Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用在自行车上的中间连接装置,这种自行车装备了带电致动器的前变速器和后变速器,并包括一个用于容纳电子控制装置的箱体,该电子控制装置连接上述两个电致动器,所述箱体设计安装在自行车车架上。
背景技术
这种上述类型的装置在本申请人提交的作为在先意大利专利申请TO2000A000430中已经提出,该申请申请日为2000年5月9日,在本申请的优先权日时还处于保密状态。在所述装置中,容纳电子控制装置的该箱体安装在自行车车架的下梁,其位置相应于固定瓶体外壳的区域。与容纳电子控制装置用箱体相关的是电池固定器。在另一项也是本申请人提交的意大利专利申请TO2000A000869中,该申请的申请日为2000年9月15日,在本申请的优先权日时也还处于保密状态,该申请重对已知的装置提出了改进,它提出了一种在电池固定器与容纳电子控制装置用箱体之间的牢固连接,它可使作为电源供给的电池与电子控制装置之间实现牢固(fast)的电连接。
在上述提出的解决方案中,电子控制装置设计连接前变速器的致动器和后变速器的致动器,以马达驱动控制所述变速器。要指出的是,使用电致动器控制前变速器和后变速器实现电子控制马达驱动换档的解决方案已经由本申请人提出一段时间了,并记载和描述于美国专利US5470277及其其它国家授权的同族专利中。
在本申请人以前提出的解决方案中,电子控制装置的箱体安装在自行车车架的下梁处,相应于固定瓶体外壳区域的位置,从电子控制装置的箱体引出两条电缆,该电缆连接前变速器的致动器和后变速器的致动器。在本申请提供的实施例中,用于连接电子控制装置的两条电缆的连接是通过将电缆的端部插入到制成该箱体外壳的塑料材料中实现的的,因而可以得到密闭的连接。这给安装控制装置线路的操作增加了相应难度,并且由于在自行车车架的下梁外侧布置两个连接电缆而增加了美学方面的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用在自行车上的中间连接装置,其特点是包括一个设计安装在该自行车上的外壳,它有至少一个输入端和至少两个输出端。
由于上述中间连接装置的安装,从电子控制装置的箱体引出一条指向用于控制自行车变速器的电致动器的电缆,同时从该中间连接装置引出两条电缆,一条指向前变速器,另一条指向后变速器,可以将其设置在车架不太容易看到的区域上。在本发明的一个最佳实施例中,该中间连接装置的外壳设计安装于自行车底部托架(bottom-bracket)壳或曲轴箱的下面。在该位置,将为带软电缆换档机构的自行车提供一种引导该两条控制电缆的辅助支撑,控制电缆例如为前后变速器的控制电缆。在本发明的一个实施例中,在所述支撑处安装上述中间连接装置的外壳,所述装置由一条连接电缆连接电子控制装置,并有至少两个用于连接两个电致动器的输出端。当然,该中间连接装置还可以提供其它输出端,例如用于连接附加元件的输出端,附加元件例如为传感器或类似元件,同样,除了连接控制装置的输入端以外,还可以有其它输入端。
由于上述特性,安装电子控制装置线路更为简单,并且从美学观点来说,该装置也使其有所改善,因为显然只有一条电缆设置在自行车车架的下梁外侧。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,参考附图标记1,该标记表示一个整体上的自行车车架,该自行车车架包括一个前梁2和一个座位梁3,这两个梁由上梁4和下梁5连接在一体。该车架包括一个底部托架(bottom-bracket)壳6(或曲轴箱),下梁5和座位梁3会聚在该处。
与本申请的在先意大利专利申请TO2000A000430相符,该组件包括一个容纳电子控制单元的箱体7,该电子控制单元控制着两个用于操作该自行车的前变速器和后变速器的电致动器(未画出),其类型为构成美国专利US5470277主题的马达驱动齿轮变速系统。根据上述提到的美国专利也能推知的结论并且在作为在后专利的本申请中得到进一步的发展,该电子控制单元还连接随车携带的电脑,该电脑一般安装在自行车把手上,用操作按钮来致动前变速器和后变速器,所述操作按钮最好集成在刹车杆的支撑上,该支撑同样安装在该自行车的把手上。
再次根据在先意大利专利申请TO2000A000430的教导,该电子控制单元的箱体7是用于支撑瓶体外壳(bottle cage)9的组件8的一部分,它通过螺丝钉10固定在下梁5上,螺丝钉10接合在下梁5上开的通常用于固定瓶体外壳(bottlecage)的孔。
从该电子控制单元的箱体7引出一根用于连接该自行车电脑的单根电缆11,该自行车电脑提供了自己的电缆12,它通过连接器13连接电缆11,并连接用于连接该自行车变速器的两个电致动器的单根电缆14。电缆11和14都具有一个由制作箱体7的塑料材料制成的端部插入体,以保证该连接是完全密封的。
