Description
本发明的背景技术
用各种类型的胶带分配器将某些形式的胶带方便地贴到诸如纸张等基质上早已是公知的了。这种分配器已经采取了各种各样的形式。
一般说来,最普遍为人们所知的分配器形式是桌面分配器和手持式分配器,它们需要使用两只手来操作,胶带卷存储在一个回转卷轴上并且可以在需要的长度处用一刀片切断。还有一些胶带分配器可以将胶带直接贴在纸张上,这样的分配器能实现用多多少少的比较精密的切割工具来切割胶带。显然,这种胶带分配器由大量部件组成,因此相对较大。此外,更换胶带卷经常是一个复杂的任务。
一种形式的手持式分配器通常包括一封闭外壳,在该封闭外壳中可回转地安装着一卷胶带。所述胶带穿过一涂贴器端部而伸出所述外壳之外。所述涂贴器端部通常装备有一切割器,该切割器具有一锯齿状的边缘,用来在已经分配出需求量的胶带时将胶带整齐地切断。这种胶带分配器适用性中的一个因素是在不损害操作有效性的前提下使分配器的制造成本最小化。

详细描述
本发明基于PCT申请PCT/IB00/00741中所描述的胶带分配器的变例,该申请的详细内容在这里被引入作为参考。总的来说,本发明涉及一种手持式胶带分配器,其在开始时被固定到一个承载板上,该承载板充当分配器的显示板。这种承载板可以由任何适当的材料制成,例如硬纸或纸板,并可以在其一面或者两面上包含各种对于用户有用的信息,诸如用法说明以及广告信息。

如图12所示,外壳12包括一个小的导向颊板45,该导向颊板45邻近刀片44设置。颊板45具有多个功能。例如,颊板45充当一个外导向元件,在胶带20被分配的时候将胶带握持在适当的位置处。如图10中所示,例如,在分配操作中,导向器40将胶带20压靠在纸或者基片42上。同时,颊板45也压靠着所述纸或基片42,因此当导向器40和颊板45都靠着基片时就确保实现正确的分配角度。因为颊板沿着外壳12的支持面并位于胶带本身稍微向外的位置处,因此就充当一个导向器的作用,其限制胶带沿着一个路径运动,该路径在稍后的切割操作时跨过切割器44,从而将胶带保持在导向器40的适当位置处。如图10中所示,颊板45起到的作用是在胶带的涂贴过程中保持切割器44抬高而不与胶带20接触。颊板最好被倒角而不具有锐利的尖端,以便充当一个滚动枢轴元件。因此,当需要将段21从胶带20切割下来时,就将分配器关于颊板45旋转直到切割器44与胶带20接触,如图11中所示。这种在分配操作中将切割器升高完全不与基片接触的安排有利于在涂贴胶带时将基片撕裂带来的损伤最小化,然后将分配器围绕颊板45旋转从而将切割器与胶带20接触进行锋利的切割。
当胶带已经全部分配完毕时,可以将一卷新胶带安装到外壳12.将弹簧夹24,24挤压到一起以便足以取下空卷18.当弹簧夹被彼此压到一起的时候就可以将一个新卷轴滑过凸台22将卷轴安装到适当位置上。胶带的自由端将被拉出外壳12以及排放通道38以备下次胶带涂贴。

