背景技术
在对体液中的测定对象物进行检知时,使用穿刺针从生物体内取出体液。对使用过的穿刺针再利用时,在下次使用之前,必须对该穿刺针进行消毒。以往的穿刺针消毒,是采用将穿刺针浸在含有例如丁醇等的药品的消毒液中来进行的。或者,也可使用沾有消毒液的绵花擦洗穿刺针。也有对穿刺针进行UV线照射、或者对穿刺针进行加热或煮沸进行消毒。然而,采用这种方法对穿刺针消毒,费时,很麻烦。
并且,为了确实对穿刺针进行消毒,必须使用γ线和环氧乙烷气体等消毒。然而,为了进行这种方法,需要有相当的设备,费时间,效率也不高。

所述消毒装置既可与所述框体本体一体化,也可固定在盖住所述框体本体的所述穿刺孔的可取下的盖体上。
所述消毒装置,最好是具有发热部和包含所述发热部的动作开关的回路,在所述驱动弹簧释放状态下,所述发热部的动作开关关闭。
另外,所述消毒装置,最好是具有放射UV线或发出红外线的射线源部和包含所述射线源部的动作开关的回路,在所述驱动弹簧释放状态下,所述射线源部的动作开关关闭。
另外,所述消毒装置,最好是具有多孔体和含浸在所述多孔体中的消毒液,例如是在所述驱动弹簧释放状态下,所述穿刺针的前端插入所述多孔体中的结构。
多孔体最好是可侵入穿刺孔中的构造。该场合,在所述驱动弹簧释放状态下,穿刺针的前端既可从穿刺孔向外部伸出,也可不伸出。
并且,本发明涉及具有消毒装置的手术刀器具的收纳容器,该消毒装置具有收纳手术刀器具的空间,在手术刀器具的收纳状态下,对手术刀器具的穿刺针进行消毒。
所述消毒装置,最好是具有发热部和包含所述发热部的动作开关的回路,在手术刀器具收纳状态下,所述发热部的动作开关关闭。
另外,所述消毒装置,最好是具有放射UV线或红外线的射线源部及包含所述射线源部的动作开关的回路,在手术刀器具收纳状态下,所述射线源部的动作开关关闭。
另外,所述消毒装置,其结构最好是具有多孔体和含浸在所述多孔体中的消毒液,在手术刀器具收纳状态下,所述穿刺针的前端插入所述多孔体中。
采用本发明的手术刀器具,例如在穿刺的前或后,能处理不费时且高效地对穿刺针进行消毒。另外,采用本发明的手术刀器具的收纳容器,在手术刀器具的收纳状态下,能处理不费时且高效地对手术刀器具的穿刺针进行消毒。

具体实施方式
实施例1
图1A、图1B是将框体本体做成剖面对本实施例的手术刀器具的内部构造进行表示的图。图1A中,驱动弹簧2被固定于收缩状态。图1B中,驱动弹簧2得到释放。
该手术刀器具包括:穿刺针5;固定穿刺针5用的夹子3;将穿刺针5从收纳位置移动到穿刺位置的驱动弹簧2;以及将驱动弹簧2从收缩状态释放的触发按钮4。穿刺针5和驱动弹簧2收纳在筒状的框体本体8中。在框体本体8的一端设置有将穿刺针5的前端引向外部的穿刺孔9。另一端设置有弹簧压缩用按钮1。释放状态的驱动弹簧2在穿刺动作之前,通过拉出弹簧压缩用按钮1,成为收缩状态。驱动弹簧2的收缩状态就是执行穿刺动作的准备结束后的状态。在该状态下,通过按下触发按钮4,可释放驱动弹簧2进行穿刺。
在穿刺后的驱动弹簧2被释放状态的状态下,穿刺针5由消毒装置进行消毒。消毒装置具有本实施例的手术刀器具,该装置具有由电阻线圈构成的发热部16。电阻线圈的一端16a在驱动弹簧2的释放状态下,与电池7的外部端子7a接触。另一方面,电阻线圈的另一端16b始终处于与电池7的外部端子7b连接的状态。即,发热部16和电池7构成了回路。电阻线圈的一端16a和电池7的外部端子7a构成了发热部16的动作开关。动作开关在驱动弹簧2的释放状态下被关闭,在驱动弹簧2收缩状态下打开。
采用本实施例的手术刀器具,在穿刺后,通过将驱动弹簧2在释放状态下暂时放置,利用发热部16对穿刺针5进行加热消毒。这样,在穿刺后,不再需要将穿刺针5取出浸入药液中、或用沾上药液的绵花擦洗穿刺针5。另外,可处理不费时且高效地对穿刺针5进行的消毒。另外,穿刺针5与发热部16的位置关系,不限定于图1A、图1B所示的形态。只要将穿刺针5和发热部16配置得近一些以使穿刺针5的温度升温即可。
实施例2
图2A、图2B是将框体本体做成剖面对本实施例的手术刀器具的内部构造进行表示的图。图2A中,驱动弹簧2被固定于收缩状态。图2B中,驱动弹簧2得到释放。
