一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品
技术领域
本发明涉及可以迅速吸收尿等的体液、并使之扩散的一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品。
背景技术
以往，所周知的是，在与皮肤接触的透液性的内面片、和与衣物接触的不透液性的外面片之间，使含有吸水性纤维的体液吸收性的嵌料介在的一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品。相关的穿着用物品是作为例如一次性尿布或运动短裤、失禁患者用吸尿垫子等而使用的。在作为一次性尿布使用的情况下，存在着两种情况，即，该穿着用物品自身呈短裤型等，形成为可以直接穿着的情况，和该穿着用物品形成为可以反复使用、或者可安放到一次性的尿布罩等的保持部件上的情况。
上述穿着用物品例如在一次性尿布的情况下，体液吸收性嵌料以下裆区域为中心，延伸到前腰围区域和后腰围区域。排泄到下裆区域的尿可以向体液吸收性嵌料的全体扩散，在嵌料上形成从下裆区域向前腰围区域或者后腰围区域延伸、将吸水性纤维高密度压缩而成的体液扩散区域。在扩散区域，形成嵌料的粉碎纸浆等的吸水性纤维高密度集合，尿通过该扩散区域扩散到前腰围区域或者后腰围区域的嵌料处。但是，在下裆区域，即使是扩散区域，吸水量也很容易达到饱和状态，含有多量尿的扩散区域与尿布使用者的肌肤接触，会带来强烈的湿润感。
在本发明中，其课题是使在一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品上吸收的体液，介于扩散区域，可以扩散到该穿着用物品的所需部位，而且，为使该扩散区域不会给予该穿着用物品的穿着者强烈的湿润感，而对上述穿着用物品进行改良。
发明内容
为了解决上述课题，本发明的对象是一种一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品，具有纵方向、横方向和厚度方向，在位于上述厚度方向的上方的皮肤接触用的内面片和位于下方的外面片之间，夹置着含有吸水性纤维的体液吸收性的第1嵌料。
在相关的穿着用物品中，本发明的特征如下所述。上述内面片是由透液性片以及不透液性片的任意一种形成的，上述外面片是由不透液性片形成的。上述内面片和位于其下方的上述第1嵌料，具有将上述纵方向和横方向的略中央部位切为所需形状而形成的空隙部。上述空隙部在上述厚度方向可以弹性压缩，由具有透液性的疏水性的第2嵌料填充，在上述第2嵌料和上述外面片之间，设置有多条带片和做成疏水性的透液性的隔板部件，该多条带片向上述纵方向以及横方向的任意一方相互离开间隔平行延伸，越过上述第2嵌料，与上述第1嵌料的下面接触，其吸水性纤维与上述第1嵌料的上述吸水性纤维相比，高密度地被压缩而构成，该透液性的隔板部件与上述带片相比，靠近上述外面片，以上述第2嵌料为中心，向上述纵方向和横方向延伸，使上述第1嵌料以及上述带片的一部分从上述外面片向靠近上述内面片离开间隔。
在此发明中，有如下最佳的实施方式。
(1)上述第1嵌料含有100～10重量％的吸水性纤维、和0～90重量％的高吸收性聚合物，上述吸水性纤维具有0.04～0.10g/cm3的密度。
(2)上述带片含有100～20重量％的吸水性纤维、和0～80重量％的高吸收性聚合物、及0～20重量％的热可塑性合成纤维，上述吸水性纤维在0.10～0.40g/cm3的范围，与上述第1嵌料的吸水性纤维的密度相比，具有至少高出0.03g/cm3的密度。
(3)上述第2嵌料是由在上述厚度方向位于靠近上述内面片的第1层和位于靠近上述外面片的第2层构成，上述第1层是由热可塑性合成树脂薄膜与位于上述薄膜的内侧的热可塑性合成纤维的叠层体形成，另一方面，上述第2层是由公开销售的发泡聚氨脂形成，上述叠层体相互邻接，形成向上述纵方向以及横方向的任意一方延伸的多条短册片，上述短册片的上面在上述短册片的长度方向，重复峰和谷的起伏，在相邻的短册片之间，相互的峰和谷相邻，在上述峰的侧面部分，显现出上述热可塑性合成纤维。

