技术背景
本发明涉及权利要求1所述类的一种带有一个燃油滤清器的内燃机的燃油供给装置。
技术领域
EP 0 612 919 A1公开了这样的装置。该装置具有一个锁紧油箱的孔的锁紧部件,该锁紧部件具有一个罐形的容器,在该容器中装入一个燃油滤清器。该容器可从油箱的外侧用一个可拆卸地固定在该锁紧部件上的盖件锁紧。在该盖件和锁紧部件之间嵌入一个弹性密封圈,通过该密封圈密封该容器。通过压力作用下的供油装置输送到内燃机的燃油流过该燃油滤清器。其中,即使在供油装置不工作时,一般也应保持供油系统内的压力,而且燃油滤清器的容器内也应保持这个压力。在从该锁紧元件上松开该盖进行燃油滤清器的更换时,在压力作用下的燃油就可能喷出,从而危及进行更换滤清器的人员并引起燃烧危险。
发明内容
具有权利要求1特征部分的本发明燃油供给装置的优点是,在松开该锁紧部件的盖件时,通过该密封圈打开该容器的至少一个与油箱内部连通的孔,从而在油箱中产生压力下降,所以没有压力作用下的燃油从该容器向外喷出。因此对更换滤清器的人员不构成危险,也不存在燃烧危险。

具体实施例方式
图1至4表示车用内燃机10的一个燃油供给装置。内燃机10具有一个喷油装置,通过它把燃油喷入内燃机的气缸。汽车具有一个油箱12,在该油箱中设置了一个围挡容器14。在围挡容器14中设置了一个供油装置16,该供油装置包括一个形式为一台电动机和一个泵的传动部分。通过供油装置16在运行时从围挡容器14吸走燃油并在压力作用下输送到内燃机10。从油箱12用一台喷射泵17把燃油供入围挡容器14中。
油箱12具有一个孔18,围挡容器14通过该孔可放入该油箱中。孔18用一个在图中未详细示出的、固定在油箱12上的法兰状的锁紧部件20密封锁紧。在锁紧部件20上构成了一个用于燃油滤清器24的指向油箱12内部的罐形容器22。容器22朝油箱12的外侧方向开口。燃油滤清器24从油箱12的外侧插入容器22。燃油滤清器24在其下端区和上端区分别具有一个可弹性变形的法兰26。当燃油滤清器24插入容器22中时,其法兰26在预应力作用下沿径向方向紧贴在容器22的圆周壁上和底23上并使该处密封。

为了向外密封容器22,在盖件36和锁紧部件20之间嵌入了一个密封圈46。这样,盖件36通过密封圈46紧贴在锁紧部件20上,并在密封圈46内在盖件36和锁紧部件20之间保留一个轴向缝隙47。密封圈46例如可具有一个横截面大致呈圆形的基本形状并用耐油的橡胶或弹性体制成。盖件36在其面向锁紧部件20的一侧具有一个环绕的环形槽48,密封圈46布置在该槽中。锁紧部件20在其面向盖件36的一侧具有一个环绕的环岸50,该环岸对置在盖件36的环形槽48的外侧。锁紧部件20同样设置一个环形槽来代替该环岸50,该环形槽位于盖36的环形槽48对面。锁紧部件20具有至少一个孔52,容器22通过该孔与油箱12的内部连通。该至少一个孔52设置在密封圈46以内并直接靠近该密封圈。

当内燃机10和供油装置16不工作时,也必须保持在供油装置16和内燃机10之间的供油系统内的压力。这样就可实现内燃机10的快速启动。所以在容器22内总是保持一个比大气压力高的过压。燃油滤清器24可能会被流经它的燃油的微粒污染,这种微粒通过燃油滤清器24滤除,因而不可能到达内燃机10,所以,在必要时必须更换燃油滤清器24。更换工作很简单,从锁紧部件20处松开并取下盖件36后,便可从容器22中取出燃油滤清器24并放入一个新的燃油滤清器。
在从锁紧部件20处松开盖件36时,该盖件从锁紧部件20处移开,所以密封圈46恢复到其大致呈圆形的基本形状,这种基本形状的密封圈如图4所示。密封圈46在其基本形状内不能覆盖锁紧部件20的该至少一个孔52,所以该孔畅通和容器22通过缝隙47和该至少一个孔52与油箱12的内部连通。因此,在松开盖件36时,容器22通过该至少一个孔52卸掉油箱12内部的压力,所以在随后取下盖件36时,就不会有压力作用下的燃油从容器22中喷出。
