Abstract

本发明涉及分配诸如玉米花、馅饼、香肠卷、比萨饼等等食品的设备。
背景技术
在传统上玉米花是在一个通常是透明的受热容器内备制，以使操作员能够观察加热或爆裂过程。玉米花用勺子从容器内舀到一个料盘内。如果需要各种不同的味道，还需配备相应数量的容器。
需要一名或多名操作员具有相当熟练的技能。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种无人售货设备，从而排除对熟练操作员的需求。本发明的另一目的是提供一种或多种不同味道或不同属性的食品，从而使顾客能够作出选择。
本发明还有一个目的，就是提供一种无人看管的设备。

发明内容
根据本发明，加热食品分配设备包括：一个储料箱，该储料箱适于被移动到相对于加热工位(station)的多个位置中的任一位置，储料箱适于存放食品和将食品送至加热工位；将食品推送至加热工位的装置；在预定温度和预定时间加热被送食品的装置；和回收已加热食品的装置。
在本发明的一个最佳形式中，加热食品分配设备还包括一个硬币控制机构用于实现许多连续动作中的至少一个动作。
加热工位最好是一个带有用于来自储料箱的食品的入口的微波炉。顾客不可以接触储料箱。
储料箱最好是立式的且能绕垂直线旋转的。储料箱可以包含多个放一种或多种食品的料盘的室，室最好是多于4个且径向布置在储料箱内。
将料盘由储料箱输送至所述炉最好借助柱塞完成，所述柱塞借助机械机构或气动随动汽缸来操作。柱塞将最底层(bottom most)料盘从选定的室推进所述炉内。在所述炉的背面可以设置一个挡板，以便在接受料盘时开启，随后再关闭。
然后启动所述炉，在预定温度条件下加热料盘，所述炉底板可以装以铰链，当料盘加热后，可借助被翻倾的炉底下落到一个平台或类似物上。炉底翻倾动作可用机械方式，也可用同一气动随动油缸来实现。

具体实施方式
在图中安装一个借助电动机12绕垂直中心旋转的储料箱10。所述储料箱具有4个存放一种或多种食品料盘的室14。
储料箱旋转，直到选定室位于微波炉16的背面处。这相当于分配设备的第一位置。微波炉具有一个后挡板18，当柱塞20将室的底层料盘22推入时，所述后挡板18开启，由此，料盘22下落到所述炉的铰接底板26上。这相当于分配设备的第二位置。借助气动随动油缸30通过链条32启动柱塞。第二随动油缸34控制微波炉的铰接底板36的开启和关闭。
一旦一个料盘就位，后挡板关闭，同时所述炉电路接通于预定的时间和预定的温度。随后底板26开启(这相当于分配设备的第三位置)，并使加过热的料盘下落，供顾客领取。
装设硬币控制机构38，以控制各种动作程序运行。这通常是在顾客选定室以后开始。顾客随后插入一个硬币和按下一个按钮从而启动所述程序。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于分配加热的食品的设备，其特征在于，所述设备包括：一个储料箱，该储料箱适于被移动到相对于加热工位相对的多个位置中的任一位置，储料箱适于存放食品和将食品送至加热工位；将食品推送至加热工位的装置；在预定温度和预定时间下加热被传送食品的装置；和回收已被加热食品的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备，其特征在于，所述设备包括一个硬币操作机构，该机构用来实现连续动作中的至少一个动作。
3.如上述权利要求的任一权利要求所述的设备，其特征在于，加热工位是一个带有用于来自储料箱的一种或多种食品入口的微波炉。
4.如上述权利要求的任一权利要求所述的设备，其特征在于，所述储料箱是立式的且能绕垂直线旋转。

6.如上述权利要求的任一权利要求所述的设备，其特征在于，料盘由储料箱传送至所述炉是借助一个柱塞完成的，该柱塞由机械装置或一个气动随动油缸控制，所述柱塞从所选定的室中将最底层料盘推进所述炉。
