高效自供电真空吸尘器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空吸尘器,更确切地说是一种无线高效除尘吸尘器。
背景技术
传统的真空吸尘器一般包括装在移动部件上的构件,该构件设有电动涡轮,该涡轮通过过滤膜在微粒集尘器中产生吸力。用至少一个刷子将地板上的微粒吸起,微粒被传送管中的气流吸入集尘器。
然而,为了得到满意的清洁效果,要求涡轮有大功率的马达(大约1000瓦(W)到1500W),并且其电力主要通过电线来传递。
这种马达的效率不是很好,并且电线降低了这种吸尘器的可移动性和易操作性。
另外,气流的损失也很大。这种损失降低了吸起大颗粒的能力,使气流不能将微粒最终传送到集尘器,降低了清洁的效果。
发明内容
为了要解决上述这些技术问题,本发明提出一种无线真空吸尘器,它具有很高的清洁效率。
按照本发明,上述目的由这样一种真空吸尘器来实现,该真空吸尘器的特征在于:涡轮具有一组叶片和一个喷口,该喷口包括一个盒体,该盒体的上游部分为蜗形,该蜗形的中心位于叶片的轴线上,该盒体还具有一个分叉的下游部分,上游部分开向该下游部分,并通过该下游部分与外界相连通,而且,分叉的下游部分具有用于分隔气流并使之减速的多个纵向内隔栅。
优选地,盒壁和隔栅可以采用隔音和/或吸收震动材料。
根据另一个特征,上述分叉的下游部分通过喷嘴盒体壁的侧孔与外部相连通。
在一个变化例中,所述导管的上游端适于与一个辊子形式的头部相连接,该辊子设有用于搅动地面的外周刷子和内部翅翼。
在另一个变化例中,所述头部的旋转是由内置马达驱动,该马达的轴与所述辊子的转动轴同轴地连接。
在本发明的第一个实施例中,所述传送导管由柔性软管构成,该软管以可拆卸的方式与所述头部连接。
有利的是,所述软管的上游端设有一个刚性底帽,该底帽供所述头部的喷口的密闭连接,而且为不使用头的真空吸尘器提供持握把柄。
软管优选为是可以延伸的。
为了能使这种真空吸尘器即可用作立式壁毯真空吸尘器,又可用作罐式真空吸尘器,可以在构件的底部,也可以在上部的适当位置配置移动部件。这些部件优选为小脚轮,并可以选用马达驱动。
在本发明的第二个实施例中,所述微粒传送导管包括一个设置于导管的上部分和底部分之间的铰链,使所述传送导管可以被打开。
有利的是,为了收集较重的微粒,所述的传送管的底部设有一个盒体。
按照另一个特征,所述构件至少设有一个可充电电池,用于向涡轮供电和/或使头部转动。
本发明所述的真空吸尘器,使用了一个式样新颖的涡轮,它有很高的效率,并且只需要仅仅80W的电能,从而它可以用可充电电池来供电。
另外,根据重量选择性地吸入微粒,降低了气流的损失,从而提高了清洁的质量。

