本发明涉及一种特别是用于散装货物存储和运输的钢质集装箱。
背景技术
在钢质ISO集装箱或钢质高立方体(high-cube)集装箱中输送塑料颗粒材料时,如果塑料颗粒与集装箱壁的钢质内表面直接接触,则会产生问题。由于腐蚀而松脱的钢质颗粒对加工塑料颗粒材料的挤压机非常有害,而且,从挤压机生产出来的产品也会质量较低。对于这个问题,通常的解决方案是在集装箱内悬挂大的塑料袋(内衬),并将塑料颗粒送入该袋中。这种解决方案具有许多缺陷。袋子在集装箱中的装配,袋子的填充和排空是很费时的。而且,难以将袋子完全排空,以致随后剩下材料。为了在集装箱翻转时使袋子定位,必须架设一框架(仓壁),该框架可以由木质和/或纸板和/或钢管型材构成。必须取出这些材料,从而可能导致问题。有时这些袋子撕破,以致从集装箱上掉下的钢颗粒终究会进入材料颗粒中。这种袋子使用一次就扔掉了,其中包括有剩余的塑料颗粒,而有害于环境且增加成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在集装箱中输送塑料颗粒材料或其他散装货物时避免上述问题,且没有上述的缺陷。
根据本发明,在引言部分中所述的钢质集装箱特征在于,在钢质集装箱内部,装有由耐腐蚀材料制成并固定到所述集装箱上的料仓,该料仓的侧壁和顶壁基本上与钢质集装箱的侧壁和顶壁形状相同。对于耐腐蚀材料,可以考虑不锈钢和硬塑料(包括复合物),但由于低价格和低重量和优良的耐腐蚀性能,推荐采用铝合金,例如铝镁合金。
在本发明的集装箱中输送固体塑料,例如从塑料生产商到加工厂,产生正的环境效应。塑料保持纯净。没有塑料损失。集装箱的钢壁和集装箱内部的耐腐蚀料仓可以再循环利用。
为了将钢质集装箱壁与耐腐蚀材料的壁连接,在钢质集装箱壁和耐腐蚀材料壁之间的紧固件可以由套管形成,该套管插入两壁上的互相对齐的开口中,且螺栓旋入该套管中,该套管变形成环形的加厚部分,靠着钢壁的外侧。这种连接由术语盲铆钉螺母来表示。
通常,钢质集装箱是ISO集装箱或具有在较短侧上的至少一个门的高立方体集装箱,靠近钢质集装箱的门的耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓的壁(仓壁)设有靠近底板的可以由阀封闭的排放口、靠近顶部的人孔和至少一个观察玻璃。
该集装箱可具有许多漏斗形式的底板,所述漏斗具有可由阀封闭的出口。
为了能完全排空本发明的倾斜的集装箱,优选的是如果在耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓的那些位于排放口附近的拐角上装有倾斜隔板,那么当料仓排空时,这些倾斜的隔板朝排放口引导材料。
优选的是,至少从长侧壁到顶壁以及从短侧壁到顶壁和长侧壁的过渡部分包括有倾斜或弧形部分,它们在其弯曲的平直端焊接到料仓的垂直壁和水平壁上。
耐腐蚀材料制成的内部料仓必须定期清扫。如果在耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓的沿集装箱的纵向方向延伸的所述倾斜或弧形部件上模制出具有伸入耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓内的喷口的水管,那么可以容易地实现定期清洗。
本发明还涉及一种在集装箱中存储和运输散装材料的方法,特别是塑料颗粒材料,其中散装材料散装在根据权利要求之一的集装箱的内部料仓中。

