技术领域
本发明涉及电冰箱,具体而言,涉及在冷藏室中设有一个使用冷冻室中冷气以维持预定温度的温控室的电冰箱,这样允许食物在冷藏室的温度和冷冻室温度之间的预定温度下贮存。
背景技术
技术人员熟知的是,电冰箱通过从蒸发器向冷冻室和冷藏室中提供冷气而贮存较长时间的食物,以保持食物的新鲜。冷冻室用于保存那些必须保存在凝结温度下的食物,诸如肉、鱼和冰激凌。冷藏室用于保存那些必须保存在凝结温度以上的食物,比如蔬菜、水果和各种饮料。
最近,对大容量的冰箱的喜好有增加的趋势,因为在大容量冰箱中可以贮存大量的食物,这就给消费者提供了便利。大容量冰箱具有并列式结构,左边是冷冻室,右边是冷藏室。冷藏室和冷冻室具有许多支架和抽屉以方便在电冰箱中存放大量食物。
这样,冷藏室将蔬菜和水果在凝结温度以上的低温下,不需冻结它们而保持蔬菜和水果的新鲜。同时,冷冻室冻结和存放易腐的肉或者鱼,这样允许肉和鱼保持较长的时间。

相应的,本发明的一方面是提供具有温控室的电冰箱,其保持诸如肉或者鱼这样食物的新鲜,并贮存食物以使食物在不进行必要的解冻就可以立即烹饪。
本发明的前述和/或者其它方面通过提供一种电冰箱实现,其冷藏室维持在预定的冷藏温度,冷冻室保持在预定的冷冻温度,温控室存在于冷藏室中,和冷藏室分离,冷气入口将冷气从冷冻室引入温控室,冷气出口将冷气从温控室中释放到冷藏室中。
根据其中一个方面,温控室具有后部绝缘壁、上部和下部绝缘壁和侧面绝缘壁,且前端开口。贮存食物的抽屉可移动穿过温控室的开口前部。

下面将对本发明的具体实施例进行详细描述,在相应的附图中示出了其中的具体实例,其中相似的标号表示类似的部件。下面将参照图形对实施例进行说明。

如图1所说明,根据本发明实施例中的电冰箱包括限定电冰箱外部形状并限定存放食物的空间的机体1。垂直隔壁2安置在机体1中。冷冻室3和冷藏室4使用垂直隔壁2相互分离,这样冷冻室3位于电冰箱的左侧,而冷藏室位于电冰箱的右侧。冷冻室门5铰接在冷冻室3的前部以打开和关闭冷冻室3,贮存门6铰接在冷藏室4的前部以打开或者关闭冷藏室4。

如图中所说明,温控室20具有上部绝缘壁21、下部绝缘壁22、侧部绝缘壁(没有显示)和后部绝缘壁23,其呈盒形且前端打开。用于贮存食物的抽屉24放置在温控室20中以前后移动。
冷气入口通道30和冷气释放通道31位于温控室20的后部绝缘壁23与冷藏室4的后壁4a之间以将冷气从冷冻室3循环到温控室20中。

更具体而言,在冷却扇没有工作的情况下,冷气入口32由进口调节风门50关闭。当冷气通过冷却扇40的操作流入温控室20中,进口调节风门50的下部末端往上移动,这样就打开了冷气入口32。同时,当冷气流由于冷却扇40的中断而停止时,进口调节风门50的下部末端回到原始位置,并由于作用在柔性进口调节风门50上的重力的作用于冷气入口32紧密接触,从而关闭冷气入口32。
也就是,进口调节风门50通过冷气的流动打开或者关闭冷气入口32,不需要而外的驱动装置,从而节能,避免产生噪音。
进一步,温度传感器70安装在温控室20中以控制冷却扇40的操作,这样允许温控室20的内部保持预定的温度。
冷气入口32由进口调节风门50关闭,如图3中所示。在此状态下,当冷却扇40工作时,冷气流入温控室20中。此时,进口调节风门50在末端往上移动以打开冷气入口32,如图4所示。
如图5所示,自冷冻室3供给的冷气流经冷气入口32进入冷气入口通道30以在温控室20中循环。结果,冷气自冷气释放通道31和冷气出口33进入冷冻室3。通过此过程,温控室20的内部得到冷却。
冷气自冷藏室3循环到温控室20预定时间期间,温度传感器70不管温控室20是否达到预设温度都进行传感。当温度传感器70传感到温控室20到达预设温度,冷却扇40停止。这样,冷气流停止,进口调节风门关闭冷气入口32。

上述说明可明显看出,本发明提供具有设计用于维持在冷冻室和冷藏室温度间的预定温度下的温控室的电冰箱,这样保持诸如肉或者鱼之类食物的新鲜,而不用冷冻食物,从而允许食物在不需要进行解冻的情况下允许食物被迅速烹饪。

Claims (24)

1、一种电冰箱,包括:
维持在预定冷藏温度下的冷藏室;
维持在预定冷冻温度下的冷冻室;
位于冷藏室中并与冷藏室的剩余部分分离的温控室;
将冷气从冷冻室引入温控室的冷气入口;
将冷气从温控室中释放到冷藏室中的冷气出口。
2、根据权利要求1中的电冰箱,其特征在于温控室前端开口,并包括:
后部绝缘壁;
上部和下部绝缘壁;
侧面绝缘壁;
用于存放食物并可移动穿过前端开口的抽屉。
3、根据权利要求2中的电冰箱,其特征在于:
冷藏室和冷冻室通过安置在冷藏室和冷冻室之间的垂直隔壁相互分离;
