Abstract

液体运输贮存桶的托盘式底盘，具有一只支撑液体运输贮存桶内桶的底板，并有拐角支脚与中间支脚，支脚安装在一个支脚框上，底板与内桶的外套固定在支脚框上，底盘的拐角支脚与中间支脚具有凹/凸造型，用以提高其强度。

本发明是涉及专用于液体运输贮存桶的托盘式底盘。
                                  背景技术
该液体运输贮存桶有一只塑料内桶。内桶上装有一只可关闭的灌油管接头、一只连接卸油管件的卸油管接头、还有一只金属格栅或金属板制成的外套。其中金属底盘具有一只底板，用来支撑内桶并有拐角支脚和中间支脚。支脚是安装在支脚框上。底盘的底板及内桶的金属外套是固定在支脚框上(DE4206945C1)。
                                  发明内容
本发明的任务是，对主要应用于液体运输贮存桶的托盘式底盘，就其结构设计方面来提高其强度。
这个任务按照本发明是这样来解决的，本发明提供一种液体运输贮存桶的托盘式底盘，该液体运输贮存桶配备一塑料内桶，内桶上有一可关闭的灌油管接头、一连接卸油阀件的卸油管接头、还有一用金属格栅杆或金属板制成的外套，其中金属底盘具有支撑内桶的底板的拐角支脚与中间支脚，支脚安装在支脚框上，底盘的底板与内桶的外套是固定在支脚框上面，其特征在于，底盘的拐角支脚和/或中间支脚具有凹/凸造型，用以提高强度。
一些从属权利要求对本发明作了有益的，切合实际的进一步改进。
按照本发明的底盘的结构，对比以前所熟悉的底盘，主要是针对液体运输贮存桶的底盘，其优异之处在于提高了载荷强度和坠落时的抗压强度，从而提高了运输安全性，并减轻了本身重量。
下面借助图纸对本发明的底盘加以说明，图纸如下。

                               具体实施方式
按照图1所示的一次性使用及多次使用的液体运输贮存桶，其主要构件为一只可互换的，长方六面体的塑料内桶(2)，内桶的顶板(5)上，装有一只用盖子(4)封闭的灌油管接头(3)，在桶底板(7)区域装有一只卸油管接头(6)。以连接卸油阀件(8)，有一只由纵横交叉的金属格栅杆(10)、(11)制成的外套(9)，还有一只符合欧洲标准的长度与宽度尺寸的托盘式底盘(12)。
液体运输贮存桶(1)的底盘(12)，有一个底板(13)，用来支撑内桶(2)，并安装在支脚框(16)上的拐角支脚与中间支脚(14，15)上。底板(13)及内桶(2)的格栅外套(9)固定在支脚框(16)上。
底盘(12)的拐角支脚(14)的壳板(17)中，有冲压朝向内侧的加强凹槽(18)，凹槽是垂直于壳板(17)的上/下支撑板边(19，20)，并延伸在壳板的整个高度上(21)。
由于设置了拐角支脚(14)的壳板(17)中的加强凹槽(18)，使得底盘(12)的载荷强度与坠落时的抗压强度提高，从而可将拐角支脚(14)的壳板(17)的厚度减小，从而降低了底盘本身的重量，使得液体运输贮存桶(1)有较小的空载重量。

Claims (4)

1.一种液体运输贮存桶的托盘式底盘，该液体运输贮存桶配备一塑料内桶，内桶上有一可关闭的灌油管接头、一连接卸油阀件的卸油管接头、还有一用金属格栅杆或金属板制成的外套，其中金属底盘具有支撑内桶的底板的拐角支脚与中间支脚，支脚安装在支脚框上，底盘的底板与内桶的外套是固定在支脚框上面，其特征在于，底盘(12)的拐角支脚(14)和/或中间支脚(15)具有凹/凸造型，用以提高强度。
2.如权利要求1所述的底盘，其特征在于，在拐角支脚(14)的壳板(17)中，所述凹/凸造型是朝内侧凹入的加强凹槽(18)。
3.如权利要求2所述的底盘，其特征在于，拐角支脚(14)的壳板(17)中的加强凹槽(18)是冲压在壳板之中的。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的底盘，其特征在于，拐角支脚(14)的加强凹槽(18)是垂直于壳板(17)的上/下支撑板边(19，20)，并在壳板的整个高度(21)上延伸。
