Abstract

Description

盥洗室清新和/或清洁体系及其方法
本发明涉及一种用于盥洗室的清新剂和/或清洁剂体系,以及在抽水马桶中使用该体系的方法。具体来说,本发明涉及包括液体清新和/或清洁组合物以及液体分配器的体系。
已知几种盥洗室清新和/或清洁体系。这些体系包括“固体块”型体系,其中清新和/或清洁块放置在抽水马桶边缘的下面或放置在蓄水箱里。就放置在边缘下面的体系情况来说,每次冲洗抽水马桶时,水溶解块的一部分,进而清洗和/或清新抽水马桶。就蓄水箱块体系的情况来说,在冲洗之前,部分块溶解在蓄水箱中,当蓄水箱中的水冲洗抽水马桶时会清洗和清新抽水马桶。但是,固体抽水马桶块有一些缺点,具体来说,在块的使用期限内,它们不能释放出恒量的清洗剂和清新剂。
另一些清新和清洗体系是液体分配形式的。这种体系包括液体分配器和液体清新和/或清洁组合物。在本申请人公开的国际专利申请WO9966139中披露了适用于这种体系的液体分配器。这种液体分配器通常包括贮液器和其中形成毛细孔道的垫板状或平板状的液体传送设备,液体传送设备和贮液器相连以使得贮液器中的清新和/或清洁组合物能以可控制的方式传递到液体传送设备中。液体分配器放置在抽水马桶边缘的下面,以至于在冲洗阶段,将足量的清新和/或清洁组合物传送到抽水马桶内的以起到清洗马桶的作用。
为了使液体清洗体系起作用,必须给液体分配器提供适当的液体清洗和/或清新组合物。要求这种液体组合物具有一定的性能以实施其清新和/或清洁功能。具体来说,最好是当水流冲洗分配组合物时,要求产生足够的泡沫。为促使抽水马桶的清洗和组合物中所含香味剂的分散希望有泡沫。当冲洗抽水马桶时,泡沫也赋予某种美感。
在欧洲专利申请EP-A-0775741中公开了一种已知的液体清洗组合物,据称其适用于上文所述类型的液体清洗体系,其描述了一种在室温下具有10-2000mPa s粘度的组合物,包括:
(a)1-25(重量)%的香味剂
(b)10-50(重量)%的阴离子或非离子表面活性剂,
(c)1-20(重量)%不会蒸发的水溶性蒸发调节剂,和
(d)余量为溶剂。
在本文使用的术语“粘度”指的是动态粘度,使用Brookfield粘度计(在20℃下,3号轴,12转,30秒)测定。由于经济性和容易制造方面的考虑,一般采用上述范围的粘度值。
但是,已经发现在某种环境下,引入这些液体的分配器会将冲洗水吸入到贮液器中。这种结果会导致贮液器中所含液体中的活性组分的浓度降低,所以在整个贮液器使用期限内,传送到抽水马桶中的活性组分量会相应减少。具体来说,通过泡沫和/或所释放香味的减少可以表明这一点。
本发明人已经发现,通过充分增加液体组合物的粘度,这些不期望的结果会显著减少或甚至消除。
所以,依据本发明,提供一种含有分配器的盥洗室清新和/或清洁体系,该分配器用于分配来自于抽水马桶边缘下部的液体组合物,所述液体组合物有的粘度大于2500mPa s。
优选粘度小于6000mPa s,并且更优选的范围是3000-5000mPa s。最优选的值为约3500mPa s。
这些液体组合物一般包括表面活性剂。表面活性剂可以实现各种功能,尤其是能在冲洗阶段产生泡沫并且溶解或微量乳化存在于液体组合物中的任何香味剂。
表面活性剂的总浓度范围优选为5-35(重量)%,最优选的值主要为22.5(重量)%。
适宜的表面活性剂是阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂,但最好是将阴离子和非离子表面活性剂组合使用。优选阴离子表面活性剂是烷基醚硫酸盐,例如含浓度70(重量)%活性表面活性剂的市售的商品名为Steol CS 270的烷基醚硫酸盐,优选的非离子表面活性剂是乙氧基化的合成醇,例如市售的商品名为Lutensol A08的乙氧基化的合成醇。
任选存在香味剂来提供抽水马桶及其附近的清新作用。用于液体组合物的适宜香味剂是市售的商品名为Vertana 114.737的香味剂。
优选香味剂的总浓度范围为4-15(重量)%,最优选的值基本为6(重量)%。
表面活性剂和香味剂组合起来可以用作增稠剂,因此通过选择表面活性剂和/或香味剂可以在一定程度上控制组合物的粘度,但是优选组合物中包括一或多种另加的增稠剂,且优选其总浓度范围是0.2-20(重量)%。另加增稠剂的最优选浓度基本是0.40(重量)%。适宜的增稠剂是羟乙基纤维素,例如市售的商品名为Natrasol 250HHR的产品。
此外,液体组合物中可以存在湿润剂。当存在香味剂时,为调节组合物中香味剂的蒸发,希望有湿润剂。此外,湿润剂可用于防止组合物中的相分离和从组合物中析出沉淀物。
适宜的湿润剂包括乙二醇、甘油醚(glycoethers)、醇、糖和聚醚。
组合物任选可以包括多价螯合剂、pH调节剂、染料和防腐剂。
本发明还扩展到这种盥洗室清新和/或清洁体系在抽水马桶中应用的方法。
本发明的优选具体实施例引入具有下述组分的液体组合物:

从上表可以看出,组合物包括Steol CS 270。这就包括了浓度为70(重量)%的阴离子表面活性剂,使得在组合物中阴离子表面活性剂的实际浓度为17.5(重量)%,结果使组合物中表面活性剂的总浓度为22.5(重量)%。
上述液体组合物的最终粘度为约3500mPa s。

Claims (20)

1.一种含有分配器的盥洗室清新和/或清洁体系,该分配器用于分配来自于抽水马桶边缘下部的液体组合物,所述液体组合物具有大于2500mPa s的粘度。
2.如权利要求1所述的体系,其中所述液体组合物具有小于6000mPa s的粘度。
3.如权利要求2所述的体系,其中所述液体组合物具有的粘度范围是3000-5000mPa s。
4.如权利要求3所述的体系,其中所述液体组合物具有约为3500mPa s的粘度。
5.如前述任意权利要求所述的体系,其中所述液体组合物包括表面活性剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的体系,其中表面活性剂的总浓度范围是5-35(重量)%。
7.如权利要求6所述的体系,其中总的表面活性剂的浓度基本是22.5(重量)%。
8.如权利要求5-7中任意之一所述的体系,其中所述的表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂或者是非离子表面活性剂或者是其组合物。
9.如权利要求8所述的体系,包括一种烷基醚硫酸盐,其构成至少一种阴离子表面活性剂。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的体系,包括一种乙氧基化的合成醇,其构成至少一种非离子表面活性剂。
11.如前述任意权利要求所述的体系,其中所述液体组合物进一步包括香味剂。
12.如权利要求11所述的体系,其中香味剂总浓度范围是4-15(重量)%。

19.一种基本如上文所述的含有分配器的盥洗室清新和/或清洁体系,该分配器用于分配来自于抽水马桶边缘下部的液体组合物。