具体实施方式
若参照附图，详细说明有关本发明的一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品，则如下所述。
图1是一次性尿布1的立体图。尿布1是由平面形状呈沙漏型的罩部件两和作为本发明的实施物品、平面形状呈矩形的体液吸收性部件3构成。
罩部件2是由热可塑性合成树脂薄膜、无纺布、将该薄膜置于内侧或者外侧来使用的薄膜和无纺布的叠层片等形成的，具有纵方向A、横方向B和厚度方向C，在纵方向A上，形成前腰围区域6、后腰围区域7、和位于这2个区域6、7之间的下裆区域8。罩部件2的周缘是由向纵方向延伸的一对侧缘11和向横方向B延伸的一对端缘12构成，在后腰围区域7的侧缘11的附近，安装有带状扣件13。带状扣件13在穿着尿布1时，向侧方伸展，能够可剥离地粘贴在形成于前腰围区域6的外面的目标区域14上。在罩部件2的内面，沿侧缘11和端缘12，分别以伸长状态安装多根的弹性部件16、17。

外面片24是不透液性的物质，可以使用热可塑性合成树脂薄膜或者该薄膜与无纺布的复合片等。复合片的无纺布面向罩部件2使用。外面片24的周缘部从第1嵌料26的周缘延出，通过粘接剂32或者熔敷与同样从第1嵌料26的周缘延出的内面片23的周缘部接合。外面片24在相对于罩部件2的接触面上具有固定部33，介于该固定部33可拆卸地或者不可拆卸地被固定在罩部件2上。可拆卸的固定部33，可以通过在外面片24上，安装例如以尼龙带扣等的商品名而被周知的机械拉锁的搭钩部件(参照图3，4)或者线圈部件而形成，在罩部件2上，安装成为这些部件的相对一方的线圈部件或者搭钩部件。此外，固定部33也可以通过在外面片24上涂抹粘贴材料而形成。
第1嵌料26用于吸收保持体液，除含有100～10重量％的纸浆等的吸水性纤维外，还含有0～90重量％的高吸收性聚合粒子或高吸收性聚合纤维等的高吸收性聚合物，而且也可以含有0～20重量％的热可塑性合成纤维。吸水性纤维希望使用的基重是250～650g/m2、密度是0.04～0.10g/cm3。
第2嵌料28形成可以使体液从内面片23向外面片24方向透过的疏水性的层，是由热可塑性合成纤维的集合体、热可塑性合成纤维和热可塑性合成树脂薄膜的叠层体、热可塑性合成树脂的发泡片等的多孔质所形成的透液性的热可塑性合成树脂片、这样的片和热可塑性合成纤维的叠层体等而形成的。相关的第2嵌料28是弹性体，施加15秒3.5g/cm2的负载后的厚度为2～10mm，施加负载15秒后，若将该负载取消，则可以在60秒以内恢复到原有厚度的50％以上。
图例情况下的第2嵌料28具有位于靠近内面片23的第1层36和位于靠近外面片24的第2层37，第1层36是由热可塑性合成纤维的集合体、或者热可塑性合成纤维和热可塑性合成树脂薄膜的叠层体构成，可以使第2嵌料28的表面为柔软的物质。作为热可塑性合成纤维的集合体，可以使用由0.1～32dtx的短纤维或者连续纤维构成的无纺布、对连续纤维的丝束进行分丝的物质等，这些的基重希望是50～500g/m2。热可塑性合成树脂薄膜希望其厚度是5～30μm，也可以使用具有透液性开口的薄膜。图例的第1层36是由相互邻接，向横方向B长长地延伸的多条短册片41构成的，各个短册片41是由薄膜42、和在薄膜42的下面侧，向横方向B延伸的多个连续纤维43的集合体构成。该连续纤维43的集合体是通过对作为纤维43的束的丝束进行分丝而得到的，在推压部44中，与薄膜42一同被加热·加压，相互熔敷，集合体的厚度变薄。在短册片41中，在相邻的推压部44和44之间，形成峰部45，在长度方向，由这些峰部45和推压部44构成的峰和谷反复起伏。在图3中，在1个短册片41a上，在相邻的峰部45a和45a之间的推压部44上，可以看到在纵方向A上，与该短册片41a相邻的另一个短册片41b的峰部45b的侧面部分50。在该侧面部分50上，显现连续纤维43。第2嵌料28的第2层37具有0.02～0.10g/cm3的密度，是多孔质具有透液性，由可以向厚度方向C弹性压缩的疏水性的热可塑性合成树脂片构成。在这样的片中，有例如公开销售的发泡聚氨脂。形成第2嵌料28的第1层36和第2层37可以仅仅是相互重叠，也可以是通过粘接或者熔敷相互间歇地接合。短册片41也可以配置为与图例不同，向纵方向A延伸。
