技术领域
本发明涉及一种香烟，特别是涉及香烟点着后间隔一定时间不吸时，能够自动熄灭的香烟。
背景技术
众所周知，当抽烟时，隔一定时间不抽时，其烟卷就会出现自动熄火的现象。究其原因，虽然有多种说法，但是有一种观点是无需论证的，即其原因之一就是围绕烟卷中烟丝的包装纸(烟叶或加工烟叶的片材)是阻燃的。另外，就香烟而言，目前也在尝试着生产使用难燃的卷烟纸并具有自动熄灭的香烟。作为这样的卷烟纸，例如，在特开昭55-29955号公报公开了含有金属的卷烟纸，在特开昭59-21800号公报公开了其卷烟纸混有海泡石。还有，在特开昭60-164472号公报上公开了在卷烟纸的周围将铝箔之类的阻燃性材料作成圆环状，当间隔一定时间不抽烟时，这种圆环状阻燃性材料则停止燃烧，以此达到自动熄火的目的。
就现有的自动熄灭香烟产品的设计技术来看，它只是提供一种自动熄灭的香烟，仅从这一点上来看，该设计能够满足自动熄灭条件。但是，当点香烟时却点不着时吸烟人就会感到不愉快，而且在吸烟过程中，烟灭了也会白白浪费了烟吸时产生的快感时间。这样的问题经常在现有的自动熄灭的香烟中发生。其原因只不过是现有的香烟设计上只注重了香烟自动熄灭却忽视了普通人在吸烟时的感受。在标准吸烟状态(ISO)下，规定着一次喷烟和下一次喷烟的间隔时间(自然燃烧时间)为58秒，但吸烟是每个人的乐趣，这样一刀切的规定未必可取。然而，从预防火灾的观点来看，不希望这种香烟长时间地持续燃烧。
因此，本发明的目的就是提供一种香烟，其在通常的吸烟情况下，将自然燃烧的时间设定为2～4分钟左右，若自然燃烧持续2分钟以上时则香烟自动熄灭。
发明内容
本发明人针对在自然吸烟环境下，经过一定时间香烟自动熄灭这一技术课题进行悉心研究结果发现，构成卷绕烟草填料的卷绕材料的卷烟纸中，若最外层的卷烟纸热传导率大于或等于0.5W·K-1m-1时，点着的香烟经过一定时间之后则自动熄灭。本研究就是基于上述见解而提出了本发明。
亦即本发明提供的香烟，其中包括烟草部，该烟草部由柱状卷烟填料和卷绕该柱状卷烟填料外围的至少一张纤维素基质卷烟纸的卷烟材料构成，在该卷烟材中，其最外层的卷烟纸具有大于或等于0.5W·K-1m-1的热传导率。
本发明的最外层的卷烟纸优选含有0～6％重量比例的填料。
具体实施方式
下面进一步地详细说明本发明。
本发明的香烟包括烟草部，该烟草部由柱状卷烟填料和卷绕该柱状卷烟填料外围的至少一张纤维素基质的卷烟纸材料构成。
在本发明香烟中，卷绕烟草部的卷烟材料至少包括一张卷烟张。构成卷烟材料的至少一张卷烟纸是纤维素基质，可使用普通卷烟纸所使用的纸浆作为卷烟纸的基料如亚麻浆和木浆等。构成卷烟材料的卷烟纸中最外层的卷烟纸其热传导率大于或等于0.5W·K-1m-1。卷烟纸的热传导率可通过添加至基材浆的填料(通常为碳酸钙或氢氧化镁等)以及浆量的增减和纸层构造的控制等进行调整。最外层的卷烟纸优选含有0～6％重量比例的填料。最外层的卷烟纸也可添加例如0～1.0％重量比例的燃烧调节剂如柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾等。本发明最外层的卷烟纸热传导率通常低于0.6W·K-1m-1。最外层的卷烟纸优选具有0.52～0.56W·K-1m-1范围内的热传导率。而最外层的卷烟纸其单位面积的重量没有特别的限制，但优选15～35g/m2。
本发明中，构成包装烟草填料的卷烟材料的卷烟纸热传导率可以大于或等于0.5W·K-1m-1。但是，现有的0.5W·K-1m-1以上热传导率的卷烟纸透明度高，单独使用该卷烟纸包装烟草填料时，透过卷烟纸可以清楚地看到内侧的烟草填料，这样有可能会给普通吸烟者带来不快。因此，优选使用普通的香烟卷烟纸(内层卷烟纸)包装烟草填料，再进一步将其外侧用0.5W·K-1m-1以上的热传导率的卷烟纸包装。该内层卷烟纸的质量为10～30g/m2，并包含20～35％重量的填料和0～1.0％质量的燃烧调节剂。
本发明所使用的烟草填料与现有的香烟填料相同，除了一般的烟丝外，还可以是其他烟草替代品。烟草填料的充填密度与普通的香烟一样。
另外，本发明香烟在烟草部的一端还包括普通的过滤嘴。
下面说明本发明的实施例。
如下表1所示，分别用指定的卷烟纸各一张按照常规方法制造香烟。表1给出每张卷烟纸的热传导率、质量、填料(碳酸钙重量％)、燃烧调节剂(柠檬酸钠重量％)。每支香烟中烟丝为普通的商用美国产烟丝。其充填密度为237mg/cm3。另外，每支香烟的圆周为24.8mm。香烟的自然燃烧速度是把香烟横向放置，在无风的条件下测定的。卷烟纸的热传导率通过非恒定平面热源测定。当香烟自然燃烧时，测定其停止燃烧所需的时间。其结果如表1所示。

从表1可知，本发明的香烟具有持续燃烧2～4分钟左右之后就自动熄灭的功能。

Claims (2)

1.一种香烟，其中包括烟草部，该烟草部由柱状烟草填料和在该柱状烟草填料外周卷绕的至少一张纤维素基质的卷烟纸包装材料构成，该包装材料中的最外层的卷烟纸具有大于或等于0.5W·K-1m-1的热传导率。
2.根据权利要求1记载的香烟，其中所述最外层的卷烟纸包含0～6％重量比例的填料。
