Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于钢制房屋的自钻螺丝,特别是涉及一种用于构造采用C-梁钢制框架的自钻螺丝,其中这些C-梁是镀锌钢板制品,具有大约1mm相对小的厚度,用于所谓的“2×4”系统房屋结构中。
背景技术
原料钢梁通常采用所谓的自钻螺丝互相结合形成一个这样的钢制框架。自钻螺丝的形状和尺寸规定在日本的KC标准中(即,日本官方协会“Kozai Club”建立的标准)。
例如,图7中示出一个采用KC标准规定的平头螺栓2所构造的钢制框架1。一个用于装饰房屋内部的石膏板4可以贴附于这个框架1。这个石膏板的一部分与这个螺栓2的头部2a接触,因而易于在石膏板的表面产生一个隆起,从而损坏了装饰内表面的外观。由于这个不便之处,KC标准规定了一个如图中所示的具有平头2a的自钻螺丝。如果这个螺栓2具有4.8mm的标称直径,这个头的厚度必须处于1.8mm至2.2mm的范围内。
另一方面,日本工业标准(即“JIS”)中的B1122条涉及一个通常的自攻螺丝,带有一个其上形成有十字形凹入部的头部。如果它的头部厚度为2.15-2.4mm,它的螺纹杆的标称直径是2.9mm。作为对照,具有这样一个KC标准的薄平头(厚度为1.8-2.2mm)螺栓,必须驱动它的直径为4.8mm厚的螺纹杆。这样一个4.8mm的标称杆直径比JIS的2.9mm大许多,相比较地它的头厚度等于或者大大小于2.15-2.4mm(对于JIS每个通常的带有十字凹入部头的自攻螺丝)。
相应地,在一个这样薄的头2a上形成的、用于与驱动器刀头啮合的凹入部3必定是很浅,以至于钻会很快磨损或者损坏,不能紧固地固定螺丝。如果采用以2500rpm或者更快速度旋转的马达驱动的高速扳手,它的驱动器刀头将可能发生一个非常麻烦的偏出问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术中固有的缺点。因而它的目的是提供一个适于用于钢制房屋的自钻螺丝,在它的头上有一个用于与驱动器刀头啮合的凹入部,并且它设计成,尽管这个头的厚度比KC标准规定的常规厚度小,但这个头能够承受一个足以可靠地紧固螺丝的强扭距。
为了达到这个目的,本发明提供一个自钻螺丝,它的带有相对端部区域的杆具有螺纹,其中一个端部区域形成为钻孔部分,另一个端部区域通过一个颈部延续至平头,该颈部形成为杆的加粗部分,并设置成接近平头。其特征是攻丝螺纹形成在杆的从钻孔部分延续的另一部分上并围绕在其周围,导引螺纹形成在从杆的该另一部分延续的又另一部分上并围绕其周围,并且固定螺纹形成在加粗的颈部周围。进一步的特征在于,在平头的顶部形成一个与外部驱动工具啮合的凹入部,限定这个凹入部的扭矩接收壁沿基本上平行于螺丝轴线的方向延伸,并且超出平头和颈部之间的边界之外。
平头的厚度可以是大约1.0mm。
形成在平头上、与驱动工具啮合的凹入部最好是一个依照IFI标准规定的方形孔,或者按照另一个标准JASOF中No.116-89条规定的特殊孔。
优选地,颈部周围的固定螺纹是平滑地延续至导引螺纹的逐渐变细螺纹。但是,也可以形成逐渐变细的攻丝螺纹和导引螺纹,而固定螺纹呈现一个平行形态。

具体实施方式
现在对本发明的一些实施例参照附图进行详细描述。
图1和2示出本发明第一实施例中的一个自钻螺丝10,适于在钢制房屋中使用。
