Abstract
为了防止在将磁阀安装到一个致冷剂循环过程中异物侵入磁阀的入口(8)中,在入口(8)前面预接一个颗粒过滤器(6)。
Description
本发明涉及一种磁阀,尤其是用于致冷设备的致冷剂循环的磁阀。
这种磁阀通常由致冷设备制造商作为成品购买并安装到致冷剂循环中。购买的磁阀通常设置在带有一个保护盖的入口和出口处,所述保护盖用于阻止异物在磁阀安装前侵入到磁阀中。但在生产过程中要求去掉这些盖。结果就会使脏物进入阀中。这种可能对致冷设备制造商来说是一个很大的问题,因为这种污染常常不会导致阀立即失效从而在工厂中通过质量控制检查出来,而是通常这种磁阀仍能正确开关工作很多次,直到脏物到达会影响或者阻碍阀的开关的位置,从而导致故障。消除这种故障费用昂贵而且费事,因为一般情况只有在致冷设备的用户那里才会出现这种故障,因此这种故障必须由维修工程师到用户处进行消除。
因此很希望创造一种磁阀,尤其是用于致冷设备的致冷剂循环的磁阀,但不仅仅用于此目的,其中即使在磁阀安装过程中也能有效地阻止异物侵入阀中。
根据本发明,上述目的通过在磁阀入口预接一个颗粒过滤器来实现。
有利的是,将这种磁阀与一个致冷剂干燥器连接成一个结构单元,颗粒过滤器是该致冷剂干燥器的一部分。这样一个结构单元可以与目前本身作为单独一个结构单元的磁阀和致冷剂干燥器完全一样地预制,并在安装时插入到一个致冷剂循环中。由于磁阀和干燥器连成一个结构单元,这种致冷剂循环的零部件数目减少了,因此安装所需的用工量及其费用也相应减少了。
另一种可选择的方案是,颗粒过滤器可以由一个细筛或者烧结筛构成。
特别优选的是,当颗粒过滤器是一个细筛或者烧结筛时,它作为致冷剂干燥器的一部分阻止大部分是粒状的致冷剂从该过滤器漏出。
这样一种致冷剂干燥器通常具有一个基本为管形的壳体,在安装致冷剂循环时通过一根中间管道与磁阀相连。相反,根据本发明,构成致冷剂干燥器的整体式壳体的管子以一端直接连接到磁阀的入口上。
为了简化干燥器到磁阀的连接,干燥器的壳体最好通过成型加工向着其连接到磁阀入口的端部逐渐变细,从而很容易例如通过焊接插入并固定到磁阀壳体的侧面孔中。
磁阀本身同样可以具有一个管形的壳体,该壳体向着它的每一个构成一个出口的端部逐渐变细。与致冷剂干燥器的壳体完全一样,这种逐渐变细最好在将所有必要零件装入管子内部之后通过成型加工来产生。
磁阀的出口受到脏物或异物侵入的危害比入口小,因为进入出口的异物在致冷剂循环工作过程中倾向于冲出磁阀,并最晚在通过致冷剂循环之后在颗粒过滤器处被截住。尽管如此也要防止异物侵入此处,为此最好将磁阀的一个出口设计成毛细管。这样一种毛细管最好延伸几个厘米的长度,同时可以用作以高压进入磁阀的致冷剂的减压装置。由于这种毛细管的下游端部可以直接连接到致冷剂循环的蒸发器上,因此进一步简化了结构。
本发明的其它特征和优点由下面参照附图对实施例的描述给出。图中示出了带有一个磁阀1和一个致冷剂干燥器2的结构单元的局部剖视图,其中磁阀和干燥器要装入一个组合式致冷设备的致冷剂循环中。磁阀1和致冷剂干燥器2分别具有一个整体式的管形壳体3和4,分别从一个恒定直径的铜管截切下来并在装入必要的功能构件后在其端部逐渐变细。致冷剂干燥器2的壳体4几乎装满了一种粒状干燥材料5。在壳体4的下游端7处的一个颗粒筛6垂直于壳体4延伸,阻止干燥剂材料5以及异物进入到磁阀1的内部,所述异物可能在壳体4内安装过程中在与端部7相对的图中未示出的另一端进入。