该手术刀器具,除了消毒装置的结构不同之外,其它与实施例1的手术刀器具的构造相同。其中,消毒装置被内装在盖住框体本体8的穿刺孔9的可取下的盖体10中。
盖体10由盖子框11构成,具有开口部12,该开口部12与具有穿刺孔9的框体本体8的端部嵌合。在开口部12的里面,收纳有由电阻线圈构成的发热部16和电池7。发热部16和电池7构成了回路,电池7的外部端子7a和电阻线圈的一端16a构成了发热部16的动作开关。
图2A中,框体本体8的端部未与盖子框11的开口部12嵌合。在此状态下,电阻线圈的一端16a与电池7的外部端子7a分离。图2B中,框体本体8的端部与盖子框11的开口部12嵌合。在此状态下,由框体本体8的端部将电池7的外部端子7a按倒,与电阻线圈的一端16a接触。
穿刺后,在驱动弹簧2的释放状态下,将盖体10安装在框体本体8的端部。通过就这样放置一段时间,利用发热部16对穿刺针5进行加热消毒。另外,穿刺针5与发热部16的位置关系,不限定于图2A、图2B所示的形态。只要将穿刺针5和发热部16配置得近一些以使穿刺针5的温度升温即可。消毒中的穿刺针5的前端,也可通过穿刺孔9从框体本体8伸出。
接着,进行以下的试验。
制作上述的手术刀器具,通过穿刺进行采血。然后,将盖体10安装在框体本体8的端部,以1W、10秒钟对穿刺针5进行了加热消毒。消毒后的穿刺针5的前端与活菌疫苗数测定用培养基((株式会社)ニツシヨ制)接触,将该培养基在37℃下静置24小时。然后,对培养基的活菌疫苗数进行了测定。结果是未能检测出细菌。从中可以确认,本实施例中的加热消毒是有效的。
图3A、图3B是将容器本体18做成剖面对具有与上述相同的消毒机构的手术刀器具的收放容易的内部构造进行表示的图。
收纳容器具有收纳手术刀器具的空间、以及收纳手术刀器具时对穿刺针进行消毒的消毒装置。图3A表示在具有与图2一样的加热部的收纳容器中收纳有手术刀器具的状态。在该状态下,由手术刀器具的框体本体8的端部将电池7的外部端子7a按倒,与电阻线圈的一端16a接触。在收纳手术刀器具之前的状态下,如图3B所示,电阻线圈的一端16a与电池7的外部端子7a分离。
采用上述结构,若将手术刀器具收纳在收纳容器中,则消毒装置的驱动开关自动性关闭,对穿刺针5进行消毒。发热部16最好是配置在手术刀器具的框体本体8的穿刺孔9的旁边。
在收纳容器中,可设置用于收纳未使用的预备穿刺孔13的空间。在所述空间中最好配置有插入预备穿刺孔13前端的罩子17。
实施例3
图4A、图4B是将框体做成剖面对本实施例的手术刀器具的内部构造进行表示的图。图4A中,驱动弹簧2被固定于收缩状态。图4B中,驱动弹簧2得到释放。
该手术刀器具,除了消毒装置使用由UV灯构成的射线源部26之外,其它与实施例2手术刀器具的构造相同。即、在框体本体8的端部未与盖子框11的开口部12嵌合的状态下,射线源部26的外部端子26a与电池7的外部端子7a分离。若将框体本体8的端部与盖子框11的开口部12嵌合,则由框体本体8的端部将电池7的外部端子7a按倒,与射线源部26的外部端子26a接触。
穿刺后,在驱动弹簧2的释放状态下,将盖体10安装在框体本体8的端部。通过就这样放置一段时间,利用射线源部26发出的UV线对穿刺针5进行消毒。另外,穿刺针5与发热部16的位置关系,不限定于图4A、图4B所示的形态。只要将射线源部26配置成能将UV线照射到穿刺针5的前端即可。
接着,进行以下的试验。
制作上述的手术刀器具,通过穿刺进行采血。然后,将盖体10安装在框体本体8的端部,以1W、30秒钟对穿刺针5进行UV线的消毒。消毒后的穿刺针5的前端与活菌疫苗数测定用培养基((株式会社)ニツシヨ制)接触,将该培养基在37℃下静止24小时。然后,对培养基的活菌疫苗数进行了测定。结果是未能检测出细菌。从中可以确认,本实施例中的UV线的消毒是有效的。
图5A、图5B是将容器本体18做成剖面对具有与上述相同的消毒机构的手术刀器具的收放容易的内部构造进行表示的图。本收纳容器,除了消毒装置的结构不同之外,其它与实施例2的收纳容器构造相同。
