Abstract

本发明提供一种触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,该装置对现有装置的多余空隙进行改良,在结构上薄化、轻化、反射性能提高、制造成本降低等方面具有高品质的性能。该触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,具备具有电极的透光性触摸屏体A、表面具有反射用凹凸(x)的前导光体(C)、及反射型LCD体(D),并按照触摸屏体(A)、前导光体(B)、反射型LCD(D)体的顺序形成叠层结构,在触摸屏体(A)和前导光体(C)之间,设有对前导光体(C)的光反射用凹凸(x)进行覆盖的涂层(B),来形成叠层结构。

Description

触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置及电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种作为移动体通信终端装置、信息设备、便携式个人计算机等各种电子设备的显示装置而被采用的反射型LCD装置(液晶显示装置)、以及具备该反射型LCD装置的电子装置。
背景技术
近年来的电子装置多采用具有带触摸屏的前导光板结构的反射型LCD装置。图2是表示现有的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置的构成的分解斜视图。该装置的主要构成要素包括:触摸屏21、间隔体22、上薄膜23、底板24(玻璃或塑料制)、ITO电路25(位于上(上表面侧)薄膜23和底(底面侧)板24之间)、反射体26、棱镜棒27、LED28、导光板29、反射型LCD30(反射型液晶显示体)。
但是,在这样的现有的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置的结构中,导光板29和触摸屏21被组装成留有间隔相互分开。所以,作为基本模块结构的导光板29和触摸屏21,即使分别制作后组装在一起,形成一个单独的外壳,对于现有的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置的结构来说,也会增加装置的厚度和重量,如果进行变薄变轻的设计则会发生故障而产生问题,至今这一问题也没有得到解决。
在具备现有的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置的制品中,导光板29与触摸屏21之间存在空隙(空气层),当在触摸屏上书写文字或施加压力时,会对导光板表面上的凹凸槽起到减少损伤的保护作用。但是,因为存在该空隙(空气层)增加了整个装置的厚度,这并不能算是好的结构。
本发明鉴于上述现有装置的问题点而提出来的,其目的在于对现有存在多余空隙的LCD屏的结构进行改良,提供具有结构上薄化、轻化、反射性能提高、制造成本削减等高质量性能的新型触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,以及具备该触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置的电子装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述课题,本发明的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置及电子装置使用以下手段。并且,以下所付符号与表示反射型LCD装置的本发明附图1是一致的。
(1)触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,具备具有电极的透光性触摸屏体A、表面具有反射用凹凸x的前导光体C、及反射型LCD体D,并按照触摸屏体A、前导光体C、反射型LCD体D的顺序形成叠层结构而一体构成,其中,在上述触摸屏体A与上述前导光体C之间,设有覆盖前导光体C的光反射用凹凸x的涂层B,来形成叠层结构。
(2)该触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,其中,上述涂层B与上述触摸屏体A之间不设空隙,来形成叠层结构。
(3)这些触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,其中,构成上述涂层B的材料与上述前导光体C的折射率不同。
(4)这些触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,其中,上述涂层B作为紫外线保护层而形成。
(5)具有画面显示装置的电子装置,其中,上述画面显示装置应用权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置构成。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来详细说明本发明的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置及电子装置的实施方式。
图1是表示本发明触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置的剖面结构的一例的说明图。参照此图来说明本发明触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置的主要构成要素。首先,触摸屏体A按照透光薄膜1、上层电极2、下层电极3的顺序由叠层层叠构成。
涂层(coating layer)B(4)优选由触摸屏体A及前导光体C不设空隙地形成叠层结构。另外,构成该涂层B的材料也可以与前导光体C的折射率不同。再有,该涂层B作为紫外线保护膜的UV(Ultraviolet)涂层形成,也是有效的。
前导光体C(5),其表面具有用于反射光的很多反射用凹凸槽x,该表面涂抹了UV涂层,以便通过涂层B层状地覆盖整个表面,使得表面众多的反射用凹凸槽能够得到保护。
本发明的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置中,光源8被反射体9(反射板)反射,然后,经由棱镜棒7再被前导光体C(5)反射,然后,光源8在反射型LCD体D中再被反射,穿过触摸屏体A向外部射出。
产业上的利用可能性
如果采用本发明,则可发挥以下的优良的效果。也就是说,在本发明相关的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置中,通过缩小现有装置结构上的多余空隙来形成涂层,产生该装置结构上薄化、轻化、反射性能提高、制造成本降低等多种优点,并可很容易的应用于各种电子装置。另外,本发明通过采用涂层,不仅使触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置在结构上没有多余的空隙而形成坚固的一体结构,而且可实现亮度、光度的均一性以及很好的透光性。

Claims (5)

1.一种触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,具备具有电极的透光性触摸屏体、表面具有反射用凹凸的前导光体、及反射型LCD体,并按照触摸屏体、前导光体、反射型LCD体的顺序形成叠层结构而一体构成,其特征在于:
在上述触摸屏体与上述前导光体之间,设置覆盖前导光体的光反射用凹凸的涂层,形成叠层结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,其特征在于:上述涂层与上述触摸屏体之间不设空隙,来形成叠层结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,其特征在于:构成上述涂层的材料与上述前导光体的折射率不同。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置,其特征在于:上述涂层B作为紫外线保护层而形成。
5.一种具有画面显示装置的电子装置,其特征在于:上述画面显示装置应用权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的触摸屏一体型反射型LCD装置构成。
