Abstract

一种汽车燃油箱，包括有箱体，箱体的上部连通有出气管，出气管的侧部与回油管连通，回油管的另一端与箱体连通，出气管的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯，滤芯的周边与出气管的内壁密封。滤芯是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成，滤芯内部为蜂巢状，滤芯具有孔径均匀、统一的孔隙通道；滤芯具有疏油性表面，滤芯的孔隙允许气压释放，而燃油分子不能通过滤芯而外泄，进而释放了箱体内的压力。本发明能释放燃油箱的气压，而燃油分子不能外泄，保证了燃油箱的安全。

本发明涉及汽车领域，特别涉及一种汽车燃油箱。
背景技术
汽车燃油箱，在炎热的季节，其内部的燃油由于蒸发，致使燃油箱内压力增大，产生安全隐患，如燃油外泄等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述的问题，提供一种汽车燃油箱。
一种汽车燃油箱，包括有箱体，箱体的上部连通有出气管，出气管的侧部与回油管连通，回油管的另一端与箱体连通，出气管的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯，滤芯的周边与出气管的内壁密封。
滤芯是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成，滤芯内部为蜂巢状，滤芯具有孔径均匀、统一的孔隙通道；滤芯具有疏油性表面，滤芯的孔隙允许气压释放，而燃油分子不能通过滤芯而外泄，进而释放了箱体内的压力。
本发明的有益效果：能释放燃油箱的气压，而燃油分子不能外泄，保证了燃油箱的安全,提高了使用寿命，符合严苛的空气排放的环保标准。

如图1所示，一种汽车燃油箱，包括有箱体1，箱体1的上部连通有出气管2，出气管2的侧部与回油管3连通，回油管3的另一端与箱体1连通，出气管2的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯4，滤芯4的周边与出气管2的内壁密封。
滤芯4是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成，滤芯4内部为蜂巢状，滤芯4具有孔径均匀、统一的孔隙通道；滤芯4具有疏油性表面，滤芯4的孔隙允许气压释放，而燃油分子不能通过滤芯4，进而释放了箱体1内的压力。
燃油箱具有加油口，属于现有技术，所以，图中未示。

1.一种汽车燃油箱，包括有箱体(1)，其特征在于：箱体(1)的上部连通有出气管(2)，出气管(2)的侧部与回油管(3)连通，回油管(3)的另一端与箱体(1)连通，出气管(2)的上端呈敞开状态并设置滤芯(4)，滤芯(4)的周边与出气管(2)的内壁密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车燃油箱，其特征在于：所述的滤芯(4)是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯或四氟乙烯烧结而成，滤芯(4)具有疏油性表面。
