Abstract
一种带状包装体,具有:包括多个部件收容凹处的纸制的载体带,和以堵住各部件收容凹处并通过热熔敷与该载体带表面粘接的上带;在载体带上的、与上带粘接的表面部分上,形成有在浸渗了水分散类树脂或水溶性树脂之后干燥而形成树脂层、或者在浸渗了水分散类树脂及水溶性树脂的混合物之后干燥而形成树脂层。这样,能可靠地避免纸纤维与上带一侧的合成树脂产生相互磨擦、进而在上带上带有静电的现象发生,而且能大大减少载体带上的、从部件收容凹处的部件飞出并丢失的现象。在具有多个部件收容凹处的纸制的载体带和以堵住各部件收容凹处、并通过热熔敷与该载体带表面粘接的上带的带状包装体上,当把上带从载体带上剥离时可避免在上带上带有静电。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带状包装体,具有多个收容芯片式电阻器等电子部件的部件收容凹处的纸制的载体带、和以堵住上述各部件收容凹处并通过热熔敷粘接在该载体带表面上的合成树脂制上带。
背景技术
在作为在先技术的特开平6-331533号公报及特开平11-165786号公报中公开的这种带状包装体,其结构如图1及图2所示,在厚纸制的载体带1上,沿纵向、以适宜的间距间隔呈一列状地并排穿透设置有多个部件收容凹处2,另一方面,在上述载体带1的背面,了由聚乙烯等合成树脂膜制成的底带3。在这种状态下,上述载体带1在沿箭头A所示的纵方向上移运的途中,在其各部件收容凹处2的各个部位上装填电子部件4,然后,由合成树脂薄膜制成的上带5,以堵住上述各部件收容凹处2的方式而重叠粘接在上述载体带1的表面。
这种情况下,在以往的带状包装体上,是将上述上带5由聚乙烯等热可塑性合成树脂制成,或者在上带5的背面形成热熔融粘接层。而且,在上带5与上述载体带1的表面重叠后,在该上带5上的上述部件收容凹处2的列上的左右两侧部分,由加热后的镘辊6或镘刀体来按压载体带1。这样,通过热熔敷将上述上带5进行局部熔融,或将上带5背面形成的热熔融粘接剂层、部分地进行熔融后加以粘接。
但是,上述以往的情况,上带5与纸制的载体带1的粘接,是把该上带5的一部分、或其背面的热熔融粘接剂层通过镘辊6或镘刀体的按压部分地进行热熔敷的粘接。因此,如以下所述那样,当各电子部件从载体带1上的各部件收容凹处2内取出时,上述上带5在从载体带1上被剥离过程中,上带5上会带有静电。而且,由于该静电的原因,往往会发生使电子部件贴在上带5一侧,并从载体带1上的部件收容凹处2内飞出并丢失,这样的情况时有发生。
即,在以往的上带5与纸制的载体带1上用热熔敷进行的粘接中,载体带1表面上的纸纤维,对于通过上述上带5或热熔融粘接剂层中的加热而进行熔融的部分,为压入的状态。这样,之后在上述上带5要从载体带1上被剥离时,载体带1表面上的纸纤维对于该上带5或热熔融粘接剂层呈现出从压入的状态到被拉出的状态。而且这时,由于与纸纤维和合成树脂的不同物质相互间会产生磨擦,所以在上述上带5上会带有静电。
发明内容
本发明鉴于上述问题,把在将上带从载体带上被剥离时,在该上带上不带静电作为技术课题。
本发明的带状包装体,具有:包括多个部件收容凹处的纸制的载体带,和以堵住上述各部件收容凹处、并通过热熔敷与该载体带表面粘接的上带;其特征在于:上述纸制的载体带,在将上述上带与其粘接的表面部分上,具有浸渗了水分散类树脂或水溶性树脂之后干燥而形成的树脂层、或者具有浸渗了上述水分散类树脂及水溶性树脂混合物之后干燥而形成的树脂层。
这种情况下,作为上述水分散类树脂,可以例举能够乳化或分散的聚丙烯酸酯类树脂或苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂,最好是使用其中的一种,或将这些中的两种以上混合后加以使用。
另外,作为水溶性树脂,可以推举与水进行溶解的聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、壳聚糖、各种淀粉或水溶性聚酯等,最好是使用其中的一种,或将这些中的两种以上进行混合后加以使用。
这样,在纸制的载体带中的、上述上带所粘接的表面部分上,形成了在浸渗了水分散类树脂或水溶性树脂后干燥而形成的树脂层,或者形成了在浸渗了上述水分散类树脂及水溶性树脂的混合物以后干燥而形成的树脂层。这样,在此使用的水分散类树脂及水溶性树脂,在常温等低温状态下,都充分具有作为将纸纤维相互结合的粘合剂功能,但因其耐热性显著很低,因此在低温下的机械强度会降低。因此,上述的水分散类树脂及水溶性树脂,对于上述载体带,若受到因在上带被热熔敷时的温度所带来的热负荷时,作为将纸纤维进行相互结合的粘合剂的功能会大幅度降低。