自钻螺丝10具有一个带有相对端部的杆11,一个端部形成为一个钻孔部分12。另一个端部形成为一个薄的平头13,进而攻丝螺纹14和导引螺纹15形成在杆11的周围。这些螺纹在平头13和钻孔部分12之间延伸因而由钻孔部分12延续。作为杆的一个区域的颈部16,其直径大于杆的其余部分并且朝向平头13张开。形成在颈部16上并围绕其周围的固定螺纹17由导引螺纹15延续,但在直径上大于导引螺纹。另一方面,一个形成在平头13上以与驱动工具啮合的凹入部18是一个如IFI标准规定的方形孔。限定这个孔18的4个驱动面或者壁19沿基本平行于这个螺丝轴线的方向延伸,以接受一个拧紧扭矩。这些壁延伸在平头和颈部之间的边界之外,使得作为所述凹入部的孔深足以传递一个相当强的扭矩。这样一个深的凹入部18能够防止偏出问题的发生,因此传递这样一个强扭矩的驱动器刀头将从这个凹入部推出。形成在杆11上并邻近平头的加粗颈部16将支持和加强平头13,使得这个头能够进一步薄至大约1.0mm。
凹入部18的另一替代和优选形状是由JASOF标准的No.116-89条规定的所谓“Torx”。但是,任何其他合适的凹入部也可以采用,只要具有平行于螺丝轴线的面或者壁,并适合于传递强扭矩。
图3和4示出第二实施例的自钻螺丝,其中颈部16延长呈现为一个比杆11其他部分更粗的柱形。在这种情况下固定螺纹20从导引螺纹15延续,呈现为一个直径大于螺纹15的平行螺纹结构。按照IFI标准在头上形成的凹入部18,是与第一实施例中相同的方形孔。
图5和6示出第三实施例中的自钻螺丝10,其中平头23具有一个下压的截锥形顶部,并且杆21朝向钻孔部分12而逐渐变细。这样,攻丝螺纹和导引螺纹24形成在该逐渐变细杆21的周围,并且颈部16进一步伸长而呈现为一个比杆21其余部分更长更粗的柱形。从钻孔和导引螺纹24延续的固定螺纹20具有平行形态。按照IFI标准在头上形成的凹入部18,是与第一和第二实施例中的方形孔相同的孔。
显然,螺纹杆具有一个邻近平头的加粗颈部,其直径大于所述杆的其余部分。形成在加粗颈部周围的固定螺纹与深度延伸至这种颈部的驱动器刀头啮合凹入部配合工作,以保证能够容易而可靠地拧紧螺丝穿过一个钢架的薄板,而不必担心传递强扭距的钻头会偏出。进一步地,这样一个加粗的颈部加强了薄至大约1.0mm的平头,可以消除贴附于钢架的石膏板区域的隆起。
总之,形成在这样一个薄平头附近处的加粗颈部使得驱动啮合凹入部的深度能够保证传递强扭距的能力,借助于固定螺纹加粗的直径,不仅保证了牢固而且能更可靠地将自钻螺丝紧固拧入钢架。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于钢制房屋的自钻螺丝(10),包括:带有相对端部区域的杆(11),该杆的一个端部区域形成为一个钻孔部分(12),该杆的另一个端部区域通过邻近平头(13)设置的颈部(16)延续至平头(13);形成在杆的从钻孔部分(12)延续的另一部分上并围绕其周围的攻丝螺纹(14);和形成在从杆的该另一部分延续的又另一部分上并围绕其周围的引导螺纹(15);
其特征在于,固定螺纹形成在颈部(16)上并围绕其周围,并且其直径大于攻丝螺纹和导引螺纹(14,15),能够与外部驱动工具啮合的凹入部(18)形成在平头(13)顶部,并且颈部(16)形成为杆(11)的加粗部分,凹入部(18)由沿基本平行于螺丝(10)轴线方向延伸的扭矩接收壁(19)限定并位于它们之间,并超出平头(13)与颈部(16)之间的边界之外。
2.如权利要求1所述的自钻螺丝,其特征在于,平头(13)具有大约1.0mm的厚度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的自钻螺丝,其特征在于,凹入部(18)选自按照IFI标准的方形孔和按照JASOF标准No.116-89条的孔。

5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的自钻螺丝,其特征在于,从导引螺纹(15)延续的固定螺纹(17)是一个整体平行的形态。
6.如权利要求5所述的自钻螺丝,其特征在于,攻丝螺纹和导引螺纹(14,15)逐渐变细。
