Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种格栅式吊顶,特别是一种用于无尘室和其它封闭环境的顶棚。
背景技术
广泛用于房屋构造上的吊顶具有从建筑物顶棚上用线悬垂的由交叉梁形成的格栅。该格栅支撑铺设于格栅孔内的镶板。
上述梁通常由滚压成倒T型的一片扁钢形成。所述镶板支撑于T型翼缘上,悬挂线上方固定于建筑物的顶棚上,下方连接到梁腹板内的洞上。
镶板和设置镶板的梁翼缘的上侧具有相对光滑的表面,从而它们形成足够紧密的密封,用于实际上所有顶棚装置。
但是,梁与镶板之间的密封在无尘室内必须非常紧密,该无尘室诸如手术室和灵敏性制造作业中,另外,还有空气含量合适的地方,如室内游泳馆。
形成这种紧密密封的多种方式都已被尝试。一种方式是将泡沫带条粘贴到所述范围的翼缘的上侧。这是高强度的劳动,因为每个梁都必须进行人工粘贴带条。压下夹子以将镶板压到泡沫带条上。
另一方式中,沿着顶棚镶板下表面的边缘使用挠性带。这也是高强度劳动,因为每个顶棚镶板的边缘都必须在安装前由人工粘住。
又一方式中,使用铝压延的倒T型梁,它具有在工厂就已附装的平泡沫衬垫。这种梁要求将梁进行专门的铝压延,有时在翼缘内具有用于泡沫衬垫的沟槽,而不是用相对便宜的钢通过将一片扁钢通过连续的辊而被滚压成形。在包装这种具有在工厂被附装的泡沫衬垫的梁时,梁彼此接触地被铺设,一个接一个地被设置在诸如长纸板箱的包装容器内。在这种包装箱内的翼缘上的泡沫被相邻的梁所压缩,并产生永久变形,且该变形在构造顶棚时,产生漏气。这种永久变形也以其它方式发生在使用泡沫衬垫材料进行密封的梁中。例如,在磁像室内,重的镶板被插入,泡沫衬垫随时间在压缩状态下变形,并失去用于补偿镶板任何可能移动的弹性。
在镶板和没有泡沫衬垫的支撑结构之间形成密封的其它方式也已被尝试。一种方式是围绕镶板形成具有向下延伸的软塑料销的U型边缘盖,如美国专利4,967,530和5,033,247。这种布置也是高强度劳动,因为边缘盖必须被分别附装到每个镶板上。
另一方式中,水平翼缘内的沟槽充填有胶状材料。镶板边缘上的L型翼缘陷入胶状物中。
发明内容
本发明的用于吊顶的格栅梁,具有由软质PVC塑料制成的柔性折片,该折片与包在滚压钢倒T型梁上的硬质PVC塑料整体挤出成形。该软质PVC柔性折片与梁所支撑的镶板形成密封。随着梁滚压成形操作的完成,在双硬度共挤压工位,双重挤出的外壳和折片在梁上连续成形。众所周知,在双重挤压中,在两者都是液态下,形成柔性折片的软PVC被附装到硬PVC外壳上,于是硬PVC和软PVC被整体连接。
用于本发明的双重挤出成形的结构和方法在现有技术中是众所周知的。这种方法和结构例如在下文所引用的美国专利中通过结合该专利被描述。
本发明的格栅梁,当其被安装在顶棚上时,在镶板铺设到梁翼缘上之前,具有从腹板每侧上的梁翼缘上表面处,向上向外偏移延伸的弹性折片。该折片被有效地铰接到翼缘上的硬质塑料外层上,并与其整体连接。
当镶板被铺设到翼缘上时,折片弯曲并继续向上偏移压靠镶板。软质折片压靠镶板下表面的向上偏移,形成了与镶板的紧密密封,从而有效地提供了一种适合于需要这种紧密密封的顶棚的气密性密封。