具体实施方式
图1中显示的真空吸尘器包括安装在移动部件R上的一个构件,该构件载有一个电动涡轮T,涡轮T通过过滤膜M,在集尘器C中产生负压。涡轮T位于吸入室k内,这时集尘器C连接一个有可渗透气体壁的弹性囊体S,它被封闭于隔室K。隔室K的上部和侧面由不泄漏的硬壁限定;同时过滤膜M限定了隔室K的下部,过滤膜M将隔室K和吸入室k分开。
图2A示出了包括该膜和囊体S的一种变化例。
从内壁伸出的突出物,把囊体S保持在隔室K的内部。从地面采集的微粒被气流通过传送导管C中吸入集尘器C。导管C中的气流是由位于吸入室k中的涡轮T通过隔室K的抽吸所产生的。该构件还设有用于操作和持握的手柄N。涡轮T设有一组叶片P和一个喷口1。喷口1是一个盒体,该盒体的上游部分11为蜗形,该蜗形的中心位于叶片的轴线上,上游部分开向分叉的下游部分12,并通过在喷口盒体1的侧壁上开设的孔10与外界相连通。
分叉的下游部分12具有用于分隔涡轮T产生的气流并使之减速的多个纵向内隔栅13(图1B)。从而,涡轮的效率得以提高(约45%),这是由于隔栅13的作用以及下游部分12的稳定扩张,气流在低速下保持为层流,不会产生紊流。
一旦垂线和隔栅13切线间的夹角α超过5度(图1B),就可以看到希望的效果。可以用可隔音和/或可吸收震动的材料制造盒壁和隔栅13,使真空吸尘器更为静音。作为动力的涡轮马达至少设有一个可充电电池E,该电池被置于构件内部涡轮T下方的箱体A中。
传送导管C的上游端(流动方向的上游)连接一个头部B,该头部B可以从地面采集和移开微粒。
在各图示出的实施例中,头部B是一个辊子的形式,该辊子设有用于搅动地面的外周刷子b和内部翅翼a。
头部B被安装在底端移动部件R的前面。内置马达驱动头部B的转动,在图1A和1B的实施例中,内置马达的轴与辊子的转动轴以同轴方式连接;在图2A、图2B和图2C实施例中,内置马达采用传动带或齿轮传动。第一实施例提出的方案更为紧凑,更为结实,更为静音。
在这种情况下,还可以使头部马达和移动部件进行结合。
在图1A和1B所示的实施例中,传送导管C是刚性的,并被固定于该构件,用铰链类型的接头H将略为倾斜的导管底部C1与大致垂直的导管顶部C2相连接。
铰链2使导管可以被打开,使被吸起的较重的微粒进入盒体L。为了便于对所述盒体L清洁,盒体L位于部分C1下面的部分C2的底部。
这样放置也可以尽量扩大导管的直径,以此降低气流的损失。
在图2A、2B和2C的实施例中,用柔性软管制造的传送导管C,它与头部B的连接是可拆卸的。
在一个没有示出的变化例中,软管还是可扩展的,由可折叠的波纹管制成。
导管C的上游端设有底帽2,为所述的头部B的喷口G做密封连接;底帽2还可用作为不使用头部的真空吸尘器提供持握把柄,如图2B所示。
在图2A、2B和2C显示的实施例中,有两组移动部件R,R’。其中一个在接近构件上部的位置安装,使真空吸尘器可作为如图2C所示的罐形真空吸尘器。构件上部和下部的移动部件R、R’的分别为一组小脚轮,通过叉状件F、F’固定在构件上,可以选用马达来驱动脚轮。

Claims (12)

1.一种真空吸尘器,该吸尘器包括装在移动部件(R、R’)上的一个特定构件,该构件载有电动涡轮(T),电动涡轮(T)通过过滤膜(M)在集尘器(S)中产生吸力,以从地面采集微粒,并通过传送导管(C)中的气流将微粒吸入集尘器中。该真空吸尘器的特征在于:所述涡轮(T)具有一组叶片(P)和一个喷口(1),该喷口(1)具有一个盒体,该盒体的上游部分(11)为蜗形,该蜗形的中心位于叶片的轴线上,该盒体还具有一个分叉的下游部分(12),上游部分开向该下游部分,并通过该下游部分与外界相连通,所述分叉的下游部分具有用于分隔气流并使之减速的多个纵向内隔栅(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:盒体壁以及隔栅(13)采用隔音和/或吸收震动的材料制成。
3.如上述权利要求任一项所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述分叉的下游部分(12)通过喷口(1)的盒体壁上的侧孔(10)与外界连通。
4.如上述权利要求任一项所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述导管(C)的上游端适于与一个由辊子形成的头部(B)连接,该辊子设有用于搅动地面的外周刷子(b)和内部翅翼(a)。
5.如权利要求4所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的头部(B)由内置马达驱动旋转,内置马达的轴与所述辊子的转动轴共轴连接。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述传送导管(C)是柔性软管,它与所述的头部(B)以可拆卸方式连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述软管的上游端设有刚性底帽(2),该刚性底帽(2)可供所述的头部(B)的喷嘴(G)做密封连接,还可供不使用所述头部的真空吸尘器持握。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:软管是可以延伸的。
9.如上述权利要求任一项所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述移动部件(R、R’)被置于所述构件的上部或底部的适当位置。
10.如上述权利要求任一项所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述微粒传送导管(C)的上部(C2)和底部(C1)之间用铰链(H)连接,以使所述传送管(C)可以被打开。
11.如权利要求9所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:为了收集较大的微粒,所述传送导管(C)的底部(C1)设有一个盒体(L)。
12.如上述权利要求任一项所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:该构件包括至少一个可充电电池(E),用于向涡轮(T)和/或头部(B)提供电能。
