拆卸力,并且操作期间没有造成球形头与其座脱开的危险。为此,公知的装置包括:
通过连接杆连接到操作缆线上的外部主体,其具有垂直于杆布置的开口;
组装在控制杆的端部上并具有球形头的销;
插入外部主体的开口内的衬套,其具有分别限定第一位置和第二位置的至少两个第一凹口和两个第二凹口;
可滑动地安装在衬套内的套筒,其具有容纳销的球形头的球形座;套筒设置弹性卡扣以便接合在衬套的凹口内,从而将套筒在终端主体的空腔内部锁定在所述两个位置上。
对于位于第一位置上的套筒,由于具有切口,球形座可膨胀以便卡扣接合销的球形头。当套筒运动到第二位置时,形成球形座的套筒的整个部分在终端主体内部容纳在套筒中,并因此现在不能膨胀,从而不使得球形头从其座上脱开。
因此按照此公知的配置,该终端可采用预先组装的状态,其中球形头在套筒中容纳在相关的座内,并且套筒通过其本身的卡扣与所述第一凹口接合而保持在终端主体内。但是在组装期间,由于如果终端处于预先组装的状态,操作者可错误地认为它处于最终组装的状态,不可避免的结果是一旦缆线在正常使用中操作时缆线将从控制构件脱出,因此它存在缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于操作缆线的端部连接装置,其保留所述现有技术的优点,但不能错误地置于预先组装的状态下。按照本发明,通过一种具有权利要求1所述的特征的端部连接装置可以实现所述目的和其他目的。

具体实施方式
参考附图,本发明的端部连接装置通常以10表示。装置10包括外部主体11,该主体用来以公知的方式例如通过连接杆(未示出)连接到操作缆线(同样未示出)的一端上。最好由塑料模制的主体11具有中央通孔12,该通孔适用于在一个(下部)端部容纳套筒13,并在另一(上部)端部由盖或罩14(图2和3所示)封闭。主体11有利地模制在连接杆上,连接杆由金属制成并垂直于开口12的轴线布置。
套筒13的下部端部具有球形座15,该球形座适用于以公知的方式容纳销17的球形头16,销17连接在例如机动车辆齿轮箱的控制杆的控制构件(未示出)上。座15的下部端部由周边18邻靠,周边18具有小于球形头16的直径的直径。在周边18的下面,套筒13形成具有倾斜内表面20的导入部分19。为了将球形头16插入座15中,导入部分19必须特别在周边18处弹性膨胀。为此,一系列缺口21形成在垂直取向的部分19内,即在球形头16插入套筒13的方向上,由此将部分19分成弹性变形部段。
套筒13的上部分形成从套筒的外表面径向伸出的环形突起22,以便与设置在主体11的空腔12的内表面上的斜面形状的突出部23卡扣接合。再次,在形成突出部22的套筒13的上部分上形成一系列垂直取向的缺口24,即套筒滑动到空腔12内部的方向上,由此将该部分分成弹性变形部段。以此方式,当套筒13从图2所示的位置开始向上推到空腔12内时,由于突起22在主体11上的突出部的斜面表面上滑动,套筒的上部分的变形部段径向向内弯曲,直到突起运动经过突出部23为止。在此位置上(图3),与装置的组装状态相对应,套筒13轴向向下锁定在空腔12内,并且球形头16轴向锁定在套筒的座15内。主体11还在空腔12的顶端形成一系列径向向内伸出的突出部25,该突出部与套筒的环形突起22协作限定用于套筒13的上限位置。
清楚的是,主体11上的突出部23可形成单个环形突出部,该突出部围绕空腔12的周边一直延伸。这同样适用于突出部25。
为了防止连接装置错误地置于预先组装的状态下,其中球形头16容纳在座15内,但套筒13没有完全插入空腔12,因此不能确保球形头16锁定在其座上,按照本发明,套筒13设置弹性变形元件30,该元件在未变形状态下以抵抗球形头16的插入的方式延伸到球形座15内。在所示实施例中,元件20包括四个大致以圆弧形为形式的曲线臂31,该臂与套筒13整体形成,从球形座15的顶部径向延伸,并且在其下端相互连接。在未变形状态下(图2),弹性元件30限定上邻靠表面,通过在周边18上的作用,在球形头开始弹性变形套筒13的导入部分19之前或一旦球形头开始弹性变形套筒13的导入部分19,球形头16与上邻靠表面接触。
弹性元件30的形状和尺寸当然可不同于所描述的那些,只要元件足够刚硬以便抵抗球形头16插入座15即可,除非在球形头16上作用足够的力以便运动球形头和套筒组件到所述最终组装位置,其中套筒上的突起22与主体11的突出部23卡扣接合。
自然地,在本发明的原理保持不变的情况下,实施例和结构的细节可显著地不同于单纯通过非限定性实例进行描述和说明的那些。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于将操作缆线的一端连接到特别是车辆齿轮箱的控制杆的控制构件上的连接装置,该装置包括:
连接到操作缆线上的外部主体(11),其具有通孔(12);以及
布置成插入主体(11)的通孔(12)的套筒(13),以便在最终组装位置上锁定在其内部,套筒具有卡扣作用座(15),以便容纳用来与控制构件连接的销(17)的球形头(16);
其特征在于,套筒(13)的座(15)设置弹性变形装置(30),以便以如下方式弹性地抵抗球形头(16)插入座(15),即防止装置错误地置于预先组装位置,其中球形头(16)容纳在座(15)中,但套筒(13)没有锁定在主体(11)的开口(12)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弹性变形装置(30)与套筒(13)形成整体。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,通过从座(15)的顶部在从球形头(15)插入的方向上延伸的弹性元件(30)形成所述弹性变形装置(30)。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件(30)包括多个曲线臂(31),该臂从座(15)的顶部径向延伸,并在其下端相互连接。
