本发明提供了一种用于人体外阴和阴道的消毒洗液。按重量百分比包括三氯新0.1~0.3%、丙二醇2~10%、丙三醇2~15%、乙醇1~15%、黄莲素0.01~0.1%、苦参碱0.01~0.1%、蛇床子素0.01~0.1%、蒸馏水余量。本消毒洗液能迅速杀灭金黄色萄葡球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等致病菌,杀毒效果佳。

本发明涉及的是一种消毒洗液,特别涉及的是一种用于人体外阴和阴道的消毒洗液。
背景技术:
人们常用洁尔阴对外阴和阴道进行消毒。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了提供一种能迅速杀灭金黄色萄葡球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等致病菌,消毒效果佳的用于人体外阴和阴道的消毒洗液。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明用于人体外阴和阴道的消毒洗液,按重量百分比包括如下组分:
     三氯新                          0.1~0.3%
     丙二醇                          2~10%
     丙三醇                          2~15%
     乙  醇                          1~15%
     黄莲素                          0.01~0.1%
     苦参碱                          0.01~0.1%
     蛇床子素                        0.01~0.1%
     蒸馏水                          余量。
本发明消毒洗液是以三氯新为主要杀菌成分,辅以辅助杀菌的黄莲素、止痒的苦参碱、杀菌消炎止痒的蛇床子素、润肤的丙三醇、作溶剂的丙二醇、乙醇和稀释剂蒸馏水配制而成。经四川省卫生防疫站试验,本洗液能迅速灭金黄色萄葡球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等致病菌(见表1~表3),消毒效果佳,无毒性,无刺激(表4~表5)。表1:对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果药物浓度                作用不同时间(min)的平均杀灭率及范围(%)(%)            5              10                15             20

阳性对照组平均菌数为1.930×106(1.700×106~2.150×106)cfu/片。
阴性对照组无菌生长。
结论:
1、在载体法试验条件下用1%卵磷脂+1%吐温-80+1%甘氨酸+0.5%Na2S2O3的PBS溶液作为中和剂,可有效中和残留该消毒剂40%浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭作用,且该中和剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的生长繁殖和培养基无影响。
2、在20±2℃温度下采用载体法,该消毒剂40%浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,杀灭率为99.95%(99.93%~99.96%),10%浓度作用15min,杀灭率为99.94%(99.93%~99.96%)。

阴性对照组无菌生长。
结论:
在20±2℃温度下采用载体法,该消毒剂10%浓度对大肠杆菌作用5min,杀灭率为99.96%(99.94%~99.97%),5%浓度作用10min,杀灭率为99.94%(99.92%~99.97%)。表3:对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果药物浓度               作用不同时间(min)的平均杀灭率及范围(%)(%)           5               10               15            20

结论:

结论:

所有家兔皮肤均未出现红斑、水肿等炎性反应,急性皮肤刺激指数为0。
结论:千玉洁牌消毒洗液对家兔皮肤无刺激性。
本发明消毒原液作用手上自然菌3min,消除率为91.25%(90.40%~100.00%),手上残留菌数达国家标准人数为26人,残留菌数范围:0~500cfu/手。

表6:上述各实施例的生产工艺如下:①,配料;②,将三氯新放入乙醇、丙二醇、丙三醇,充分搅拌混匀;③,将黄莲素、苦参碱、蛇床子素放入,充分搅拌混均;④,加蒸馏水混合均匀;⑤,净置、过滤、灌装、包装、成品入库。

1、用于人体外阴和阴道的消毒洗液,其特征在于按重量百分比包括如下组分:
    三氯新                              0.1~0.3%
    丙二醇                              2~10%
    丙三醇                              2~15%
    乙  醇                              1~15%
    黄莲素                              0.01~0.1%
    苦参碱                              0.01~0.1%
    蛇床子素                            0.01~0.1%
    蒸馏水                              余量。
