Abstract

Description

自流式龙头
本发明涉及一种用于靠近卫生洁具(如洗手盆和浴盆)的龙头。更具体地说,涉及提供柔和、重力驱动瀑布的龙头。
瀑布型的龙头虽特别要求具有美感,但其还可具有益于洗浴的优点(如,洗浴舒适,冲洗柔和)。该龙头一般可接受各种压力的水,提供较稳定的压力,避免喷射和喷溅;并且一些较好的龙头可逐步减低压力,以提供非常柔和的水流。通过需要相对复杂和较大的空腔,以实现这些效果,这样可能会排除某些用于装饰或其它目的的龙头主体形状的使用。
例如,在美国专利3,202,181和4,722,509公开的放在龙头壳体里的混合阀。然而,这些设计使流出的水被加压至很高压力,而影响水在流出时的外观。
美国专利4,886,210和5,537,696公开了漫流型喷口的例子。然而,它们需要相对复杂的设计,并且限制装饰的选择。
因此,可以看出,需要能提供瀑布型水流,同时还提供可适应外壳体形状的龙头。
在本发明一实施例中,提供一种龙头,有龙头主体,带有与流体入口和流体出口通道相通的孔。在孔里还有阀装置,用于调节从流体入口到流体出口通道的流体流动。阀装置和龙头主体被构造和安排成可使流体在流入流体出口通道之前在阀装置的外围和龙头主体之间流动。在这点上,阀装置为放置在内壳的套筒形式,以便流出阀装置的流体能通过外面的壳体,然后在阀装置壳体和龙头主体之间通过(如,升高)。
在优选方案中,龙头壳体设置有流体出口,水流节流阀处于流体出口,并且流体出口有横向通道,用于引导流体在其流出壳体前靠近壳体的内壁。在此方案中,龙头主体还有基座在孔里,带有设置在基座上的阀装置。
在另一优选方案中,有处于阀装置和基座之间的密封件,阀装置的上部与龙头壳体的内壁分离,阀装置放置在龙头主体的中央,并且龙头主体的出口通道装到从龙头主体径向延伸(如相对阀装置的纵轴,以基本为直角的角度)的喷口。
发明概述
在本发明另一方案,提供一种龙头,有带有入口的龙头主体、与入口相邻并与之相通的杯状部分、和与杯状部分相通并且从杯状部分延伸的喷口。在杯状部分中设置有阀装置,用于调节从流体入口到杯状部分的流体流动。阀装置和龙头主体被构造和安排成以使流体在流出喷口之前能沿离开杯状部分入口的方向通过阀装置外部并绕过阀装置。
本发明的龙头可适于安装在垂直表面或水平表面。无论何种情况,都允许水在流出之前通过(龙头内)阀的壳体外。部分浸没绕套筒壳体,通过将水流变换成柔和、重力驱动瀑布的水流,而使水具有所希望的外观。
在另一优选方案中,设置有位于流体出口的水流调节器。它被设计以减慢流体流动速度,并且变得更稳定。
龙头可有多种宽泛的龙头主体外形,因此,在装饰设计方面提供很大的灵活性。龙头能用便宜的部件实现瀑布状柔和流动的效果。进一步,这些龙头可被快速地组装和安装。必要时,甚至不用专业的管道技术员就能对其进行维修。

