Abstract
本发明涉及一种形成针状蜡烛表面结构的方法。该方法包含步骤:将以已知方法制造的蜡烛体置于一旋转速度优选为至少每分钟500rpm的旋转运动中,以及将加热到至少40℃的熔融石蜡流堆积于旋转的蜡烛体表面上。熔融石蜡可包含添加染料和/或辅助剂如反射粉末,且其是利用喷雾器喷洒的。
Description
本发明涉及一种形成针状蜡烛表面结构的方法。
截至目前为止,用于制造蜡烛体的方法为熔融石蜡铸造法或粉末状石蜡加压模塑法,这些方法可以使蜡烛体得到光滑或特定形状的表面。
然而,蜡烛体的表面形状限定于一种形状的构造,其必须能提供简易且快速的排空(emptying)。因此已知的形成蜡烛体的方法并不可能得到有效且已形成的针状结构的表面。
由波兰专利第176742号的说明书,已知一种以不同形状及颜色的贴花来装饰蜡烛表面的方法。此方法包含以不同厚度的装饰图形覆盖于装饰蜡烛的表面,且装饰图形的温度较蜡烛表面的温度为高,其温度低于50℃。
已知方法无法提供可以得到具有多个竖立针状形状的表面。
在形成针状蜡烛表面结构的方法中,是将用已知方法制造的蜡烛体,置于一旋转速率优选不低于每分钟500转的旋转运动中,且将温度至少40℃的熔融石蜡流堆积于旋转的蜡烛体上。此过程优选通过使用装有熔融石蜡的喷雾器来进行。
在旋转的时候,由于蜡烛体表面的熔融石蜡的离心力,当石蜡冷却且凝固前,会拉出无数个垂直于旋转轴心的针状物。同时,熔融石蜡也部分熔化蜡烛体的表面,其可改善装饰层的粘着。
喷雾用的熔融石蜡可包含添加染料或辅助剂,如反射金属粉末。
针状蜡烛表面的制造是将未处理的蜡烛体安装于旋转中心上并置于旋转运动中进行的。前述熔融石蜡提供至喷雾器中并喷洒至旋转的蜡烛体表面。喷雾器于操作中进行垂直往复运动以获得相等的装饰层厚度。
实施例
将一个硬石蜡制成的球形蜡烛体安装于一个尖的细长的轴心上,接着置于速率为每分钟630转的旋转运动中。将75℃的包含绿色染料以及以锤炼的铝粉末形式存在的抛光剂的熔融石蜡,供应至一个流体动力学喷雾器中且喷嘴对准旋转的蜡烛体表面。同时,喷雾器开始以垂直平面且平行于蜡烛体的旋转轴进行往复运动,以给予喷洒装饰层相等的分布。进行喷洒数分钟,表面装饰层冷却且硬化后,使蜡烛体停止旋转并由轴心上轻轻取下,结果可获得具有针状表面构造的蜡烛,且具有优异的装饰品质。
Claims (3)
1.一种形成针状蜡烛表面结构的方法,包含将具有较被覆盖表面温度高的层堆积至蜡烛表面,其特征在于,其包含步骤:将以已知方法制造的蜡烛体置于旋转速度优选为至少每分钟500rpm的旋转运动中,以及将加热到至少40℃的熔融石蜡流堆积于旋转的蜡烛体表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的形成针状蜡烛表面结构方法,其特征在于,熔融石蜡是利用喷雾器喷洒的。
3.如权利要求1所述的形成针状蜡烛表面结构方法,其特征在于,熔融石蜡包含添加染料和/或辅助剂如反射粉末。
