Abstract

Description

用于箔片后注塑的方法
本发明涉及一种用于对箔片、尤其是对于已被印刷的箔片进行后注塑的方法,该方法用于防止装饰面发生氧化或脱落。
已知与例如在如用于家用电器的热塑性成型件表面上布置类型标牌有关,将所述箔片先放置在固定框架内部中的注塑模具的模型里面,并通过喷射热塑性塑料而与成型件进行连接。在两种已知的变型中,或者将箔片插进型腔壁的一个凹穴中、或者将箔片插进一个成型框架中来形成所述成型件,箔片在型腔里面包围在所述凹穴中,其中箔片的棱边没有被热塑性塑料包围。
本发明要解决的任务是,研究一种注塑方法,它能够对插进型腔中的箔片棱边进行保护,并由此避免尤其是对箔片棱边产生机械作用的可能的侵蚀面。
这个任务按照本发明由此得以解决:借助于一个改进的注塑模具结构使箔片局部地固定在模具半体中,该模具半体形成不可见的成型件的表面,并且在注塑过程期间使箔片通过热塑性塑料的向前流动的前端传送到对面的模具侧面上,其中箔片的边界棱边被塑料包围。
本发明的主题是一种用于在一个注塑装置中使用热塑性塑料对于其背面上已被印刷的箔片进行后注塑的方法,其特征在于,将注塑模具型腔中的箔片首先以其与熔液前端相反的棱边贴靠在型腔壁上,而其余的箔片与壁保持间隔,并且与壁保持间隔的箔片部分通过进入型腔的、在其中向前流动的熔液前端顶靠在壁上、并同时松开箔片的固定,使其余的箔片也贴靠在型腔壁上。
优选的一种方法是,箔片在熔液进入型腔前借助于一个夹具贴靠在型腔壁上,并且该夹具在熔液进入时返回。
最好将选自聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、聚酯、聚氯乙稀的一种塑料作为箔片材料。
在一个特别优选的方法中采用聚碳酸酯作为箔片材料。
所述热塑性塑料最好选自聚酰胺、聚酯、聚烯烃、苯乙烯共聚物、聚苯氧化物(Polyphenylenoxid)、聚碳酸酯、聚苯硫化物(Polyphenylensulfid)、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯或上述聚合物的混合物。
特别优选的是采用聚酰胺或聚碳酸酯作为热塑性塑料。
在本发明的另一个优选的实施例中,所述箔片在熔液进入前、在其下部背离熔液前端部分处、尤其通过一个处于真空中的烧结块固定在所述壁对面的型腔壁上,所述箔片通过熔液前端在型腔里面的向前流动而松开。
在特别优选的一种方法中,箔片在熔液进入前也可在其下部背离熔液前端的端部借助于至少一个可从型腔拉回的止挡进行定位,最好至少通过两个下端止挡和一个侧面止挡进行定位。
通过按照本发明的方法能够实现,例如类型标牌和成型件上的装饰箔片在注塑期间成形,并放弃事后的粘接过程。由此省去附加的工序。在使用在其背面已被印刷的箔片、尤其是透明箔片时,通过棱边注塑包封能够防止对装饰造成的磨损和机械式脱落。
下面借助于附图示例性地详细描述本发明。附图示出:

具体实施方式
在图1中示出一个注塑模具2的敞开的型腔1的横截面,在该型腔中箔片7(一种EPC箔片,在其背面已被印刷)在其在图1中下置的棱边处通过一个弹簧加载的顶杆11固定在注塑模具的一个壁9上,而通过另一个弹簧加载的顶杆8对准箔片7的另一端部,所述箔片的棱边4指向热塑性塑料3的入口,并且在型腔1闭合时顶靠在所述型腔的位于对面的壁5上,在所述型腔处箔片7要位于其最终有效的位置上。
图2中示出,在热塑性塑料3进入之后,所述热塑性塑料将箔片7通过该热塑性塑料3的向前流动的前端顶靠到型腔1的壁5上。而在其间所述弹簧加载的顶杆8从型腔1中返回,接着热塑性塑料(聚酰胺6)的熔液前端在型腔1中继续向前并使箔片7平滑地贴靠在型腔壁5上。
图3表示,箔片7的下端由固定销11抬起。接着型腔1完全被热塑性塑料3充满,其中箔片7的棱边被热塑性塑料3包围。随着按图5所示的型腔1的打开并取出加工完的成型件,加工循环结束。
图6和6a以横截面图简示出箔片7如何进行棱边注塑包封。箔片标牌在棱边上完全被热塑性塑料包围,并且不存在机械地取出标牌(箔片7)或从侧面松开背面已被印刷的箔片7的可能性。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于后注塑的方法,尤其用于在一个注塑装置中使用热塑性塑料对于在其背面上已被印刷的箔片进行后注塑,其特征在于,将所述箔片(7)这样插进注塑模具(2)的型腔(1)中,使得在塑料熔液(3)进入之前箔片首先以其与熔液(3)前端相反的棱边顶靠在型腔(1)的壁(5)上,而箔片的其余部分与所述壁保持间隔;箔片(7)的与所述壁保持间隔的部分(6)通过进入型腔(1)中的、向前流动的熔液前端顶靠在壁(5)上,同时松开对于箔片(7)的固定,使箔片(7)的其余部分也顶靠在型腔(1)的壁(5)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述箔片在熔液(3)进入型腔(1)之前借助于一个夹具(8)贴靠在型腔(1)的壁(5)上,并且该夹具(8)在熔液进入时返回。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述箔片材料是一种选择自聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、聚酯、聚氯乙稀的塑料。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性塑料选自聚酰胺、聚酯、聚烯烃、苯乙烯共聚物、聚苯氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚苯硫化物、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯或上述聚合物的可能的混合物。
5.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,采用聚碳酸酯作为所述箔片材料。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,采用聚酰胺或聚碳酸酯作为所述热塑性塑料。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述箔片在熔液进入前、在其下部的背离熔液前端的部分(6)处尤其通过一个处于真空中的烧结块(10)固定在型腔(1)的、壁(5)对面的壁(9)上,所述箔片通过熔液前端(3)在型腔(1)中的向前流动而松开。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述箔片在熔液进入前,在其下部背离熔液前端的端部处借助于至少一个可以从型腔(1)中拉回的止挡(11)进行定位,最好至少通过两个下端的止挡和一个侧面的止挡进行定位。