图5A表示在具有与图4A、图4B一样的UV灯构成消毒装置的收纳容器中收纳有手术刀器具的状态。在该状态下,由手术刀器具的框体本体8的端部将电池7的外部端子7a按倒,与射线源部26的外部端子26a接触。在收纳手术刀器具之前的状态下,如图5B所示,射线源部26的外部端子26a与电池7的外部端子7a分离。
采用上述结构,也是若将手术刀器具收纳在收纳容器中,则消毒装置的驱动开关自动性关闭。
实施例4
图6A、图6B是将框体做成剖面对本实施例的手术刀器具的内部构造进行表示的图。图6A中,驱动弹簧2被固定于收缩状态。图6B中,驱动弹簧2得到释放。
该手术刀器具,除了消毒装置的结构不同之外,其它与实施例1手术刀器具的构造相同。其中,消毒装置被内装在盖住框体本体8的穿刺孔9的可取下的盖体10中。
盖体10具有盖子框11、收纳于盖子框11内部的多孔体36和向多孔体36供给消毒液的消毒液容器37。多孔体36始终处于含浸有消毒液的状态。盖体10具有开口部12,该开口部12与具有穿刺孔9的框体本体8的端部嵌合。在框体本体8的端部与盖子框11的开口部12嵌合的状态下,多孔体36配置在与穿刺孔9相对面的位置。
穿刺后,在驱动弹簧2的释放状态下,将盖体10安装在框体本体8的端部。在此状态下,穿刺针5的前端插入多孔体36中,由消毒液进行消毒。
对于多孔体36,只要是由消毒液能使其膨润的多孔质材料,可使用。例如,以使用海棉、织布、无纺布等为好。另外,对于多孔体36与消毒液容器37之间的联系,例如可采用利用毛细管现象使消毒液移动的多孔质材料。
随着消毒液的消耗,贮存在消毒液容器37中的消毒液量减少。为此,最好是在盖体10上,设置能显示消毒液量减少的指示灯19、以及向消毒液容器37供给消毒液用的导入部20。
作为消毒液,调制成丁醇含有量为70重量%的水溶液,再将该水溶液注入盖体10的消毒液容器37中。制作上述的手术刀器具,通过穿刺进行采血。然后,将盖体10安装在框体本体8的端部,用消毒液对穿刺针5进行了消毒。然后,将穿刺针5的前端与活菌疫苗数测定用培养基((株式会社)ニツシヨ制)接触,将该培养基在37℃下静置24小时。然后,对培养基的活菌疫苗数进行了测定。结果是未能检测出细菌。从中可以确认,本实施例中的消毒是有效的。
图7是将容器本体18做成剖面对具有与上述相同的消毒机构的手术刀器具的收放容易的内部构造进行表示的图。本收纳容器,除了消毒装置的结构不同之外,其它与实施例2的收纳容器构造相同。
图7表示在具有与图6A、图6B一样的由多孔体36和消毒液容器37构成的消毒装置的收纳容器中收纳有手术刀器具的状态。在该状态下,将穿刺针5的前端插入多孔体36中,使用消毒液进行消毒。上述结构也是若将手术刀器具收纳在收纳容器中,则可自动进行穿刺针5的消毒。
实施例5
图8A、图8B是将框体做成剖面对本实施例的手术刀器具的内部构造进行表示的图。图8A中,驱动弹簧2被固定于收缩状态。图8B中,驱动弹簧2得到释放。该手术刀器具,除了消毒装置的结构不同之外,其它与实施例1手术刀器具的构造相同。
本实施例的手术刀器具所具有的消毒装置,具有放射UV线的激光或者由LED构成的射线源部46。射线源部46通过开关27的ON/OFF,与电池7通电。上述结构中,通过始终将开关27置于ON,即可对穿刺针5进行消毒。不过,在驱动弹簧2的释放状态下,穿刺针5与射线源部46的距离靠近。由此,在驱动弹簧2的释放状态下,将开关27置于ON,即可有效地对穿刺针5进行消毒。
采用本发明,例如在穿刺的前或后,可处理不费时且高效地对穿刺针进行消毒。本发明的手术刀器具及其收纳容器,特别适用于对使用过的穿刺针进行再利用的场合、以及连续性进行穿刺的场合,便利性优良。
Claims (20)
1.一种手术刀器具,其特征在于,具有对穿刺针进行消毒的消毒装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,在穿刺的前或后,所述穿刺针由所述消毒装置消毒。
3.如权利要求1所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,是对穿刺针进行加热的加热部、向穿刺针照射UV线或红外线的射线源部、或使消毒液沾附于穿刺针的化学药品部。
