Abstract

一种纳米银长效广谱抗菌防霉颗粒及其制造方法,是对具有多微孔的硅酸盐凹凸棒粘土进行改性,使其晶格缺陷加大、比表面积增加,提高阳离子可交换性,再使改性凹凸棒粘土表面及微孔中载入银氨络离子,通过还原反应制得改性凹凸棒粘土纳米银长效广谱抗菌防霉颗粒。它具有抗菌防霉性能好,抗菌谱广,用途广泛等优点。它是塑料、纺织、橡胶、涂料、高分子吸水树脂、玻璃钢制品、陶瓷、皮革、纸张等领域的无机纳米银抗菌防霉剂。
