Abstract
一种汽车燃油箱,包括有箱体,箱体的上部连通有出气管,出气管的侧部与回油管连通,回油管的另一端与箱体连通,出气管的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯,滤芯的周边与出气管的内壁密封。滤芯是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成,滤芯内部为蜂巢状,滤芯具有孔径均匀、统一的孔隙通道;滤芯具有疏油性表面,滤芯的孔隙允许气压释放,而燃油分子不能通过滤芯而外泄,进而释放了箱体内的压力。本发明能释放燃油箱的气压,而燃油分子不能外泄,保证了燃油箱的安全。

本发明涉及汽车领域,特别涉及一种汽车燃油箱。
背景技术
汽车燃油箱,在炎热的季节,其内部的燃油由于蒸发,致使燃油箱内压力增大,产生安全隐患,如燃油外泄等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述的问题,提供一种汽车燃油箱。
一种汽车燃油箱,包括有箱体,箱体的上部连通有出气管,出气管的侧部与回油管连通,回油管的另一端与箱体连通,出气管的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯,滤芯的周边与出气管的内壁密封。
滤芯是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成,滤芯内部为蜂巢状,滤芯具有孔径均匀、统一的孔隙通道;滤芯具有疏油性表面,滤芯的孔隙允许气压释放,而燃油分子不能通过滤芯而外泄,进而释放了箱体内的压力。
本发明的有益效果:能释放燃油箱的气压,而燃油分子不能外泄,保证了燃油箱的安全,提高了使用寿命,符合严苛的空气排放的环保标准。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种汽车燃油箱,包括有箱体1,箱体1的上部连通有出气管2,出气管2的侧部与回油管3连通,回油管3的另一端与箱体1连通,出气管2的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯4,滤芯4的周边与出气管2的内壁密封。
滤芯4是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成,滤芯4内部为蜂巢状,滤芯4具有孔径均匀、统一的孔隙通道;滤芯4具有疏油性表面,滤芯4的孔隙允许气压释放,而燃油分子不能通过滤芯4,进而释放了箱体1内的压力。
燃油箱具有加油口,属于现有技术,所以,图中未示。

1.一种汽车燃油箱,包括有箱体(1),其特征在于:箱体(1)的上部连通有出气管(2),出气管(2)的侧部与回油管(3)连通,回油管(3)的另一端与箱体(1)连通,出气管(2)的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯(4),滤芯(4)的周边与出气管(2)的内壁密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车燃油箱,其特征在于:所述的滤芯(4)是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成,滤芯(4)具有疏油性表面。
