空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对室内空气进行净化的空气净化器,特别涉及一种改善了对空气净化和加湿功能并附加有对空气消毒和加香味功能的空气净化器。
背景技术
已知有多种室内空气净化器,并且这些净化器基本上被分成两大类,一大类是干式净化器,另一大类是湿式净化器。
干式空气净化器包括负离子空气净化器,所述净化器便于去除粉尘和纸烟的烟雾,但没有对空气的加湿功能。
因此,优选采用的空气净化器是具有加湿功能的湿式的。但已知的湿式的空气净化器仅能滤除空气中的粉尘,效率过低。
根据现有技术,韩国专利10-1999-046485具有一种电机驱动的风扇的结构,便于将吸入的空气吹过容器内的水,将空气中的粉尘分离出,然后将空气吹出。但这种净化器的效率也很低。并且这种净化器采用一个充电板,将粉尘电吸引入水内,但这种净化器的空气净化的效率也很低。另外,必须人工对水进行更换也是不便和麻烦的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种空气净化器,所述净化器具有优良的对空气净化和加湿性能并具有消毒和加香味的功能。
本发明的另一目的在于提出一种空气净化器,所述净化器可自动对水进行补充并在必要时可用于作为冷风扇。
为实现上述目的,本发明的空气净化器具有在主体上的进风栅格和送风栅格;空气抽风扇,所述空气抽风扇安装在内部的上面部分,用于将吸入的外部空气吹向容器内的水,以便去除空气中的污染物并对空气加湿,和一个充电电路,所述充电电路被加电,用于将正电菏加到接地件上,所述接地件与水接触,导致容器内的水具有正电菏,实现对带电的污染物的分离,另外还包括:多个带负电的针,所述带负电针安装在容器内水面的上方,在带负电的针之间具有间隔,用于接收来自充电电路的负电菏,导致污染物具有负电菏;一个充电滚,所述充电滚与上述在其表面上带有正电的容器水一起在带负电针附近旋转,导致带负电的污染物被吸引到带正电的水内,对污染物进行吸收并导致被吸收的污染物被容器内的水清洗出。

具体实施方式
实施例1
下面将对照附图对本发明加以详细地说明。
图1为本发明的空气净化器的立体图,和图2为实施例1的空气净化器的纵剖面图。
如图1和2所示,本发明的空气净化器包括一个主体10;一个抽风栅格11,所述抽风栅格设置在体10的上部;一个排风栅格12,所述排风栅格安装在体10的侧面;抽风扇13,所述抽风扇安装在体10内的上部,用于经栅格11吸入外部的空气。在抽风扇13的下方具有一个水容器,水容器内充入水。
必须对用于加湿的容器内的水w蒸气加以补充水,因此在主体10的侧面可拆卸地安装有一个补充水容器15,所述主体在内侧具有接收电能的充电电路16。而且还有一个与容器水w连接的接地件17,所述接地件将来自电路17的正电菏加到水w上,所述容器水具有正电菏。
另外,带负电的针18安装在容器内水的上方,相互具有间隔并充电电路的负电加在凄伤,使之具有负电菏。因此,带负电的针18具有来自充电电路16的负电菏,同时容器内的水w具有正电荷。
并且放电滚19安装在带负电的针18与容器内的水w之间,并利用电机20驱动旋转。

抽风扇将由外部抽入的空气吹到容器内的水的上方,将诸如粉尘等污染物和有害气体与水接触,实现将污染物和有害气体从空气中的去除。
但采用风扇形成气流的方式所消除的污染物的量度还不能令人满意,这是因为通过风扇吹入的外部的空气并不能完全与水接触,实现在排出前对污染物的去除。而且尽管采用风扇实现整个空气流与水面的接触是可能的,但要实现此点,则需要将空气净化器做得很庞大,因而不能经济地实现,所以没有生产价值。
本发明具有一种充电滚(19)和多个带负电的针18,从而可以大量地去除污染物k。
滚19可旋转地将底部置于容器水内,在旋转中水被附着在水吸收部分19a上。
滚19接着向上旋转,使附着在滚19表面的带有正电的水到达带有负电的针18附近。
同时在针18周围的在空气内含有的污染物具有负电菏。
因此,在针18附近的带有负电的污染物k被吸引到在滚19表面的带有正电的水中。接着滚19旋转,粘附在滚19上的污染物落入水w内。
首先有待净化的空气与附着在滚19上的水w接触,接着被净化并经栅格12排放到室内,从而保持室内空气的清洁、干净。
尽管污染物k被加入到容器水内,但由于采用消毒单元22,因而可以始终保持容器内的水的清洁,并且采用单元22对流过主体内侧的空气进行消毒,获得干净的空气。
对排放的经净化的空气加入来自香味发生器的香味,从而实现清馨的芳香。
在加热器23不工作时,加湿根据室内的湿度自动进行,即当室内干燥时,大量加湿;当室内湿度高时,则少量加湿。
在必须提高加湿度时,加热器23工作,对水w进行加热,增大蒸发量,实现加湿度的增大。
另外,根据本发明,可以使空气净化器的设计实现夏季在水容器内存储冰块,从而使风扇可以作为冷却风扇,对室内进行空调。
实施例2
图4-6示出本发明的充电滚的实施例2。
实施例2的充电滚19在其外圆上具有多个环形的薄翼片19b,所述薄翼片围绕滚设置,具有窄的用于充水的间隙19c。
具有翼片19b的充电滚19旋转,使其底部置于水w内。