带片29含有100～20重量％的纸浆或人造丝等的吸水性纤维，该吸水性纤维的密度希望在0.10～0.40g/cm3的范围内，与第1嵌料26的吸水性纤维的密度相比，至少要有高0.03g/cm3的值。带片29也可以含有0～20重量％的高吸收性聚合物的粒子或者纤维。这样的带片29在施加15秒的3.5/cm2的负载后的厚度在0.5～7mm的范围内，希望具有5～30mm的宽度以及60～180mm的长度。在图2、4中，带片29纵向截断第2嵌料28，向纵方向A延伸，与第1嵌料26的下面接触。另外，在横方向B上，相邻的带片29彼此之间的间隔在3～20mm的范围内。希望带片29具有矩形的截面，可以与第1嵌料26和第2嵌料28粘接。这样的带片29也可以配置为向横方向B延伸。
隔板部件31是由疏水性的热可塑性合成树脂构成的开孔薄膜或网、5～32dtx的热可塑性合成纤维构成的无纺布、和公开销售的发泡聚氨脂等的透液性片形成的，希望有0.3～2mm左右的厚度。作为隔板部件31来使用的开孔薄膜，希望孔径有在0.3～3mm左右的范围内的多个透孔，从各自的透孔的周缘开始，高度为0.3～2mm左右的导液管向外面片24延伸。在使用网或者无纺布的情况下，希望将这些多片重叠，厚度在0.3～2mm左右。这样的隔板部件31，以第2嵌料28为中心，向纵方向A和横方向B延伸，从第2嵌料28延出，可以使第1嵌料26以及带片29部分地从外面片24向内面片23的方向，只间隔开隔板部件31的厚度、或者在隔板部件31为具有导液管的开孔薄膜的情况下，可以只间隔开该导液管的高度。隔板部件31可以与带片29和外面片24粘接。
这样形成的体液吸收性部件3，若使用罩部件2，或是将第2嵌料28贴在穿着者的尿道口附近，或是将第2嵌料28在下裆区域8的最低部位穿着，则排泄出的尿透过第2嵌料28，其一部分到达高密度的带片29，在带片29上，向纵方向A扩散。扩散出的尿在带片29与第1嵌料26接触的部位，在其第1嵌料26上被吸收保持。尿的一部分从带片29之间向下方流淌，透过隔板部件31，到达外面片24。该尿在外面片24的内面24a向纵方向A或横方向B流动，在越过隔板部件31后的位置，被第1嵌料26吸收。这样，在体液吸收性部件3中，尿扩散到第1嵌料26的侧缘21或者端缘22的附近，不会滞留在中央部位，尿布1在下裆区域8，不会给穿着者带来强烈的湿润感，而且也可以防止尿从下裆区域8泄漏。在隔板部件31和外面片24之间，若尿沿外面片内面24a流动，则在尿布1的穿着者为横卧姿势时，尿不会滞留在下裆区域，可容易地扩散到前腰围区域6或后腰围区域7。
在体液吸收性部件3中，若内面片23是不透液性的物体，则尿沿内面片23流动，汇集到位于下裆区域8的第2嵌料28附近，在透过第2嵌料28后，被第1嵌料26吸收。若内面片23是透液性的物体，则尿也是透过该内面片23，被第1嵌料26吸收。有这样作用的第2嵌料28希望具有第1嵌料26的宽度的1/4至3/4左右的宽度、及第1嵌料26的长度的2/10至6/10左右的长度。第2嵌料28介于外面片24和穿着者的皮肤之间，防止或是吸收尿而湿润的带片29与皮肤的接触，或是在外面片24和隔板部件31之间的尿与皮肤的接触。为了提高该防护效果，第2嵌料28是可向厚度方向弹性压缩的物品，将其制成为在受到身体压迫时变薄但不会永久变形。图例的第2层37是赋予第2嵌料28这样的弹性的较好的一例。覆盖该第2层37，可使第2嵌料28与皮肤的接触柔软的第1层36在由不透液性的薄膜和纤维的叠层体形成的情况下，在图3的短册片41上，流入形成谷与谷之间的推压部44的尿，在其短册片41，例如相对于41a，在纵方向A相邻的另一个短册片41b的峰部45b的侧面部分50上，可以从所显现的连续纤维43的间隙向第2嵌料28的下方流入。
