Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用白泥和炉渣进行的造纸中水脱色技术。其技术方案是利用造纸工艺碱回收后产生的白泥,加入中水中,调节中水的pH值,同时利用白泥起到引进“晶核”,在加入絮凝剂后所产生的絮聚颗粒增大,增加絮聚颗粒的快速沉淀,达到泥水的良好分离,并且污泥的滤水性也比较好;加入炉渣,利用炉渣的多孔、表面积大的特性,再对以上清夜中的残余有色物质进行吸附过滤处理,再次脱色。本发明的技术简单,以废治废,降低污水治理成本。脱色后的水质达到:CODcr70-80mg/L,色度为8倍,可用于黑浆的洗涤,替代清水的用量。

Description

造纸中水脱色技术
一、技术领域:本发明公开了一种利用白泥和炉渣进行的造纸中水脱色技术。
二、背景技术:烧碱法麦草制浆过程中产生的中段废水,经活性污泥法处理后,尚存在颜色较深的弊端,制约了水的回收利用。
三、发明内容:本发明的目的就是针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种利用造纸碱回收后的白泥和炉渣进行造纸中水脱色技术。
其技术方案是利用造纸工艺碱回收后产生的白泥,加入中水中,调节中水的PH值,同时利用白泥起到引进“晶核”,在加入絮凝剂后所产生的絮聚颗粒增大,增加絮聚颗粒的快速沉淀,达到泥水的良好分离,并且污泥的滤水性也比较好;加入炉渣,利用炉渣的多孔、表面积大的特性,再对以上清夜中的残余有色物质进行吸附过滤处理,再次脱色。
本发明的技术简单,以废治废,降低污水治理成本。脱色后的水质达到:CODcr70-80mg/L,色度为8倍,可用于黑浆的洗涤,替代清水的用量。
