Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用白泥和炉渣进行的造纸中段废水脱色方法。其技术方案是利用造纸工艺碱回收后产生的白泥,加入水中段废水中,调节水中段废水的PH值,同时利用白泥起到引进“晶核”,在加入絮凝剂絮凝后产生的絮凝颗粒增大,增加絮凝颗粒的快速沉淀,达到泥水的良好分离,并且污泥的滤水性也比较好;加入炉渣,利用炉渣的多孔、表面积大的特性,再对以上清液中的残余有色物质进行吸附过滤处理,再次脱色。本发明的技术简单,以废治废,降低污水治理成本。脱色后的水质达到:CODcr70~80mg/L,色度为8倍,可用于黑浆的洗涤,替代清水的用量。
Description
一、技术领域:本发明公开了一种利用白泥和炉渣进行的造纸中段废水脱色方法。
二、背景技术:烧碱法麦草制浆过程中产生的中段废水,经活性污泥法处理后,尚存在颜色较深的弊端,制约了水的回收利用。
三、发明内容:本发明的目的就是针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种利用造纸碱回收后的白泥和炉渣进行造纸中段废水脱色方法。
其技术方案是利用造纸工艺碱回收后产生的白泥,加入中段废水中,调节中段废水的PH值,同时利用白泥起到引进“晶核”,在加入絮凝剂絮凝后产生的絮凝颗粒增大,增加絮凝颗粒的快速沉淀,达到泥水的良好分离,并且污泥的滤水性也比较好;加入炉渣,利用炉渣的多孔、表面积大的特性,再对以上清液中的残余有色物质进行吸附过滤处理,再次脱色。
本发明的技术简单,以废治废,降低污水治理成本。脱色后的水质达到:CODcr70~80mg/L,色度为8倍,可用于黑浆的洗涤,替代清水的用量。
四、具体实施例:
利用造纸工艺碱回收后产生的白泥(其主要成份是碳酸钙),加入中段废水中,调节中段废水的PH值,同时利用白泥起到引进“晶核”,在加入絮凝剂(主要成份硫酸铝)后产生的絮凝颗粒增大,增加絮凝颗粒的快速沉淀,达到泥水的良好分离,并且污泥的滤水性也比较好;加入炉渣,利用炉渣的多孔、表面积大的特性,再对以上清液中的残余有色物质进行吸附过滤处理,再次脱色。

1、造纸中段废水脱色方法,其特征是:利用造纸工艺碱回收后产生的白泥,加入中段废水中,调节中段废水的PH值,然后加入絮凝剂絮凝后泥水分离,再向分离开后的清液中加入炉渣,再次脱色。