本发明的体液吸收性部件3，在图例中，与罩部件2一起形成了尿布1，在体液吸收性部件3的内面片23和外面片24上，可以使用与图例相异的具有适宜的平面形状的部件，或者也可以通过在图例的体液吸收性部件3的侧缘21的附近，接合适宜形状的片状部件，使体液吸收性部件3具有罩部件2的功能，可以不使用罩部件2，就能穿着体液吸收性部件3。
有关本发明的一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品是形成其略中央部位的第2嵌料可弹性压缩，具有透液性和疏水性的物品，因为在该第2嵌料的下面侧，设置体液扩散性的带片、和使第2嵌料以及带片从外面片离开间隔的隔板部件，所以在中央部位的体液可以扩散到体液吸收性的第1嵌料的周缘部位。带片通过第2嵌料覆盖，不会给该穿着用物品的穿着者带来强烈的湿润感。

Claims (5)

1.一种一次性的体液吸收性穿着用物品，具有纵方向、横方向和厚度方向，在位于上述厚度方向的上方的与皮肤接触用的内面片和位于下方的外面片之间，夹置着含有吸水性纤维的体液吸收性的第1嵌料，
其特征在于，上述内面片是由透液性片以及不透液性片的任意一种形成的，上述外面片是由不透液性片形成的，
上述内面片和位于其下方的上述第1嵌料，具有将上述纵方向和横方向的略中央部位切为所需形状而形成的空隙部，上述空隙部在上述厚度方向可以弹性压缩，由具有透液性的疏水性的第2嵌料填充，在上述第2嵌料和上述外面片之间，设置多条带片和做成疏水性的透液性的隔板部件，该多条带片向上述纵方向以及横方向的任意一方相互离开间隔平行延伸，越过上述第2嵌料与上述第1嵌料的下面接触，其吸水性纤维与上述第1嵌料的上述吸水性纤维相比，高密度地被压缩而构成，该透液性的隔板部件与上述带片相比，靠近上述外面片，以上述第2嵌料为中心，向上述纵方向和横方向延伸，使上述第1嵌料以及上述带片的一部分从上述外面片向靠近上述内面片离开间隔。
2.如权利要求1所述的穿着用物品，其特征在于，上述第1嵌料含有100～10重量％的吸水性纤维、和0～90重量％的高吸收性聚合物，上述吸水性纤维具有0.04～0.10g/cm3的密度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的穿着用物品，其特征在于，上述带片含有100～20重量％的吸水性纤维、和0～80重量％的高吸收性聚合物、及0～20重量％的热可塑性合成纤维，上述吸水性纤维在0.10～0.40g/cm3的范围，具有比上述第1嵌料的吸水性纤维的密度，至少高出0.03g/cm3的密度。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的穿着用物品，其特征在于，上述第2嵌料是由在上述厚度方向位于靠近上述内面片的第1层和位于靠近上述外面片的第2层构成，上述第1层是由热可塑性合成树脂薄膜与位于上述薄膜的内侧的热可塑性合成纤维的叠层体形成，另一方面，上述第2层是由公开销售的发泡聚氨脂形成，上述叠层体相互邻接，形成向上述纵方向以及横方向的任意一方延伸的多条短册片，上述短册片的上面在上述短册片的长度方向，重复峰和谷的起伏，在相邻的短册片之间，相互的峰和谷相邻，在上述峰的侧面部分，显现出上述热可塑性合成纤维。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的穿着用物品，其特征在于，上述第2嵌料是多孔质，含有透液性的热可塑性合成树脂片。