干燥剂壳体4的逐渐变细的端部7插入到阀壳体3的侧面孔中并焊接于其中。该孔构成磁阀1的入口8。该入口通往一个腔9中,在该腔9中有一个阀构件10,它在图中未示出的磁铁作用下可以沿壳体3的纵向在两个终端位置之间来回运动,这两个终端位置分别对应入口8与磁阀1的两个出口11,12之一的连通。这里不详细描述磁铁的结构和工作原理。这种磁阀的工作原理例如在DE 37 18 490 A1中已有描述。
附图中示出的阀构件10处于这样一个位置,阀构件10的一个密封锥13与其面对的在腔9的一个纵向端部的阀座14有一定距离,因此致冷剂可以从入口8流向出口12,相反,在阀构件10相对端图中未示出的密封锥13密封地顶靠到与该端对应的一个阀座上,从而挡住了致冷剂到出口11的通路。通过阀构件10在图中向下移动,关闭到出口12的通路,打开到出口11的通路。
磁阀1可以简单地组装,方法是将带有一个阀座的空心圆柱形第一主体15、阀构件10和第二主体15先后装入一个管件中,并留出阀构件10的运动自由度,接着将管件压制到空心圆柱形主体15的高度,以便是空心圆柱形主体15固定于管件中,然后将伸出空心圆柱形主体15的管件端部16,17逐渐变细成图中所示形状。然后将一个输出管道插入并密封焊接到逐渐变细的端部16,17中。该输出管道最好是一个毛细管18,其用作致冷剂通过致冷剂干燥器2和磁阀1之后进入致冷剂循环的一个(未示出)蒸发器之前的减压机构。由于毛细管的内径很小,在家用致冷设备中通常只有几百微米,长度通常为10厘米或稍多一点,因此避免了在由磁阀1、毛细管18和致冷剂干燥器2组成的结构单元安装于一个致冷剂循环过程中异物通过毛细管短暂开启的端部侵入并到达磁阀中。
另一种设计方案是,磁阀的入口8也可以在异物侵入之前通过预接一个单个的颗粒筛来得到保护,该颗粒筛并不同时作为干燥器的一部分。这种颗粒筛例如可以插入到一根预接在入口8前面的横截面均匀的管路中并压制在其中。
很显然,本发明不限于带有两个出口的磁阀,通过颗粒筛保护的阀也可以具有一个出口或者多于两个的出口。
Claims (8)
1.用于致冷剂循环的磁阀,带有一个入口(8)和至少一个出口(11,12),其特征在于,在入口(8)前面预接一个颗粒过滤器(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁阀,其特征在于,它与一个致冷剂干燥器(2)连接成一个结构单元,颗粒过滤器(6)是致冷剂干燥器(2)的一部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的磁阀,其特征在于,颗粒过滤器(6)由一个细筛或烧结筛构成。
4.根据权利要求2和3所述的磁阀,其特征在于,所述细筛或烧结筛布置在致冷剂干燥器(2)的一个干燥剂腔与磁阀(1)的入口(8)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的磁阀,其特征在于,致冷剂干燥器(2)具有一个管形的整体式壳体(4),壳体的一端(7)连接在磁阀(1)的入口(8)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的磁阀,其特征在于,致冷剂干燥器的壳体(4)通过成型加工向着其连接到入口(8)上的端部(7)逐渐变细。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的磁阀,其特征在于,它有一个管形的壳体(3),该壳体向着其每一个构成一个出口(11,12)的端部(16,17)逐渐变细。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的磁阀,其特征在于,它具有至少一个设计成毛细管(18)的出口(11,12)。
