技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于包装产品的机器。
更确切地,本发明涉及一种连续玻璃纸机器,用于在各个透明热封材料片上包装香烟盒,下面通过举例进行说明。
背景技术
当前市场上的连续玻璃纸机器,例如由EP-972704-A1披露的类型,通常包括包装轮,所述包装轮具有多个座,在每个座上各个香烟盒使用各自的包装材料片,随后包装材料片在香烟盒周围折叠以形成一个管状包装,随后管状包装通过热封而固定。为了热封管状包装,已经提出在包装轮上的每一个座上配备各自的密封头,所述密封头固定至包装轮上并且在停止位置和工作位置之间是可移动的,在所述工作位置上,密封头与各自的管状包装接触。

发明内容

根据本发明,提供一种用于包装产品的机器,机器包括第一输送机,用于沿第一路径持续地供给具有相应的可热封包装材料片的所述产品,在产品周围折叠可热封包装材料片以制成包装,并且把所述产品沿第一路径之后的第二路径输送;沿第二路径作用于所述包上的密封装置通过热封而稳定包装;机器的特征是,包括独立于第一输送机的第二输送机,所述第二输送器把所述密封装置和所述产品沿与所述第二路径平行的第三路径及时输送。
本发明也涉及一种包装产品的方法,所述方法包括在产品上施加上相应的包装材料片;通过包装输送机把产品和相应的包装材料片沿第一路径输送,以在产品周围折叠相应的包装材料片,从而形成包装;通过包装输送机,沿第二路径把包装输送,以稳定包装;所述方法的特征在于:通过独立于第一输送机的第二输送机沿与第二路径平行的第三路径与产品一起及时输送热封装置,从而将热封装置作用于包装上并通过热封稳定包装。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字1总体上说明一种机器,用于在各个热封包装材料片3上包装香烟盒2,所述热封包装材料片尤其是指聚丙烯片或类似材料片。机器1包括包装轮4,其围绕垂直于图1平面的相应水平轴5持续地旋转,并且具有多个外围座6。每一个座6在输入位置S1处接收各个香烟盒2和相应的包装材料片3,并沿包装路径P1和随后的稳定化路径P2把相应的包2和相应的包装材料片3供至输出位置S2。
沿包装路径P1,每一个包装材料片3以已知的方式通过重叠包装材料片3的两个末端部分8而在相应香烟盒2的周围折叠以形成管状包装7;沿稳定化路径P2,每一个管状包装7通过彼此热封两个末端部分8而稳定化;而且,一旦密封操作完成,每一个包装7到达输出站S2,在所述输出站S2包7从相应座6通过未出示的已知卸载装置而排出。
机器1也包括密封装置9,密封装置9依次包括许多密封件10,每一个密封件10都具有各自的已知密封头11,所述密封件10经由各自的已知电阻器(未出示)而加热,并施加于相应管状包装7上一定的时间以热封相应的叠加的末端部分8。密封装置9也包括带式输送机12,在其外表面14上具有支撑密封头11的环状柔软带13。在优选实施例中,密封件10的数量等同于外围座6的数量,因此每一个外围座6一直用相同的密封件10操作,因此简单化机器1的调节和结构。
每一个密封件10与各个包装7通过带13并沿与路径P2平行的路径P3而及时输送,因此每一个密封头11作用在相应管状包装7上一定时间,因此热密封管状包装7。更确切地,路径P3形成了环状路径P4的一部分,沿所述路径P4,密封头11通过带13的连续运动而循环地输送。
如图1清晰地出示,路径P1、P2、P3实质上是以轴5为同心的圆弧。
输送机12也包括导向装置15,用于把带13沿环状路径P4特别是沿弯曲部分P3输送。导向装置15包括三个具有与轴5平行的相应旋转轴的端部滑轮16、17、18,带13围绕所述端部滑轮缠绕。滑轮16和17位于路径P3的相对末端,而滑轮18位于滑轮16和17之间,以与滑轮16和17来确定等腰三角形的顶点。在优选实施例中,滑轮17供以动力,滑轮16和18空转。滑轮17的旋转速度是这样的,即密封头11沿路径P3的外围速度等同于座6沿路径P2的外围速度。
导向装置15也包括与路径P4相同的形状的轮廓轨道19;和连接装置20,用于连接带13至轨道19。在未出示的可选择的实施方案中,轨道19仅沿路径P3延伸。轮廓轨道19由在两个平行的平板22上制成的两个同样的面对的凹槽21确定,所述盘22与轴5垂直并位于带13的相对侧面上。
连接装置20包括许多支架23,每一个支架由固定至带13的内表面25的相应附加物24支撑,并与两个凹槽21都啮合,所述连接装置20也包括与相应附加物24成整体的轴26,其在相对末端支撑两个空转轮27,每一个空转轮27沿相应的凹槽21运转。
每一个平板22大体上是矩形的并具有一个半圆的凹进部分,所述凹进部分用于避免包装轮4的干扰。
在图5的实施例中,导向装置15仅包括端部滑轮16和17,滑轮16和17具有与轴5平行的各自的旋转轴,带13围绕所述滑轮16和17缠绕。每一个密封头11安装在相应的Z形框28上,所述Z形框包括中心板29,所述中心板29在一个末端具有横向附加物30,横向附加物30面向带13并且通过与滑轮16和17的轴平行的横向铰链31连接至带13上,所述中心板29在另一个末端具有横向附加物32,横向附加物32面向外侧并通过与铰链31平行的铰链33支撑相应的密封头11。在横向附加物32上,支撑框28通过一个连接杆34连接至带13上使框28适合带13的变化的曲率。