详细说明
先参照图1和图2,龙头(一般10)支撑在台子11上。它包括陶瓷材料构成的龙头主体12,配有带有横向延伸的水槽或喷口14的杯状部分15。喷口14以直角从纵轴19延伸。龙头主体12有孔18,其内放有套筒阀(一般是20),该套筒阀中央放置,并且与龙头主体12的侧壁13隔开。圆顶33放在套筒阀之上,和罩盖16在本实施例中放在龙头主体12的顶部。
边缘28从龙头主体12向内延伸,以给实际放在中间密封件30上的套筒阀20提供基座。水流入口管路22a和22b通过基座部分24给套筒阀20供水。螺钉26将基座部分24固定到台子11上。通过阀20的水流由把手32控制。
接下来参照图3和图4,套筒阀20是一种通过放在滑动盘上的可移动盘控制水流和水温的阀。本实施例优选的阀包括带有热水入口36和冷水入口37流体的调节部分23。流体的出口设在水流节流阀39里。热水和冷水入口42和43分别配备在套筒基座部分24,并且分别对准水流调节部分23的热水和冷水入口36和37。该对准由对应的定位凸起45和基座部分24的定位开口46提供。
套筒装置的水控制部分,与其它龙头,如美国专利5,575,424和5,095,934所述龙头中使用的那些龙头很相似。通过在此所做说明,对那些阀的某些改进将是明显的。
例如,水流节流阀39被定位在基座部分24中的隔室48。该隔室有通路49,50,51,和52,(具体参见图4)通路从隔室以十字交叉方式延伸,各通路在隔室48中开有开口47。
密封件40包围着热水入口36和冷水入口37,及节流阀39。这就分别为绕基座部分24的热水和冷水入口42和43以及隔室48提供了密封。
最好参照图6,所提供的阀装置壳体52包括带有内螺纹55的裙部62,其与基座部分24的外螺纹56相啮合,以将套筒阀封闭在其中。裙部62在螺纹55完全啮合时与基座部分24隔开。这提供通道58。密封件64位于裙部62和基座部分24之间。
从套筒阀通过基座部分24的水流最好参见图4-6。从水流节流阀39流出的水会进入隔室48。在此,通过通路49-52被以四个不同方向引导。水流进对着壳体54的通道58,然后,绕壳体54上下流动,从而在裙部62外面和龙头主体12里面之间通过。如图2示出的水17的水平面。这提供相对平静的缓慢运动的水池,这为水在通过水槽14向外流时提供了瀑布效果。
在此方式下,一般阀套筒外部不会被浸没。然而,当水平面17升高时,水的平静效果甚至更明显。
自流式龙头的可选实施例请见图7-10,除带有后缀“A”“B”“C”“D”外,相同或相似的部件使用相同编号。参照图7,自流式龙头10A在龙头主体12A的构造不同于龙头10。可以看到,龙头主体具有更多管状的设计。水槽14也是管状的且更封闭。龙头10A的功能和水流与龙头10相同。
图8和9所示的龙头10B和10C与前两个不同,它们的方向是水平的而不是垂直的。它们被设计成与垂直壁相连(如60B和60C)。在这些实施例中,水槽部分14B和14C不像龙头10和10A那样以直角从龙头主体延伸。具体参照图9,可以看到,水槽14C在顶部之上且沿其大部分侧壁是敞开的。
龙头10D,如图10所示,除它有较长和更敞开的水槽14C之外类似于图7的实施例相类。它还有较短的龙头主体12D,带有更敞开的杯状部分15D(且没有相应的部分去覆盖16)。龙头10D的功能和水流与龙头10相同。
因此,可以看出,在此提供的龙头,重力驱动的柔和的水瀑布的水流。自流式龙头适于不同的龙头主体,以及根据支撑表面可水平或者垂直的定向。入口的水压在水到达水槽之前被大大地消耗。
前述详细描述是为了说明之目的。在不偏离本发明精神和范围的情况下,可对本发明进行修改和改进。例如,虽然,已使用具体的混合套筒阀引导水流,但也可使用其它各种类型的套筒(如,非混合单温型)。
进一步,示出的圆顶33是与阀套筒一起使用,该部件可被去掉。类似地,罩盖16也可去掉(如图10实施例所示)。
另外,虽然已说明的优选龙头主体是由陶瓷组成,但这是为了美观之目的。也可使用其它材料(如金属)。本发明仍有其它修改对本领域普通技术人员来说是明显的。因此,本发明不应被限制在具体实施例。
工业应用性
本发明提供用于控制水流的龙头,以便水以柔和、美观的瀑布形式流动。该龙头适用于卫生洁具。

Claims (11)

1.一种龙头,包括:
龙头主体,带有与流体入口和流体出口通道相通的孔;以及
位于该孔内的阀装置,其用于调节从流体入口到流体出口通道的流体流动,该阀装置和龙头主体被构造和安排成可使流出阀装置的流体在流入流体出口通道之前,在阀装置的外围与龙头主体之间流动;
其中,阀装置为放置在壳体里的套筒形式,以便流体能流出该壳体,然后在阀装置壳体与龙头主体之间阀装置的外部升高。
2.如权利要求1的龙头,其中,该龙头壳体具有流体出口,水流节流阀位于流体出口,该流体出口具有横向通道,用于引导流体在流出壳体前对着壳体的内壁。
3.如权利要求1的龙头,其中,该龙头主体包括在孔中的基座,并且阀装置位于基座上。
4.如权利要求3的龙头,其中,该阀装置和基座之间设置有密封件。

8.如权利要求7的龙头,其中,该喷口从壳体沿相对阀装置的纵轴大致为直角的角度延伸。
9.一种龙头,包括:
龙头主体,带有入口,与入口相邻并与之相通的杯状部分,以及与杯状部分流体相通并从杯状部分延伸的喷口;以及
位于杯状部分中的阀装置,用于调节从流体入口到杯状部分的流体流动;
阀装置和龙头主体被构造和安排成可使已流出阀装置的流体在流出喷口之前,能沿离开阀装置入口的方向通过阀装置的外部并绕过阀装置。
10.如权利要求9的龙头,其中,该龙头主体适于与垂直的壁相连接。