具体实施方式
在图1中,可以看到钢质集装箱1的一部分。这种集装箱以20′、40′、30′和45′的规格得到大量的应用,且在拐角处有常用机构2,以便将它们锁定在吊装支架上或利用扭锁件互相锁定。在ISO集装箱1内部,固定着耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓3,其形状基本上与ISO集装箱的平行六面体形状一致。与ISO集装箱不同,所述料仓3在从直立的长侧壁到底板和到顶壁的过渡部分,以及在从靠近所述集装箱的厚短侧的料仓壁到底板和料仓顶壁的过渡部分具有倾斜或弧形过渡部分4。这些过渡部分4-如图2所示—在弯曲的端部边缘处通过沿相应壁的长度延伸的焊接接头5固定到料仓3的壁上。
耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓3的平壁通过接头固定到钢质ISO集装箱壁上,其中接头之一在图3中以横截面的形式示出。由可变形材料制成的套管6插入集装箱的钢质壁和耐腐蚀料仓3的壁上的对齐开口中,螺栓7旋入该套管中。该螺栓7经密封环8使其头部压在耐腐蚀材料上。在另一侧,旋入的螺栓已经以形成啮合集装箱钢质壁的加厚部分9的形式使套管材料变形。这种接头称为盲铆钉螺母。
料仓3的窄直立壁—仓壁,如众所周知—靠近钢质ISO集装箱的门,设有靠近料仓3的底板的可以通过蝶阀10封闭的排放口11、和靠近料仓3顶壁的可以通过铰链门12封闭的人孔13、和两个在人孔13的稍下方的检查孔14、15。料仓经人孔13填充,输送带可以临时进入人孔,以便将散装材料,特别是塑料颗粒,以良好分布的方式装入料仓内。料仓的排放通过倾斜具有料仓3的集装箱1并打开蝶形阀10而实现。在开口11的位置,装有倾斜的隔板16,防止需排出的材料留在料仓3的拐角处。
料仓3最好由铝合金制成,比如铝镁合金。这种材料重量轻,且由于在表面上存在氧化膜而耐腐蚀,且不太贵。然而并不排除不锈钢和包括合成材料的硬质塑料。
图6和7所示的实施例不涉及ISO集装箱,而涉及高立方体集装箱17,其中装有内部料仓3。这种具有内部料仓的高立方体集装箱具有许多排放口21,这些排放口可以通过阀20封闭,且位于漏斗形底板部件22的底端。内部料仓3以与上述的ISO集装箱的内部料仓相同的方式填充,即经可由门12封闭的人孔13和可以经该人孔进入的输送带来填充。该集装箱还有由玻璃封闭的检查孔13、15。
显然在排放过程中这种集装箱不需要倾斜,因为材料经排放口21离开集装箱。在碳钢集装箱17的底板上的排放口21可以通入连接于用于排放散装材料的真空设备的水平管道。
图8和9的实施例同样涉及高立方体集装箱17,其中装有耐腐蚀材料制成的内部料仓3。该集装箱在顶侧具有许多填充开口19,该开口可由盖子18封闭,且可以经这些开口送入塑料材料。如同在图6和7的集装箱中一样,加工出可由阀20封闭的排放口21。这些开口位于漏斗形底板部件22的底端。
重要的是上述集装箱的耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓3的内部可以容易地清扫。为此,在集装箱1、17和23的内部料仓3的倾斜拐角部分4上模制出水管24,该水管以不规则的间隔设有出现在料仓3内的喷口25。水管24通过快速连接器26与供水软管(未示出)连接。在权利要求的范围内的可以作出各种改进和添加。

Claims (11)

1.钢质集装箱,尤其用于散装货物的存储和输送,其特征在于,在所述钢质集装箱(1,17,23)的内部装有耐腐蚀材料制成并固定到所述集装箱上的料仓(3),所述料仓的直立侧壁和顶壁基本上与所述钢质集装箱的直立侧壁和顶壁形状相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的集装箱,其特征在于,耐腐蚀材料制成的所述料仓(3)是由铝合金构成的。
3.如权利要求1所述的集装箱,其特征在于,耐腐蚀材料制成的所述料仓(3)是由硬塑料构成的。
4.如权利要求1所述的集装箱,其特征在于,耐腐蚀材料制成的所述料仓(3)是由不锈钢构成的。
5.如前述任一权利要求所述的集装箱,其特征在于,在所述钢质集装箱壁和耐腐蚀材料壁之间的固定是通过套管(6)实现的,所述套管插入并穿过两壁上的互相对齐的开口,且螺栓(7)旋入所述套管中,使所述套管变形成靠着钢壁外侧的环形加厚部分(9)。
6.如前述任一权利要求所述的集装箱,其特征在于,所述钢质集装箱是ISO标准集装箱或具有至少一个位于短侧壁上的门的高立方体集装箱,靠近钢质集装箱的门的耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓壁(仓壁)设有靠近底板的可以通过阀封闭的排放口(11)、和靠近顶部的人孔(13)。
7.如权利要求1-6之一所述的集装箱,其特征在于,所述集装箱具有底板,所述底板为许多具有可用阀(20)封闭的出口(21)的漏斗(22)形式。
8.如前述任一权利要求所述的集装箱,其特征在于,在耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓的靠近所述排放口(11)的拐角处,装有倾斜隔板(16),当料仓排放时,所述倾斜隔板朝排放口(11)引导散装材料。
9.如前述任一权利要求所述的集装箱,其特征在于,至少从长侧壁到顶壁和从短侧壁到顶壁和长侧壁的过渡部分包括倾斜或弧形部分(4),所述倾斜或弧形部分在其弯曲的平直端焊接到料仓(3)的垂直壁和水平壁上。
10.如权利要求9所述的集装箱,其特征在于,具有出现在耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓内的喷口(25)的水管(24)模制在沿集装箱的纵向延伸的耐腐蚀材料制成的料仓倾斜或弧形拐角部件(4)上。
11.用于在集装箱中输送散装材料的方法,特别是塑料颗粒材料,其特征在于,所述散装材料散装在如前述权利要求之一所述的集装箱的内部料仓中。