每一个密封头11大体面向相关的框28的板29,并且在工作位置(图5)和停止位置之间的围绕铰链33振荡,所述工作位置上密封头11接触沿路径P2运动的相应包装7,在所述停止位置上,密封头11不接触沿路径P2运动的相应包装7。在一侧,每一个密封头11围绕相关的铰链33的角位置通过插入在密封头11和相对框28之间的弹性推力系统35而控制,并且将密封头11保持在所述工作位置,而且,在另一侧,角位置通过返回装置36而控制,用于朝向相关的板29移动密封头11并进入所述停止位置。
返回装置36包括铁磁材料的电枢37,所述电枢在一个末端铰接至相关的密封头11,并以滑动方式与两个通孔38和39啮合,所述孔38和39分别制成穿过相对盘29和带13。当电枢37沿路径P3运动时,带13向内突出的每一个电枢37的部分干扰由一系列电磁体40产生的磁场,所述电磁体40由板22运送,所述磁场用以移动密封头22远离包装7。
在实际的使用中,经由电磁体40通过改变路径P3的实际长度,随着沿路径P2等的包装7运行速度上的变化,即包装轮4的旋转速度变化,每一个密封头11施加于相应的包装7上的时间长度保持定值,所述电磁体40用以调节路径P3的长度,密封头11沿路径P3施加于相应的包装7上。
密封头11由具有相对低的热惰性和相对高的电阻的材料制成,并且通过电缆(未出示)彼此串联地连接以制成单环线圈41,由变化的磁场感应产生的交流电流通过线圈41,所述磁场由已知发电装置42(示意地出示)产生,所述已知发电装置42磁性地连接至线圈41上。调节强度和/或频率而调节在线圈41中循环的电流强度,进而调节密封头11的工作温度,可变化的磁场随着所述强度和/或频率调节而变化。
在未出示的变化中,弹性系统35和返回装置36的功能是相反的。弹性系统35使密封头11保持在所述停止位置,而返回装置36使头11移动进入所述工作位置。
在这种情况下,路径P3的实际长度经由电磁体40调节,然而,在这种情况下,所述电磁体40施加一个排斥力,以把密封头11从停止位置回复至工作位置。
最后,在进一步未出示的变化中,没有返回装置36,并且对每一个密封头11通过以可控方式使头11的末端短路而调节路径P3的实际长度。
然而,在这种情况下,通过使密封头11不动而阻止密封头11远离相关的包装7移动,随着包装轮4的旋转速度的变化,每个密封头11积极地施加于各个包装7上的时间长度保持定值。

Claims (26)

1.一种用于包装产品(2)的机器(1),机器(1)包括第一输送机(4),用于沿第一路径(P1)持续地供给具有相应包装材料片(3)的所述产品(2),在产品(2)周围折叠包装材料片(3)以制成包装(7),并且把所述产品(2)沿第一路径(P1)之后的第二路径(P2)输送;沿第二路径(P2)作用于所述包(7)上的密封装置(10)通过密封而稳定包装(7);机器(1)的特征是,包括第二输送机(12),所述第二输送器(12)把所述密封装置(10)和所述产品(2)沿与所述第二路径(P2)平行的第三路径(P3)及时输送。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机器(1),其中所述第一输送机(4)包括许多外围座(6),每一个外围座(6)都接收相关的所述产品(2)和相应的包装材料片(3);每一个所述座(6)都与相应所述密封装置(10)相联合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机器(1),其中所述第一、所述第二和所述第三路径(P1、P2、P3)是曲线路径。
4.根据权利要求1、2和3之一所述的机器(1),其中所述第一输送机(4)是包装轮(4),所述第一、所述第二和所述第三路径(P1、P2、P3)由圆的共轴弧来确定。
5.根据权利要求1至4其中之一所述的机器(1),其中所述包装(7)是管状包装。
6.根据权利要求1至5其中之一所述的机器(1),其中所述密封装置(10)包括多个密封头(11)。
7.根据权利要求1至6其中之一所述的机器(1),其中所述第二输送机(12)是带式输送机(12)并且包括用于支撑所述密封装置(15)的环状带(13);所述第二输送机(12)包括用于沿所述第三路径(P3)输送带(13)的导向装置(15)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机器(1),其中所述导向装置(15)包括与所述第三路径(P3)相同形状的轨道(19);和连接装置(20),连接装置(20)用于将所述带(13)连接至轨道(19)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的机器(1),其中所述轨道(19)沿所述带(13)的整个路径(P4)延伸。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的机器(1),其中所述轨道(19)由两个凹槽(21)而确定,所述凹槽(21)在位于所述带(13)的相对侧的两个平板(22)上制成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的机器(1),其中所述连接装置(20)包括多个支架(23),所述支架(23)在所述凹槽(21)内部运行并与所述带(13)制为整体。