即,在上带通过热熔敷与上述载体带表面进行粘接的部分上,在浸渗了水分散类树脂及/或水溶性树脂后干燥而形成的树脂层,会受到当上述上带被热熔敷时的热负荷。因此,与未受到热负荷的部分相比,这部分上的纸纤维相互的结合就会大幅度减弱。因此,上述载体带表面上的纸纤维中已压入上述上带一侧状态下的纸纤维,在上述上带从载体带上被剥离时,没有从压入在上述上带一侧的状态中剥离出,而以仍旧保持在压入上述上带一侧的状态下与该上带一起从载体带一侧上的纸纤维上被剥离。
换言之,当上述上带剥离被的时候,由于载体带表面部分上的纸纤维是从载体带一侧被剥出的,所以,能可靠地避免纸纤维与上带一侧的合成树脂产生相互磨擦,进而能可靠地避免在上带上带有静电,并能大大降低从载体带上的部件收容凹处内的部件非出并丢失的现象。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图3对本发明的实施例1进行说明。
该图中,符号1表示载体带。
该载体带1与上述的以往情况相同,即,是厚纸制品,而且,多个部件收容凹处2是沿纵方向且沿纵方向以适宜的间距间隔呈现一列状排列进行穿透设置的。另外,由聚乙烯等合成树脂薄膜形成的底带3被贴接在载体带1的背面1b上。
并且,在上述载体带1上,与上述的以往情况相同,在其各部件收容凹处2内装上电子部件等后,在其表面1a上重叠聚乙烯等热可塑性合成树脂制的上带5,或在背面重叠形成热熔融粘接剂层的上带5。之后,在该上带5上,将该上带5上位于上述部件收容凹处2列上的左右两侧部分、由已加热的镘辊6或镘刀体来按压载体带1。这样,对上述上带5部分地实行热熔敷、其背面形成的热熔融粘接剂层,通过部分熔融的热熔敷加以粘接。
而且,在上述载体带1的表面1a的部分上,在粘接上带5之前,把能够乳化或分散的聚丙烯酸酯类树脂或苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂等的水分散类树脂,以混合在水中的状态,在被浸渗后加以干燥,由此形成树脂层7。
在这种情况下,当把水分散类树脂对上述载体带1的表面1a的部分进行浸渗时,第1,可以采用将乳化或分散而形成的水分散类树脂的一个种类或多个种类与水混合后并进行涂覆的方法。
另外,第2,作为上述载波带1的原料的厚纸,在用抄纸法制作时,采用把下一纸层重叠在最初抄过的纸层上的多层抄纸方法,这样,在把载体带1的表面1a的部分上的纸层进行抄纸工序时,可以采用将上述乳化或分散而构成的水分散类树脂的一个种类或多个种类与纸浆液进行混合的方法。
这样,在纸制的载体带1中,在上述上带5粘接的表面的部分上,在浸渗了水分散类树脂后进行干燥而形成树脂层7。这样,在此所使用的水分散类树脂,在以常温等低温状态下,作为将纸纤维相互结合的粘合剂,具有充分的功能,但其耐热性显著低,在低温下会降低其机械强度。因此,上述的水分散类树脂,上述载体带1,当受到由上带5被热熔敷时的温度引起的热负荷时,作为将纸纤维相互结合的粘合剂的功能就会大幅度降低。
即,在上述载体带1的表面内,在上带5对其通过热熔敷进行粘接的部分上,由于上述水分散类树脂构成的树脂层7,热熔敷上述上带5时受到热负荷,所以,这部分上的纸纤维相互间的结合、比未受到热负荷的部分大幅度减弱。因此,在上述载体带1表面上的纸纤维中,压入到上述上带5一侧状态下的纸纤维,在将上述上带5从载体带1上剥离时,没有从压入的状态拉出,而是保持压入上述上带5侧的状态与上述上带5一起从载体带1一侧上的纸纤维剥离。
但是,由于与水进行溶解的聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、壳聚糖、各种淀粉或水溶性聚酯等水溶性树脂,具有和上述聚丙烯酸酯类树脂或苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂等水分散类树脂大致相同的性质,所以可以把该水溶性树脂的一种或多种取代上述水分散类树脂加以使用。
另外,本发明如上所述,不限于用厚纸制的、且在背面粘接底带3而形成的载体带1。如图4所示的实施例1的变形例1那样,也可应用薄纸制品,且将部件收容凹处2′进行凹凸加工后形成的载体带1′。另外,如图5所示的实施例1的变形例2那样,使用厚纸制品,且通过冲压机将部件收容凹处2″形成凹状后成为载体带1″。
