Abstract

本发明是一种长效广谱抗菌织物及其制作方 法。本方法是将棉(麻、丝、毛、化纤、混纺)织物经化 学和物理处理,使超细粒的银牢固地附着在织物的纤 维上。此种已附有超细粒银的织物,具有显著的抗菌 作用,并具有耐高温、耐洗涤,对人无毒、无刺激和无 过敏作用,适合皮肤和粘膜的外敷。对金黄色葡萄球 菌(青敏和耐药)、绿脓杆菌、淋病奈瑟氏菌、白色念珠 菌、白色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、阴道毛滴虫和有关 病毒有杀灭作用。

Description

本发明涉及一种长效广谱抗菌织物及其制作工艺。
银具有相当强的灭菌能力,本发明是通过化学和物理的处理而制得能牢固附着在织物纤维上的超细粒的元素银。1克超细粒银的表面积可达x00-x000m2,从而达到了用极少量的银而能得到很大的具有灭菌能力的银表面。由于银是超细粒状态,所以也强化了银原有的灭菌能力。本发明是属于织物纤维的抗菌处理及其应用领域。在人类同其生存环境相互接触中,有可能染上大量的、多种的致病的病原菌和病毒,尤其是男女外阴的皮肤、粘膜上和烧伤病人的皮肤以及皮肤的创口更是各种病原菌滋生繁殖的有利场所。对此,长效广谱抗菌织物具有较好的实用价值,国内外对此类疾病的治疗都进行了研究。
日本《加工技术》Vol.17 No.7报导,用Cu++处理晴纶纤维能阻止金葡球菌和枯草杆菌的发育,而具有抗菌能力。
国内发明专利CN87100231A“抗菌防臭纤维织物及其制造方法”,在第一单体、第三单体上分别引入Cu++和C23H25N+ 2基团,使抗菌能力扩大到金葡球菌(青敏、耐药)、白色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等。
Ag+的抗菌力强于Cu++是众所周知的,且银的毒性低于Cu++,本发明的织物附着的是元素银,即金属态银。这可由人类长期使用银作食具、饮具,甚至气管切开术中用银质气管插管等事实证实金属银对人是无毒的。
银的灭菌能力古已知之,也为本发明研究中对多种病原菌、原虫的抗菌试验所证实。其抗菌机理如下:
Ag=Ag++e(当Ag呈超细粒状态,表面积增大,则利于右向反应。)
Ag+能与菌体中酶蛋白的巯基(-SH)结合,使一些以此为必要基的酶丧失活性,而达到灭菌作用。

由于上述的Ag的抗菌机理,使本发明的附有超细粒元素银的长效广谱抗菌织物具有更强的抗菌能力。尤其对妇女多种阴道炎的主要病原菌,如白色念珠菌、阴道毛滴虫、淋病奈瑟氏菌、绿脓杆菌等具有明显的抗菌优势,对烧伤、外伤病人的皮肤感染,主要病原菌如绿脓杆菌、金葡球菌等具有很强的抗菌作用。
本发明的目的是通过化学和物理处理在织物纤维上牢固的附着超细粒的元素银,使此织物具有长效广谱抗菌能力。
本发明的制作工艺:
a、配制不含任何沉淀和混浊的含银水溶液。
尤其是在织物上不可避免地附有氯化物,如NaCl等,为了使在用含银水溶液浸泡织物时不产生粗颗粒的含银颗粒,因此本发明的含银水溶液配方为将晶体AgNO3溶于含氨的水溶液而得到Ag(NH3+ 2的真溶液,即使遇到Cl-时也不会产生粗粒含银沉淀,而达到能均匀地浸透织物之目的。(此含Ag(NH3+ 2溶液需使用前临时配制,不得长期存放。)
b、在上述制得含银溶液中再加入适量的还原剂葡萄糖搅匀后,立即将织物在室温下、有通风条件下进行浸泡-挤压-浸泡-挤压,使之均匀湿润。
c、将上述所得织物,在通风条件下用电熨斗或烫熨机高温烫熨,至织物出现褐黑色和黄褐色表面,此时织物纤维上已附有超细粒元素银。
d、将上述所制得之织物,放入水中经挤压、浸泡,除去织物中残留的水溶性物质,再烫熨平整,即得本发明之长效广谱抗菌织物。
比较现有技术,本发明有以下优点:
1、具有广谱抗菌能力(见附表1),尤其是对比现有技术,本发明对绿脓杆菌、淋病奈瑟氏菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、白色葡萄球菌、真菌(霉菌)、阴道毛滴虫具有明显的抗菌优势。
2、本发明对人体无毒性、无刺激、无过敏作用。
3、本发明耐洗性好,经100次肥皂洗涤,1000次以上搓磨,抗菌力无明显减弱。
4、因本发明是超细粒的元素银附着在织物纤维上,因此可以耐高温高压的灭菌操作,利于最终产品的灭菌工序。
5、因本发明是超细粒的元素银附着在织物纤维上,因此可以耐日光曝晒及紫外光照射,不会产生裂解、质变。
6、工艺流程简单、投资小、成本低,且投产快。通过下述实例对本发明作进一步说明:
称取20克AgNO3(C.P.)溶于500ml水和50-100ml氨水中,溶解后稀释至1000ml,摇匀(此溶液随用随配,不能长期存放),再向此溶液中加入20ml 25%的葡萄糖溶液搅匀,立即使用。将织物在室温下(10-35℃)、在通风条件下进行浸泡-挤压-浸泡-挤压-烫熨-浸洗-烫熨,即得本发明之长效广谱抗菌织物。

Claims (5)

1、一种长效广谱抗菌织物,其特征在于织物纤维表面附着有超细粒元素银。
2、按权力要求1所述长效广谱抗菌织物的制作方法的特征在于:
a、配制不含任何沉淀或混浊的含银水溶液。银溶液配方为将晶体AgNO3溶于含氨的水溶液,而得到含Ag(NH3+ 2的真溶液,
b、在上述制得的含银溶液中再加入适量的还原剂葡萄糖,将织物在室温下、有通风条件下浸泡-挤压-浸泡-挤压,使之均匀湿润,
c、将上述所得织物,在通风条件下用电熨斗或烫熨机高温烫熨,在织物出现褐黑色及黄褐色表面,此时织物表面已牢固的附有超细粒元素银,
d、将制得的织物,放入水中经挤压-浸泡,除去织物上残留的水溶性物质,烫熨平整,即得本发明之长效广谱抗菌织物。
3、按权力要求1、2所制得的长效广谱抗菌织物,其特征在于经过临床验证后可用于妇女的细菌性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、阿米巴性阴道炎等多种阴道炎的治疗用外敷材料。
4、按权力要求1、2所制得的长效广谱抗菌织物,其特征在于男女内裤外阴部位的衬布。
5、按权力要求1、2所制得的长效广谱抗菌织物,其特征在于经临床验证后可用于治疗烧伤病人皮肤的绿脓杆菌、金葡球菌等感染用的外敷材料和皮肤外伤、皮肤癣症、肛门皮肤病的外敷材料。
