Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明一般地涉及一种应用微波产生紫外线和臭氧的装置,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种向诸如纯净水、牛奶和果汁等可饮用液体中辐射应用微波所产生的紫外线和臭氧的装置,从而对可饮用液体进行消毒并消除包含在可饮用液体内的有机杂质。
背景技术
通常采用不同方法对诸如纯净水、牛奶和果汁等被大量生产并提供给消费者的可饮用饮料进行消毒。在这些方法中,向可饮用液体辐射紫外线或臭氧以对液体进行消毒的方法是公知的。然而用于执行这种方法的装置通常包含紫外线辐射器和臭氧辐射器,这两种辐射器被分别制造。虽然也有这两种辐射器的组合装置,但是被用在普通紫外线辐射器中并产生紫外线的紫外线灯被施加到电极上的电压作用,其结构和安装非常复杂。
此外,虽然臭氧辐射器利用紫外线灯,但是臭氧辐射器存在下述缺点,即不能有效地使臭氧穿透要被处理的物体。具体地说,当要求对游泳池内大量的水进行消毒时,由于难以应用紫外线或臭氧消毒方法,所以仅能依靠添加化学药品对水进行消毒。此外由于用于消毒的化学药品对人体是有害的,所以这种消毒方法被认为是严肃的问题。
发明内容
因此本发明致力于解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种应用微波产生用于对诸如纯净水、牛奶和果汁等可饮用液体进行消毒的紫外线和臭氧的装置,从而有效地对可饮用液体进行消毒。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种使用无电极紫外线灯产生紫外线和臭氧的装置,该装置被微波驱动。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种应用微波产生紫外线和臭氧的装置,它适用于对诸如游泳池等游泳设施内的水以及可饮用液体进行消毒和净化。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种应用微波产生紫外线和臭氧的装置,它包括一具有上液体入口和下液体出口的壳体,所述壳体内形成一消毒腔,所述壳体包括一被设置在所述壳体内并用于确定消毒腔的透明隔板;多个被安装在所述透明隔板上的无电极紫外线灯,所述紫外线灯的前表面面对消毒腔;多个被分别连接在所述无电极紫外线灯后面的波导管,在朝向紫外线灯的方向上,所述波导管变宽;多个被连接在所述波导管后端上的微波生成装置;被设置在消毒腔底面上的空气进入管,它与微小气泡生成器相连;被设置在所述消毒腔顶面上的空气输出管。

具体实施方式
图1显示了一种符合本发明实施例的用于产生紫外线和臭氧的装置。上述符合本发明的用于产生紫外线和臭氧的装置包括壳体,在所述壳体上部配备有一液体入口12,在所述壳体下部配备有一液体出口14,所述壳体内确定出一消毒腔16。壳体10内配备有被用作消毒腔16的一个侧壁的透明隔板18,该隔板18与壳体10的垂直侧壁间隔开,紫外线可以穿过该透明隔板18被传输。透明隔板18上配备有几个无电极紫外线灯20,在所述紫外线灯20内充满氩、少量水银(Hg)和氦(He),从而无电极紫外线灯20的前表面被设置得面对消毒腔16。波导管22被分别连接在无电极紫外线灯20的后面,在朝向紫外线灯20的方向上,所述波导管22变宽。在波导管22的后端分别设置有微波生成装置24。在壳体10的底面,消毒腔16配备有一空气进入管26,在壳体10的顶面,消毒腔16配备有一空气输出管28,从而通过空气进入管26被引入消毒腔16的空气可以相对于诸如可饮用液体的流动而返回。空气进入管26与一典型的微小气泡生成器(未示出)相连,从而被引入消毒腔16内的空气生成微小的泡,并均匀地扩散和上升。在图中,没有被描述的附图标记30代表空气供给控制阀,附图标记32代表一供气泵。
在使用符合本发明的装置对诸如纯净水、牛奶和果汁等可饮用液体进行消毒的过程中,通过壳体10的上部液体入口12将液体引入消毒腔16,然后通过下部液体出口14将液体从壳体10内排出,同时,通过下空气进入管26将空气引入消毒腔16内,并通过上空气输出管28将空气排出消毒腔16,从而进入消毒腔16内的空气流动方向与可饮用液体的流动方向相反。当可饮用液体和气体连续逆向地流动时,通用的微波生成装置24产生微波。微波生成装置24所产生的微波通过波导管22作用在无电极紫外线灯20上,从而紫外线灯20内的气体例如氩气被刺激,并产生紫外线。从紫外线灯20辐射出的紫外线被投射到在消毒腔16内向下流动的可饮用液体上,从而可饮用液体被消毒,同时所述微波作用在散布在可饮用液体内并向上逆着可饮用液体流动而运动的微小气泡上,从而导致空气中的氧气被局部氧化而产生臭氧,所产生的臭氧可以杀死包含在可饮用液体内的细菌,并毁灭包含在水中的有害有机物。
当符合本发明的装置被应用在诸如游泳池等游泳设施内的水中进行消毒时,利用微波产生紫外线和臭氧的装置被安装在游泳池内适合的位置,利用泵(未示出)并通过液体入口12将游泳池内的水引入。此后采用与上述可饮用液体消毒方式相同的方式对被引入的水进行消毒,然后通过液体出口14将消毒后的水排放到游泳池内。通过使水连续循环通过该装置,游泳池内的水可以被完全消毒和净化。
工业适用性
根据本发明,由于紫外线和臭氧通过本发明的装置同时生成,所以可以更可靠地实现对被大量生成并提供给消费者的诸如纯净水、牛奶和果汁等可饮用液体的消毒。此外利用紫外线和臭氧而不是利用对人体有害的化学药品,符合本发明的装置能够对游泳池内的大量的水进行消毒。
Claims (1)
1、一种应用微波产生紫外线和臭氧的装置,它包括一具有上液体入口和下液体出口的壳体,所述壳体内确定出一消毒腔,并包括:
一被设置在所述壳体内并用于确定所述消毒腔的透明隔板;
多个被安装在所述透明隔板上的无电极紫外线灯,所述无电极紫外线灯的前表面面对所述消毒腔;
多个被分别连接在所述无电极紫外线灯后面的波导管,在朝向所述紫外线灯的方向上,所述波导管变宽;
多个被连接在所述波导管后端上的微波生成装置;
被设置在所述消毒腔底面上的空气进入管,它与一微小气泡生成器相连;
被设置在所述消毒腔顶面上的空气输出管。
