Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于生产膨胀锚栓的方法,该膨胀锚栓在其前端处具有一个带有一个润滑层的锥体,该锥体用于使一个开槽的膨胀套筒进行膨胀;在膨胀锚栓的后端处具有一个螺纹,该螺纹用于将一个物体固定在一个构件上。
由EP 0 514 342 B1已知这样一种膨胀锚栓。为了在裂纹的拉伸区域中达到一种可靠的随后膨胀特性,在膨胀套筒的外轮廓上至少布置一对沿纵向依次排列的凸起,膨胀锚栓的锥体设置有一个缩小摩擦的涂层。在涂覆润滑层之前,对于通过车削或者冷成形所产生的螺栓实施酸洗工艺,其中总是不能避免在螺栓上带有油的残留物。由于这些油的残留物不利于润滑层附着在螺栓上,这在随后的膨胀状态下导致对功能的干扰。此外当膨胀套筒上升到膨胀锥体上时,由于在膨胀套筒上的尖锐棱边至少在一些位置上会损坏润滑层。
本发明的任务是,如此改善一种具有被涂敷的锥体的膨胀锚栓的制造方法:一方面使润滑层实现较好的附着,另一方面避免对于润滑层的损伤。
该任务根据本发明通过权利要求1的特征来解决。在对加工残留物进行酸洗之后,该锥体在一个具有旋转的钢刷的机构中以这种方式进行加工:形成一个具有沿着对于膨胀锚栓的轴线方向呈一个角度而延伸的槽纹的槽纹结构。通过使用钢刷进行加工,膨胀锥体的油残留物完全被清洗掉并且同时产生槽纹结构,该槽纹结构在膨胀锥体上导致润滑层的良好附着。此外,通过沿最好为45°的一个角度延伸的槽纹结构使得在拉出锥体时膨胀套筒仅在上升部位上滑动。以此阻止润滑层的磨损,并实现一种均匀的滑动特性。
尤其是在由不锈钢制成的膨胀锚栓的情况下,需要用于确保在裂纹的拉伸区域中的随后膨胀特性的润滑层,因为在膨胀套筒向上滑动到锥体上时这些膨胀锚栓在较高的压力下倾向于冷焊。为了用不锈钢加工膨胀锚栓,最好使用带有不锈钢毛的刷子。以此可以阻止在加工时所形成的刷子碎料作为铁锈颗粒粘附在膨胀锚栓的表面上。
根据本发明的方法特别适用于生产一种由不锈钢所制成的膨胀锚栓,该锚栓在其后部具有一个螺纹,在前面的部位中具有一个在直径上缩小的部分,该部分与一个设有一层润滑层的、用于扩大一个在其外轮廓上具有凸起的膨胀套筒的锥体相连接。由于槽纹结构对于膨胀锚栓的轴线方向呈一个角度而延伸,所以避免了在膨胀锚栓进行膨胀时损伤润滑层,这样确保在裂纹的拉伸区域中一个可靠的随后的膨胀特性。证明特别有利的是具有一个为10~20μm的表面粗糙深度的一种槽纹结构。
下面借助于一个实施例对于本发明进行说明。附图示出:

图1示出了具有一个螺栓杆1的膨胀锚栓,该螺栓杆在其后部部分上具有一个带一个旋紧的螺母3的螺纹2,在其前部具有一个在直径上缩小的部分4,该部分上连接一个锥体5。在直径上缩小的部分4上布置一个膨胀套筒6,该套筒由一个薄壁板在一个弯曲和冲压工具中制造。通过折叠而形成一个具有一个外套筒6a和一个内套筒6b的双套筒,其中内套筒6b在端侧与外套筒6a相比突出来。这个突出7通过矩形切口8锯齿形地形成。为了使膨胀套筒6扩大,该套筒具有多个槽9;并且为了将其固定在钻孔中,在膨胀套筒的外轮廓上具有凸起10。
为了一方面达到对于锥体润滑层的良好附着,另一方面在使膨胀套筒上升到锥体上时避免损坏润滑层,膨胀锥体5设置一个槽纹结构11,该槽纹结构最好沿着对于膨胀锚栓的轴线方向为45°的一个角度延伸。槽纹结构最好具有10~20μm的表面粗糙深度。在润滑层涂覆之前,使用旋转的钢刷获得膨胀锥体5上的槽纹结构11。在由不锈钢制成的膨胀锚栓的情况下,使用带有不锈钢毛的刷子,以便避免在锥体的表面上由于从钢刷上磨蚀下的材料附着在锥体上而引起的腐蚀。
在用钢刷加工锥体5之后,最好用一种以一种环氧树脂为基的树脂体系实现涂层的涂覆,该树脂体系还可以添加固体润滑剂,例如石墨。
图2示出了在一个构件的一个钻孔中锚固的膨胀锚栓,以及一个物体14在构件13上的固定。为了安装膨胀锚栓,将该膨胀锚栓插入,使其穿过待固定的物体14的钻孔15进入构件13的钻孔12中,直至垫圈16和螺母3支承在物体14上。通过拧紧螺母3使螺栓杆1沿着钻孔入口方向运动,其中膨胀锥体5被拉入到在钻孔12中不可移动地固定的膨胀套筒6中。在将锥体5拉入时,膨胀套筒6扩大,以此膨胀锚栓锚固在该钻孔中。如果随后由于形成破裂而出现钻孔扩大,那么在螺栓杆1上作用的拉力载荷致使锥体更进一步地滑动到膨胀套筒6中,以此引起膨胀锚栓随后的膨胀。
Claims (5)
1、用于制造一种膨胀锚栓的方法,该膨胀锚栓在其前端处具有一个设置一个润滑层的锥体(5),该锥体用于使一个开槽的膨胀套筒进行膨胀;在膨胀锚栓的后端处具有一个用于将一个物体固定在一个构件上的螺纹(2),其特征在于,在涂覆润滑层之前用钢刷以如下方式加工锥体(5)的表面:即形成一种具有平行延伸的槽纹的槽纹结构(11)。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,槽纹结构(11)沿着相对于膨胀锚栓的轴线方向最好为45°角度而延伸。
3、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,加工时使用带有不锈钢毛的刷子。
4、由不锈钢制成的膨胀锚栓,在其后面部分处具有一个螺纹(2)、在前面部分中具有一个在直径上缩小的部分(4),一个带有润滑层的锥体(5)连着该部分(4),该锥体用于扩大在其外轮廓上具有凸起(10)的膨胀套筒(6),其特征在于,锥体(5)具有一个槽纹结构(11),该结构沿着一个对于膨胀锚栓的轴线方向呈一个角度而延伸。
5、根据权利要求4的膨胀锚栓,其特征在于,槽纹结构(11)具有10~20μm的表面粗糙深度。