具体实施方式
用于本发明的吊顶众所周知是具有交叉主梁和横梁的格栅型式。这种顶棚和格栅结合图1所示的美国专利4,827,681作为参考。现有技术中主要用于这种格栅的倒T型梁是以已知方式滚压成形的。一条扁钢送经一系列滚压成形工位以形成梁。
在现有技术无尘室的格栅中,也曾如图2所示使用过压延铝11制成的现有技术梁10,并且泡沫带12被粘贴到翼缘上表面。这种带条12通常在梁10被压延后,在工厂里被附装。相似的泡沫带条也在现场被附装到滚压扁钢形式的格栅梁上。无论该梁是铝压延,或由钢滚压成形,泡沫带条的应用都是高强度的劳动,且特别当在工厂安装时,产生了在储存和输送成形梁时避免泡沫在压缩状态下变形的问题,这一点在前述现有技术部分已提及。
图1中,显示了使用本发明格栅21的吊顶20的片断,该顶棚具有格栅梁22和支撑在梁22上的镶板23。在顶棚的安装中,梁22被线支撑,该线上端嵌在建筑顶棚内,下端穿过梁腹板上的孔。梁22形成带矩形开口的格栅21,例如2’×2’或2’×4’,镶板23被插入开口中并被格栅梁22的翼缘支撑所有侧面。图1中,已经省略了在侧面支撑镶板23的横梁,以便更清楚地显示本发明。
本发明的梁22的芯板26以已知方式通过将钢带送经滚压成形工位而被滚压成形,在此将钢带连续成形为具有两倍带厚的腹板27和翼缘28、29的T型截面。标准带厚为.022英寸,且可能是滚压制造的热浸镀钢。
梁芯板26具有标准的.045英寸厚度的腹板27和翼缘28、29。翼缘28、29具有沿其宽度为1.480英寸的复合宽度,腹板具有1.960英寸的高度。
当芯板在最后的滚压成形工位形成,并送经塑性挤压成形工位后,梁芯板26被附装刚性PVC塑料材料外壳30。该硬质外壳30,当在高温下施加于金属翼缘时是软的,冷却后成刚性状态。
在挤压成形工位连续附装到梁翼缘的硬刚性塑料外壳30具有约为.010英寸的厚度,并绕翼缘边缘被附装到翼缘的底表面,且在每个翼缘上向内约.38英寸。
挤压成形的硬刚性PVC30以已知方式,例如下文所引专利中公开的方式,在液态下被附装。
本发明梁22的结构使用了已用过的技术和结构,例如汽车工业中制作金属镶嵌挤压品,包括用于汽车门、窗和行李舱的装饰密封带。见美国专利4,232,081;4,339,860;4,355,448;和4,432,166;所有上述专利都将被结合参考。这种带包括具有位于金属芯上的外壳的金属镶嵌挤压品,在一些例子中,它是粘合剂外壳和密封部件形式。’166专利公开了一种双重挤压工艺,以便在外壳部分和密封部分之间形成任何所需的不同硬度。
在挤出成形工位,当将硬质外壳30附装到翼缘上时,也将截面为倒U型的硬质塑料刚性件31附装到腹板27的顶部。
这种刚性件31增加了梁的强度,并是现有技术中滚压球形件的替代品。
倒U型的刚性件31通过粘到腹板27顶端的侧向挤压件32固定到腹板27的顶端。该侧向挤压件32与刚性件31整体成形。
在挤压成形工位,外壳30仍然为热的及粘的,在外壳30已冷却并变得刚硬之前,梁22在每个翼缘28、29的顶端,具有被挤压到翼缘外壳30上的由软塑料PVC材料制成的折片33。该软PVC折片33与热粘外壳30整体粘结。
折片33如图所示成形,其具有向上偏斜的在标号35处连接到翼缘外壳30上的折片部分34,该部分以一定斜度向上向外延伸。该折片33在其外端有一向下延伸的连续卷边36。
当翼缘外壳30和折片33退出挤压成形工位后,它们冷却并固化,连续梁22例如被飞剪切成适当长度,且所需的端部连接件以现有技术已知的方式被安装。
在现场,本发明的格栅梁22以传统已知方式被安装成用于吊顶20的格栅21,这一点可参考上文’681专利所示。
格栅21被固定就位后,镶板23被铺设到格栅开口内。
如图5和图6所示,铺设在翼缘28顶部的镶板23使折片33弯曲到密封工位37。在该密封工位37,镶板23的下表面搁在折片33的顶表面上,使折片33转到卷边36与翼缘28上表面相接触的工位37。在该工位,折片33试图恢复到未负载的工位38,从而向上压靠镶板23的下表面。在折片33和镶板23的下表面之间,沿梁22的整个长度,并完全绕镶板23的周边形成密封40。
如果镶板23被暂时移开,例如经常发生那样,以便可以进入吊顶20上部的空间,随后再放回原位,折片33返回其未负载的向上工位38,直至镶板23被恢复原位,之后折片33再次到达其密封工位37。
在本发明的一个替换实施例中,如图7和图8所示的梁41具有从硬质塑料或结合件45的外壳向外向下延伸并被粘到腹板27上的软质PVC折片43。
如同折片33和外壳30,用于折片43的软质PVC在挤出成形工位,被挤压到硬质PVC或等效的结合件上,以形成外壳45,同时外壳45仍然是热粘的。折片具有足够的长度和厚度,以便当镶板23位于翼缘28、29上时,如图8所示以一种弯曲形态向外偏移。除了折片33所形成的密封之外,如图8所示的这种折片43在格栅梁21和顶棚板23之间形成了附加密封47。

Claims (11)

1、一种用于吊顶的格栅梁(22),包括:
a)倒T型截面的钢,其成形有芯板(26),该芯板包括腹板(27),以及从腹板(27)水平延伸的翼缘(28,29);
其特征在于:包括
b)翼缘(28,29)上的外壳(30);
c)由软质柔性塑料制成的折片(33),该折片与翼缘上的外壳(30)整体成形并从外壳(30)斜向上延伸。
2、如权利要求1所述的梁(22),其特征在于:所述外壳(30)是硬质塑料。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的梁(22),其特征在于:所述折片(33)具有卷边(36)。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的梁,其特征在于:当镶板(23)铺设于梁(22)的翼缘(28,29)之上时,折片(33)弯曲以形成密封(40)。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的梁,其特征在于:腹板(27)在其顶端具有硬质塑料刚性件(31)。
6、如权利要求1或2所述的梁,其结合折片(43),该折片(43)与梁腹板(27)上的外壳(45)整体成形,并从腹板(27)斜向外延伸。
7、一种制作用于吊顶(20)的格栅梁(22)的方法,该梁具有带竖直腹板和从腹板向外延伸的水平翼缘的倒T型截面,
a)将一卷扁钢通过一系列滚压工位以连续形成梁(22),其改进在于包括,随着梁从滚压成形工位连续制成,
b)在挤出成形工位,将塑料外壳(30)连续成形于梁(22)的翼缘(28,29)上,
c)在挤出工位,在翼缘(28,29)的上表面上,连续成形折片(33),该折片与外壳(30)整体成形,其所用塑料比外壳(30)所用塑料更软并更有柔性。
8、如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:外壳(30)在折片(33)被附装后硬化。

10、如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:附加的折片(43)在梁腹板上形成。
