Abstract

本发明提供了一种手部皮肤护理消毒液。按重量百分比包括醋酸氯己定0.1~0.15%、丙三醇2~5%、乙醇3~10%、壬基酚基醚0.3~1%、维生素E 0.01~0.1%、黄酮类化合物0.01~0.05%、蒸馏水余量。本发明消毒液杀菌、润肤,保护手部皮肤效果佳。

手部皮肤护理消毒液
技术领域:
本发明涉及的是消毒药物,特别涉及的是一种特别适宜于点钞员的手部皮肤护理消毒液。
背景技术:
银行点钞员或从事会计工作的人员通常采用肥皂将手部已存的细菌洗掉,无保护护肤作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种杀菌、润肤、保护手部皮肤效果佳的手部皮肤护理消毒液。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明手部皮肤护理消毒液按重量百分比包括如下组分:
     醋酸氯己定                      O.1~0.15%
     丙三醇                          2~5%
     乙  醇                          3~10%
     壬基酚基醚                      0.3~1%
     维生素E                         0.01~0.1%
     黄酮类化合物                    0.01~0.05%
     蒸馏水                          余量。
上述的黄酮类化合物为甘草黄酮。
上述的组分中醋酸氯己定起杀菌作用,丙三醇润肤且起溶剂作用,乙醇为溶剂,壬基酚基醚为表面活性剂,黄酮类化合物抗氧化,蒸馏水起稀释作用。
本发明消毒液经四川省卫生防疫站检测对白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色萄葡球菌的杀灭效果佳(见表1、表2、表3),无毒(见表4),对皮肤无刺激性(见表5)。

阳性对照组平均菌数为1.02×106(8.9×105~1.2×106)cfu/片。
阴性对照组无菌生长。
1、在载体法试验条件下用1%卵磷脂+1%甘氨酸+0.5%N2S2O3+1%吐温-80的PBS溶液作为中和剂,可有效中和残留该消毒剂100%浓度对白色念珠菌的杀灭作用,且该中和剂对白色念珠菌的生长繁殖和培养基无影响。
2、在20±2℃温度下采用载体法,该消毒剂100%浓度对白色念珠菌作用3min,杀灭率为99.99%(99.99%~100.00%),50%浓度作用5min,杀灭率为99.97%(99.97%~99.97%).

阳性对照组平均菌数为9.7×105(8.8×105~1.1×106)cfu/片。
阴性对照组无菌生长。
结论:
1、在载体法试验条件下用1%卵磷脂+1%甘氨酸+0.5%N2S2O3+1%吐温-80的PBS溶液作为中和剂,可有效中和残留该消毒剂40%浓度对大肠杆菌的杀灭作用,且该中和剂对大肠杆菌的生长繁殖和培养基无影响。
2、在20±2℃温度下采用载体法,该消毒剂40%浓度对大肠杆菌作用1min,杀灭率为99.91%(99.91%~99.91%);10%浓度作用7min,杀灭率为99.91%(99.90%~99.91%)。

阳性对照组平均菌数为8.6×105(8.1×105~9.2×105)cfu/片。
阴性对照组无菌生长。
结论:
在20±2℃温度下采用载体法,该消毒剂40%浓度对金黄色萄葡球菌作用5min,杀灭率为99.99%(99.99%~99.99%);10%浓度作用10min,杀灭率为99.95%(99.94%~99.95%)。

结论:

具体实施方式:本发明实施例见表6。表6:
配制上述各实施例药液的工艺如下:
①,取乙醇加入醋酸氯己定中,充分搅拌溶解;
②,加入丙三醇、壬基酚基醚、维生素E、黄酮类化合物,充分搅拌均匀;
②,加蒸馏水混合均匀;
④,净置、过滤、灌装、包装、成品入库。

1、手部皮肤护理消毒液,其特征在于按重量百分比包括如下组分:
   醋酸氯己定                      0.1~0.15%
   丙三醇                          2~5%
   乙  醇                          3~10%
   壬基酚基醚                      0.3~1%
   维生素E                         0.01~0.1%
   黄酮类化合物                    0.01~0.05%
   蒸馏水                          余量。
2,根据权利要求1所述的手部皮肤护理消毒液,其特征在于黄酮类化合物为甘草黄酮。
