Abstract

本发明是一种嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,它是指一种于平板式开放空间架悬挂的扬声器所作的改良,于扬声器外壳体边侧设有可调节式的固定夹片,使扬声器定位于天花板,且于喇叭座上设有多个凸勾,并于凸勾上勾挂弹簧夹,以弹簧夹将喇叭座勾持于外壳体的弹簧座上,构成一组装方便、结合稳固的嵌挂式扬声器结构。

Description

嵌挂式扬声器改良结构
本发明涉及一种嵌挂式扬声器结构的改良,特别是一种在扬声器外壳上具设有调节的固定夹片及可勾挂喇叭座的弹簧座,并于喇叭座上设置凸勾及弹簧夹,达成装卸便利、结合稳固的嵌挂式扬声器结构。
图1为常见的嵌挂式扬声器的立体组合图,主要是于天花板上设置一固定座200,并将外壳体100通过预先于天花板400上设好的通孔,且以螺丝2001贯穿外壳体100顶部预设的贯穿孔以锁固外壳体100于固定坐200上,藉由固定座200的设置,而使外壳体100卡抵于天花板400上,再于外壳体100内侧装设喇叭座300,形成嵌挂式扬声器结构。
但此种结构,其于使用时仍不免有下列缺点极待改进:
常见的嵌挂式扬声器,因固定座200是一狭窄的金属板弯折而成,放置不稳固,且于组装时,螺丝孔对合不易,常将固定座200碰倒或移动而造成组装的不便。
有鉴于常见的嵌挂式扬声器结构有上述之缺点,本发明人针对该些缺点研究改进,终于有本发明的产生。
本发明的目的在于提供一种嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,该结构使扬声器装卸方便、稳固。
一种嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,包括:一外壳体、多片固定夹片及一喇叭座等;其中,外壳体呈一整体的包覆状,其边侧的适当位置设有多个长条形的槽孔,于其内侧下方设有多个弹簧座;固定夹片上的近中央适当位置设有螺孔;喇叭座上的适当位置设有多个凸勾,勾上有略呈V字形两端凸出的弹簧夹,并组设有喇叭本体及接线座;当组装时,分别以蝶形螺丝穿过外壳体的槽孔并螺合于固定夹片的螺孔中,使固定夹片组合于喇叭壳两侧,并可上、下滑移,将两侧设有固定夹片的外壳体穿过天花板预留的通孔,并调整固定夹片的位置使固定夹片与天花板紧密夹合,将喇叭座上凸勾所设的弹簧夹勾挂于喇叭壳相对应的弹簧座上,使喇叭悬吊于外壳体下,再将喇叭座向上顶抵于外壳体内,藉弹簧夹的张力使喇叭座卡合于天花板,即可完成组装的结构。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作详细描述:
图1,为常见的嵌挂式扬声器立体组合图,其构造及使用上的缺点,已如前所述,于此不再重复叙述。
图2为本发明一较佳具体实施例的立体组合图,同时参见图3的立体分解图,从图中可清楚地看出,本发明至少包括:一外壳体1、多片固定夹片2及一喇叭座3等;其中,外壳体1呈一整体包覆状,于顶端设有一螺丝12,其边侧的适当位置设有多个长条形的凹槽16及长条形的凹槽17,于其内侧下方设有多个弹簧座15;固定夹片2上的适当位置设有多个凹槽21,其背面相对位置形成多个凸纹,并于一底端设有锯齿状凸纹22,且近中央适当位置设有一螺孔23;喇叭座3上的适当位置设有多个凸勾31,凸勾31上勾设略呈V字形两端凸出的弹簧夹32,并组设有喇叭本体33,且以电线连设一接线座34。
当组合时,分别以蝶形螺丝13穿过外壳体1上的槽孔17,螺合于固定夹片2的螺孔23上,且使固定夹2的凸纹嵌入外壳体1的凹槽16中,使放松蝶形螺丝13时,固定夹片2可以外壳体1的凹槽16为轨道上、下滑动,蝶形螺丝13锁固时,可使固定夹片2稳固定位,再将接线座34以蝶形螺帽14锁固于外壳体1上的螺丝12处,并将弹簧夹32勾合于外壳体1上弹簧座15上,使喇叭座3与外壳体1结合,构成一整体的结构。
图4、5、6为本发明组装动作示意图,由图中可明确得知本发明组装方式。首先将前述的喇叭座3与外壳体1分开,将两侧设有固定夹片2的外壳体1穿过天花板4预留的通孔,放松蝶形螺丝13移动固定夹片2,使固定夹片2的锯齿状凸纹22与天花板4紧密夹合(同时参见图4所示)并锁固蝶形螺丝13加以固定,且将喇叭座3的凸勾31上所设的弹簧夹32勾挂于外壳体1相对应的弹簧座15上,藉弹簧夹32两端凸伸的凸勾,勾挂于弹簧座15的凹槽中,使喇叭3悬吊于外壳体1下(同时参见图5所示),于接线座34上连接线路以一蝶形螺帽14锁固接线座34于外壳体1顶端的螺丝12上,再将喇叭座3向上顶抵于外壳全1内,藉弹簧夹32的张力使喇叭座3卡合于天花板4下方(同时参见图6所示),即完成组装的动作。
图7为本发明另一较佳具体实施例的立体组合图,由图中可看出,本发明的外壳体1,可设置为略呈ㄇ字形的框架的形式。
由以上所述可知,本发明嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,的确具有组装方便、定位迅速而稳固,改善常见的嵌挂式扬声器组装不易、不便的问题,且其并未见诸公开使用,合于专利法的规定。

Claims (5)

1.一种嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,包括:一外壳体(1)、多片固定夹片(2)及一喇叭座(3)等;其中,外壳体(1)呈一整体的包覆状,其边侧的适当位置设有多个长条形的槽孔(17),于其内侧下方设有多个弹簧座(15);固定夹片(2)上的近中央适当位置设有螺孔(23);喇叭座(3)上的适当位置设有多个凸勾(31),勾上有略呈V字形两端凸出的弹簧夹(32),并组设有喇叭本体(33)及接线座(34);当组装时,分别以蝶形螺丝(13)穿过外壳体(1)的槽孔(17)并螺合于固定夹片(2)的螺孔(23)中,使固定夹片(2)组合于喇叭壳两侧,并可上、下滑移,将两侧设有固定夹片(2)的外壳体(1)穿过天花板(4)预留的通孔,并调整固定夹片(2)的位置使固定夹片与天花板紧密夹合,将喇叭座(3)上凸勾所设的弹簧夹(32)勾挂于喇叭壳相对应的弹簧座(15)上,使喇叭悬吊于外壳体(1)下,再将喇叭座(3)向上顶抵于外壳体(1)内,藉弹簧夹的张力使喇叭座(3)卡合于天花板,即可完成组装的结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,其中前述的外壳体(1)可为一略呈ㄇ字形的框架。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,其中外壳体(1)的适当位置设有多个的凹槽(16),且固定夹片(2)于相对应位置设置凹槽(21)使其背面形成凸纹,组合时使前述凸纹嵌入外壳体的对应凹槽(16)中,形成固定夹片(2)上、下滑动的轨道。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,其中固定夹片(2)的底端设有锯齿状凸纹(22)。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的嵌挂式扬声器改良结构,其中前述外壳体(1)顶部设有一螺丝(12),可将接线座(34)以蝶形螺帽(14)锁固于该螺丝处。