如上所述,电子控制单元与电致动器的连接是通过沿下梁5延伸的单根电缆14实现的。根据本发明,只要在电子控制单元与两个致动器之间设置一个中间连接装置15即可实现,该中间连接装置具有一个用于连接电缆14的单输入端16和两个输出端17和18,这两个输出端设计用于连接电缆20和21的连接器19,电缆20和21用于分别向前变速器和后变速器的电致动器提供电力供应。
该中间连接装置15(见图3)具有一个塑料材料制造的外壳99,以便保证其内含物的密封。该外壳99具有呈曲线形状的部分98和一个通孔23,因而它可以很容易地连接圆筒状的固定元件。该中间连接装置15通过螺丝钉22安装在曲轴箱6的下部,该螺丝钉22啮合该外壳99的孔23和在曲轴箱6的壁上制出的螺纹孔,但是,由于其外壳99的形状,很显然该中间连接装置15可固定在该自行车的任何部分。
图2表示一个变型,在该变型中该中间连接装置15具有一个辅助输出端24,该输出端24通过电缆26连接辅助连接器25,以连接辅助元件,例如用于提供自行车循环参数(例如蹬踏规律)的传感器装置。
该中间连接装置15可以有任意数量的其它输入端和其它输出端,以作为“配电盘”,具有任意数量的输入端以及可以连接传感器、致动器、控制单元和其它装置的任意数量的输出端。
还应该指出,该中间连接装置15的输入端(16)和输出端(17,18,24)可以是永久(或固定)型的,也可以是可拆卸的,所以电缆14、20、21和26可以容易地连接在该中间连接装置15上,也可以容易地从其上脱开。也可以一些输入端和/或输出端是永久型的,而另一些是可拆卸的。
所述中间连接装置15的优点是明显的。尤其是其外壳的形状可以允许该装置固定在自行车的任意部分,并且可以允许在自行车车架上有最短的电缆,因为所需数量的电缆可只在需要的位置(传感器和/或致动器附近)分叉。不仅如此,该可拆卸的连接可使传感器和致动器很容易地从该装置上脱开并更换或维修,而不需要卸装整个中间连接装置。
构成本发明主题的也是一种电子控制组件和结合了上述中间连接装置的自行车。
当然,只要不偏离本发明的主旨,单纯参考非限定性实施例的上述以及图示内容,即使对详细结构以及实施例作很大范围的修改,也不偏离本发明的范围。
Claims (15)
1.一种用在自行车上上的中间连接装置(15),其特征在于:包括一个设计用于安装在该自行车上的外壳(99),至少一个输入端(16)和至少两个输出端(17,18,24)。
2.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:包括一或多个附加的输入端和/或输出端。
3.如权利要求2所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:具有一个输入端(16)和三个输出端(17,18,24)。
4.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:所述输入端(16)和所述输出端(17,18,24)全都是永久型的。
5.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:所述输入端(16)和所述输出端(17,18,24)全都是可拆卸型的。
6.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:一些输入端(16)和/或一些输出端(17,18,24)是永久型的,而其它的是可拆卸型的。
7.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(99)是密封的。
8.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(99)由塑料材料制成。
9.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(99)具有曲线形部分(98)。
10.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(99)具有一个通孔(23)。
11.如权利要求1所述的中间连接装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(99)设计定型为适于安装在该自行车的曲轴箱(6)的下部。
12.一种用在自行车上的电子控制组件,其特征在于:其包括上述任何一个权利要求所述的中间连接装置(15)。
13.如权利要求12所述的组件,其特征在于:两个输出端(17,18)设计用于连接由两个电致动器的电缆分别携带的连接器(19)。
14.如权利要求12所述的组件,其特征在于:该输入端(16)通过一个电缆(14)连接一个控制装置。
15.一种自行车,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-11之一或多个所述的中间连接装置。