12.根据权利要求11所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述支架(23)包括与所述带(13)成整体的轴(16);和空转地安装至所述轴(26)上的两个末端轮(27)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的机器(1),其中所述带(13)具有外表面(14),所述密封装置(10)安装于所述外部面(14)上;和内表面(25),凸出附加物(24)从所述内表面(25)处支撑所述轴(26)。
14.根据权利要求6至13其中之一所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述密封头(11)包括具有相对低的热惰性和相对高电阻的加热电阻器。
15.根据权利要求14所述的机器(1),其中所述加热电阻器串联地连接以形成单环线圈(41);用于产生随时间变化的磁场的装置(42)磁性连接至所述线圈(41)。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述加热电阻器能够短路,以调节第三路径(P3)的实际长度。
17.根据权利要求6至16其中之一所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述密封头(11)通过相应的框(28)连接至所述带(13)上,所述框(28)在两点处铰接至带(13)上。
18.根据权利要求17所述的机器(1),其中所述框(28)具有直接铰接至带(13)上的第一末端,和通过连接杆(34)的插入而连接至带(13)上的第二末端。
19.根据权利要求17或18所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述密封头(11)连接至相应的所述框(28)上,从而相对框(18)与弹性装置(35)相对从工作位置移动至停止位置。
20.根据权利要求19所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述密封头(11)铰接至相应的所述框(28)上;设置了返回装置(31),以与弹性装置(35)相对把所述密封头(11)从工作位置移动至停止位置。
21.根据权利要求20所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述返回装置(31)包括由铁磁材料制成的电枢(37),该电枢(37)连接至相关的所述密封头(11)上,并且能够沿所述第三路径(P3)与密封头(11)一起移动;电磁体(40)沿所述第三路径(P3)分布。
22.根据权利要求17或18所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述密封头(11)铰接至相应的所述框(28)上;设置了返回装置(31),以与弹性装置(35)相对把所述密封头(11)从停止位置移动至工作位置。
23.根据权利要求22所述的机器(1),其中每一个所述密封头(11)铰接至相应的所述框(28)上;设置了返回装置(31),以与弹性装置(35)相对把所述密封头(11)从停止位置移动至工作位置。
24.一种用于包装产品(2)的机器(1),机器(1)包括第一输送机(4),用于沿第一路径(P1)持续地供给由具有相应包装材料片(3)的所述产品(2)限定的包装(7);作用于所述包(7)上的密封装置(10)通过密封而固定包装(7);机器(1)的特征是,包括第二输送机(12),所述第二输送器(12)把所述密封装置(10)和所述产品(2)沿与所述弯曲路径(P2)平行的另一弯曲路径(P3)及时输送,从而使所述密封装置(10)作用在所述包装(7)上。
25.一种用于包装产品(2)的方法;所述方法包括在产品(2)上施加上相应的包装材料片(3);通过包装输送机(4)把产品(2)和相应的包装材料片(3)沿第一路径(P1)输送,以在产品(2)周围折叠相应的包装材料片(3),从而形成包装(7);通过包装输送机(4),沿第二路径(P2)把包装(7)输送,以稳定包装(7);所述方法的特征在于:通过第二输送机(12)沿与第二路径(P2)平行的第三路径(P3)与产品一起及时输送密封装置(10),从而将密封装置(10)作用于包装(7)上并通过密封稳定包装(7)。
26.根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中通过改变第三路径(P3)的实际长度,随着包装(7)沿第二路径(P2)的输送速度的变化,密封装置(10)作用于包装(7)上的时间长度保持定值。