具有狭槽的凸台22具有的优点是能够容许胶带的卷轴在一定温度条件下的收缩。卷轴的另外一个特征是它仅仅具有单壁的厚度,因此能够在外壳中提供额外的空间来容纳更大长度的胶带。例如,胶带20可以绕着芯18卷绕,从芯18的外表面向外沿着径向卷绕的距离为二分之一英寸或更大。胶带的卷轴差不多完全地填充了外壳12较宽的一端,如图6中所示。这与传统的卷轴相比有所改进,在传统的卷轴中具有双层壁的厚度,胶带丛外壁向外径向延伸的距离小于二分之一英寸,而在外壳中芯18所处的较宽端部处,外壳12的总直径需要不大于1.5英寸。胶带卷的总直径将会是大约1.5英寸,其具有的胶带长度至少350英寸。在胶带卷具有1.25英寸的直径时,胶带长度将至少大约300英寸。胶带的宽度可以是诸如手控方便等因素确定的任何尺寸,因为分配器本身并不限制胶带的宽度。
本发明的另外一个优点在于它有助于使用最小数量的零件。例如分配器10可以只包括三个零件。一个零件是承载板28。另一个零件是胶带卷轴。所有其它部件可以被整体模制形成第三零件。但是应能理解,如果需要,这些部件可以是独立的元件。
Claims (19)
1.一种手持式胶带分配器,包括:一个部分壳体,所述壳体具有一个支持面和一个周边壁,所述周边壁从所述支持面向外延伸形成一个开口的外壳;一个芯,位于所述外壳中,胶带卷绕在其上;位于所述壳体上的安装结构,其可回转地可拆卸地将所述芯安装到所述壳体上,所述安装结构包括弹簧夹指,该弹簧夹指紧压所述芯;所述壳体具有一个涂贴端,所述周边壁具有一个空间,在所述空间中的一个切割器在所述壁的外面延伸,在所述空间中一个导向器邻接着所述切割器设置,所述导向器具有一个导向面位于所述壁的外面,所述导向器与所述壁间隔开以形成一个排放通道,该排放通道供一段胶带从所述芯延伸穿过所述通道并绕过所述导向面,以便由所述切割器将该段胶带从其余胶带上切割下来。

8.如权利要求1所述的分配器,包括一个颊板,该颊板邻接着所述切割器安装,用来在所述胶带的分配过程中升高所述切割器。
9.如权利要求8所述的分配器,其中所述颊板具有一个弧形表面,从而当所述分配器从分配位置移动到切割位置时,所述颊板可以充当一个滚动枢轴元件。
10.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其中所述安装结构包括一个凸台,该凸台具有一个壁,该壁在两个不同位置处形成狭槽,从而形成所述弹簧夹指以及能够容许所述胶带的任何收缩。
11.如权利要求10所述的分配器,其中所述凸台大体上为长方形形状。
12.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其中所述芯和所述胶带基本上填满了所述宽端部,所述芯具有单层壁的厚度,所述胶带围绕着所述芯径向地延伸一定厚度,该厚度在径向上为至少1/2英寸。
13.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其中每一个所述弹簧夹指包括一个向外延伸的小块,有选择地保持所述芯可回转地固定到所述壳体上并允许所述芯从所述壳体上拆下。
14.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其中所述安装结构和所述导向器以及所述切割器与所述壳体为一个整体。
15.如权利要求15所述的分配器,其中一个承载板可拆卸地固定到所述外壳上,所述分配器为三零件结构,所述壳体为一个零件,所述承载板为第二零件,带有所述胶带的所述芯为第三零件。
16.一种手持式胶带分配器,包括:一个部分壳体,所述壳体具有一个支持面和一个周边壁,所述周边壁从所述支持面向外延伸形成一个开口的外壳;一个芯,位于所述外壳中,胶带卷绕在其上;位于所述壳体上的安装结构,其可回转地可拆卸地将所述芯安装到所述壳体上;一个承载板,安装在所述外壳的开口一面上;所述壳体具有一个涂贴端,所述周边壁具有一个空间;一个切割器,位于所述空间中,延伸在所述壁的外部;一个固定导向器,位于所述空间中,邻接着所述切割器设置,所述固定导向器具有一个导向器表面位于所述壁的外面,所述固定导向器与所述壁间隔开从而形成一个排放通道,这个排放通道供一段所述胶带从所述芯延伸穿过所述通道并绕过所述导向面,以便由所述切割器将该段胶带丛其余所述胶带上切割下来,所述安装结构和所述固定导向器以及所述切割器与所述壳体整体形成整体零件,所述分配器仅仅包括三个独立的零件,一个零件就是所述的整体件,所述承载板为第二个零件,所述芯和胶带为第三个零件。
17.如权利要求16所述的分配器,其中所述外壳大体上为水滴形状,该水滴形状具有一个弧形的宽端部和一个远离所述宽端部的窄端部,所述窄端部包括所述涂贴端,所述芯和所述胶带位于并基本上填满了所述宽端部,所述芯具有单层壁的厚度,所述胶带围绕着所述芯延伸一定厚度,该厚度在径向上为至少1/2英寸。
18.如权利要求16所述的分配器,包括一个颊板,该颊板邻接着所述切割器安装,用来在所述胶带的分配过程中升高所述切割器。
