Abstract

Description

金属切削刀具和烘烤模子形刀片
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的金属切削刀具和相应的刀片。
用于刀片的特别是陶瓷制可转位刀片的现有技术是带有平整表面或者各种不同夹紧槽的刀片,为切削加工金属材料夹紧在刀架上。这种平整刀片表面技术的缺点是,缺少用于与刀架形状配合连接的夹紧力不足。在带夹紧槽的刀片中,虽然存在形状配合的连接,但是刀片由于夹紧在夹紧槽内,在相当小的面上承受夹具很强的力,从而会导致刀片内产生应力或者甚至断裂。此外,在目前的夹具装置中没有将所有可能的积极因素集于一种装置内。
EP 0 753 366 B1公开了一种金属切削刀具,主要由刀架组成,具有接受刀片的开口,刀片具有夹紧槽,由夹板固定在刀架上,夹板通过紧固螺丝固定在刀架上。夹板上设置压块,它在朝向刀片的底面上具有凸台,凸台与夹紧槽夹紧接触。此外,夹板将压块在紧固螺丝方向上拉紧。
本发明的目的在于,利用简单的部件将多个积极因素尽可能集于一种装置上,并通过它们的相互配合取得最佳的夹紧效果。在此方面,不同部件的加工容差得到补偿,利用可控制的夹紧力限制产生附加的形状配合的连接,提供抵抗切削力作用的部件结构,以避免使用期间夹紧力损失。
依据本发明该目的通过权利要求1的特征得以实现。
依据本发明,夹紧槽呈圆形,并在中部具有一个球形或圆形凸起部。压块上的凸台由与其配合的一个环状物组成,环状物环绕凸起部与夹紧槽夹紧配合,由此确保刀片在刀架上的最佳装配。
在优选的设计方案中,夹板在其处于压块上的底面上具有一个球形凸起部,与压块上的一个球形凹陷部配合。
在这种情况下,最好夹板上球形凸起部的半径大于压块内球形凹陷部的半径,由此力可以通过外部边缘进行传递。
压块优选通过一个螺丝呈间隙地与夹板固定。
为防止夹板受到切削,压块最好具有一个前侧凸起。
优选压块由硬金属,HSS或者陶瓷等耐磨材料制成。
在优选的设计方案中,一敞置部与压块上的环状物同心或对中心环绕设置且一接触面与敞置部同心或者对中环绕设置且向环状物的中心成角度上升。
具有优点的是,夹板通过带有夹紧力限制部的一个斜面在刀架上引导。
在可选择的实施方式中,夹板通过两个斜面在刀架上引导,其中,两个斜面平行,并通过一个槽彼此隔开。
最好是,两个斜面以相对于夹板的纵轴线10°-45°的角度分布。
具有优点的是,两个斜面具有圆柱体表面,刀架具有与其配合的圆柱体外表面。
依据本发明的刀片具有夹紧槽,其中,夹紧槽呈圆形,并在中部具有一个球形或圆形凸起部,可装入所述的刀具内。
优选的是可转位刀片。

图1示出作为可转位刀片的刀头或刀片10,用于金属工件的切削加工。刀片10的中心具有一个圆形夹紧槽11,其中,在其中部设置一个球形或圆形的凸起部12。该夹紧槽11和凸起部12用于将在配合承接部也称为刀座中的刀片固定在适当刀架上。
图2示出所述的刀片10在刀架13上夹紧状态下的立体图。此时特别要注意的是压块14(亦参见图3),它在底面具有与刀片上的前述夹紧槽相对应的造型。通过拧紧紧固螺丝17产生的夹紧力通过夹板16传递到刀片10上。作为特殊的特征,夹板在处于刀片上的底面上具有球形凸起部18,它伸入压块14的球形凹陷部19内,并利用螺丝15以一定间隙固定。
图4示出说明夹紧件相互配合的刀座的横截面。在拧紧紧固螺丝17时,夹板16向下运动,并利用斜面20在刀架上类似的斜面上同时向后滑动。由于夹板通过球形凸起部18,在处于与斜面对面的侧面上通过产生的夹紧力与压块14形状配合地通过球形凹陷部19连接,而且压块的凸起部21又形状配合地与刀片的槽嵌接,所以夹板向刀座角内的侧向移动通过各夹紧件传递到刀片上。对此亦参见图10。当达到夹紧力限制部22时,夹板的杠杆运动加大。压块14对刀片施加更大的压力,这时还利用其接触面23压向刀片的表面。这种相互配合的突出特征是,在所有部件的组合下,通过这样的造型和斜面,刀片再也不会从其刀座向外移动。
图5再次示出夹板-压块-刀片相互配合的放大图。
图6示出刀片圆形槽11的剖面图。在其中部可以看到圆形或球形凸起部12。特别是在这种情况下的特征是,凸起部12具有球体的造型,处于槽底部的上面和刀片表面的下面。槽轮廓的横截面为圆形,在一定程度上环绕球体的垂直轴线分布,很像美国炸洋葱圈的烘烤模子。
图7示出压块14的上侧,作为特殊的特征是它具有所述的半球形印痕19或球形下沉或者凹陷。
图8示出压块14的底面,作为特殊的特征是它具有一个凸起部21,为与刀片上夹紧槽相对应的烘烤模子的造型。此外的特征是向烘烤模子的中心成角度上升的接触面23,还有敞置部25,它防止刀片的槽边缘表面接触以及损坏和配合不够。为此亦参见图10。
压块的另一特点是它由硬金属,HSS或者陶瓷等耐磨材料构成以及外轮廓的凸起24,用于防止夹板在切削加工时受到切削(参见图7)。球体/半球形印痕配合也用于夹紧件和刀片之间的公差补偿和位置补偿。
图9示出带有所述球形凸起部18的夹板的底面。此外,该球体特殊的特征是,球体的直径略大于压块14内半球形印痕的直径,以便能够通过球体/半球形印痕外边缘26(参见图10),而不是通过半球形印痕底部和球体顶部的点状负荷传递力。另一特征是夹板上的斜面20(参见图4和图9),它通过刀架上的斜面引导。这些斜面的作用是在拧紧紧固螺丝时实现夹紧件侧向移动,将刀片拉进刀座的角内。该夹板用于尺寸更小的刀架。
图11示出带有所述球形凸起部18夹板16另一方案的底面。该夹板16用于其尺寸通过其结构可以安装更大部件的刀架。该夹板的特殊特征是,在后部区域内具有不同于图9形状的斜面26。如在图12中所见,它通过槽27隔开以10°-45°角分布。这两个斜面28的创造性特征是圆柱体的表面28。它们的作用是,在拧紧紧固螺丝时,除了实现夹板的侧向移动,在为此形成的开口29内相对于刀架上13进行自动对中。对此参见图13。
图13中刀架13上开口29的特殊特征还有平行的两个斜面30的圆柱体外表面,其半径略大于夹板的圆柱体表面28的半径。这样因此可以使斜面之间近似线性接触且可以实现接触的圆柱体表面28和30的自动对中地顺行滑动。图14示出夹板和刀架在横截面上的这种相互配合。

Claims (15)