4.如权利要求3所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述化学药品部,具有含浸有消毒液的多孔体,配置有所述多孔体,以使所述穿刺针插入所述多孔体中。
5.如权利要求4所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,在穿刺的前或后,所述穿刺针插入所述多孔体中。
6.如权利要求4所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述化学药品部,具有能显示所述多孔体中含有的消毒液量减少的指示灯、以及向所述多孔体补充消毒液用的消毒液导入口。
7.如权利要求1所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,在穿刺中不动作。
8.一种手术刀器具的收纳容器,其特征在于,具有在手术刀器具收纳状态下、对手术刀器具的穿刺针进行消毒的消毒装置。
9.如权利要求8所述的手术刀器具的收纳容器,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,是对穿刺针进行加热的加热部、向穿刺针照射UV线或红外线的射线源部、或使消毒液沾附于穿刺针的化学药品部。
10.如权利要求9所述的手术刀器具的收纳容器,其特征在于,所述化学药品部具有含浸有消毒液的多孔体,配置有所述多孔体,以使在手术刀器具收纳状态下,将所述穿刺针插入所述多孔体中。
11.如权利要求10所述的手术刀器具的收纳容器,其特征在于,所述化学药品部,具有能显示所述多孔体中含有的消毒液量减少的指示灯、以及向所述多孔体补充消毒液用的消毒液导入口。
12.如权利要求8所述的手术刀器具的收纳容器,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,在手术刀器具收纳前不动作。
13.一种手术刀器具,其特征在于,包括;穿刺针;将所述穿刺针从收纳位置移动到穿刺位置的驱动弹簧;将所述驱动弹簧从收缩状态释放的触发按钮;具有收纳所述穿刺针和所述驱动弹簧的空间和将所述穿刺针的前端引向外部的穿刺孔的框体本体;以及对所述穿刺针进行消毒的消毒装置。
14.如权利要求13所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述消毒装置与所述框体本体一体化。
15.如权利要求13所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述消毒装置固定在盖住所述框体本体的所述穿刺孔的可取下的盖体上。
16.如权利要求13所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述消毒装置具有发热部和包含所述发热部的动作开关的回路,在所述驱动弹簧释放状态下,所述发热部的动作开关关闭。
17.如权利要求13所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,具有放射UV线或红外线的射线源部及包含所述射线源部的动作开关的回路,在所述驱动弹簧释放状态下,所述射线源部的动作开关被关闭。
18.如权利要求13所述的手术刀器具,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,具有多孔体和含浸在所述多孔体中的消毒液,在所述驱动弹簧释放状态下,所述穿刺针的前端插入所述多孔体中。
19.如权利要求8所述的手术刀器具的收纳容器,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,具有发热部和包含所述发热部的动作开关的回路,在手术刀器具收纳状态下,所述发热部的动作开关被关闭。
20.如权利要求8所述的手术刀器具的收纳容器,其特征在于,所述消毒装置,具有放射UV线或红外线的射线源部及包含所述射线源部的动作开关的回路,在手术刀器具收纳状态下,所述射线源部的动作开关被关闭。
