Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于建造一个安装在坡度屋顶内或建筑物正面内的板嵌条或主板表面的板装置,其包括多个固定板和多个可打开的板,每个板包括一个包含在它们之间形成一个镶板件的边界的多个框架件的框架结构,每个框架件包括一个成形件和至少一个中心件。
这种板装置可以在许多不同的结构以及在它们的建造中了解到,因而在生产和安装两个方面都尽可能的廉价,灵活和高效是特别重要的。
德国实用新型专利G 77 18 436.2和欧洲专利553 688中公开了用来在例如窗户、板或门的框架结构中形成其一部分的成形件。
在这种结构中,作用在框架上的载荷在不同的框架件上是各不相同的。特别是在配置在坡度屋顶内的带有窗户的板嵌条或照明带内,通常沿着屋顶坡度的方向延伸的框架件。即矩形框架结构的侧件需要具有比例如下件更大的强度和刚度,特别是在跨度较大的情况下。由于通常希望框架件在截面尺寸等方面具有相同的形式,框架件的尺寸应确定成侧件所需的尺寸,例如将下件制成比实际需要的更大的刚度。这样将造成不必要的大量材料消耗。
因此,本发明的目的是改进通过引言中所述的板装置,以便减少生产和安装的价格。
根据本发明,该目的可以通过引言中所述的板装置来达到,该板装置的特征在于,该成形件被设计成相同的标准部件,以及至少该框架结构的某些框架件设置有用来改变惯性矩的装置。

图1示出了本发明的板装置的一部分,该板装置可例如被设计成构成一个板嵌条或者另一个主板表面的一部分,在图示的实施例中,它构成玻璃屋顶的至少一部分。
在图示的该部分中,板装置包括多个固定的板1以及一个或多个可打开的板2。每个板1,2包括一个框架结构,该框架结构大体上为矩形并且具有四个框架件,即,固定板1的一个上件、两个侧件13和一个下件,以及相对应地可打开的板2的一个上件21,两个侧件22和一个下件。可打开的板2在其上件21处以下面将要详细说明的方式与下面的结构相铰接。

框架件13包括一个成形件30,在图示的实施例中,该成形件被设计成通过金属板条的成形辊制而成,该金属板条例如可以包括不锈钢。成形件30设置有一个用来接受一个镶板件的一个边缘部分的导轨31,在图示的实施例中,该镶板件是一个保温的窗格玻璃32,但是,它也可以是板1的任何其他的镶板件。保温的窗格玻璃32以常规的方式与密封垫33,34相密封,密封垫33,34作为玻璃压条分别地靠接在位于窗格玻璃32的上方的成形件30的一部分30a上和位于窗格玻璃32下方的相应的部分30b上。另一个可能(未示出)是用胶接或硅酮树脂连接或一个条形长度来取代一个密封垫33,34,以便将窗格玻璃32保持在成形件30上。

通过为这些孔或穿孔选择适当的尺寸,框架件的惯性矩和刚度将不会受到很大程度的影响,以及为了增加成形件130及由之引起的整个框架件的刚度,如图8和9中的部分剖视图所示,在孔150之间的孔桥151中可以加工有凸饰152或153,图中所示的形状只是其例子而已。
与包括这样的切口或穿孔的成形件的实施例相联系的保温的窗格玻璃132可以以一种在图10中所示的方式固定。在该实施例中,将泡沫材料155在板装置生产期间通过切口150注入,在膨胀时,该泡沫材料通过堵塞而受到导引,以便获得保温窗格玻璃132的分散的固定,使得该泡沫材料在膨胀时不会使成形件发生变形。
如同参照图4和11-12所说明的,框架件13还可以包括一个例如由保温材料所构成的中心件35,235,该保温材料最好是聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PUR),它被注射在该金属板成形件30,230上并在该件上起泡。为了使起泡更容易,在图4中所示的实施例中,中心件35朝向相邻板的侧框架件22的这侧至少部分地被设计成用另一种材料,最好是一种例如ABS塑料这样的保温材料的背层36,并且由此构成了一个附加件。除了可以改进该窗的保温能力以外,中心件和附加件还增加了框架件的刚度。通过适当的选择材料和位置,就可以改变框架件的刚度,使得受到最大弯曲和扭转的载荷的部件,即侧件具有比上件和下件更大的惯性矩。此外,在中心件和附加件中使用模塑材料,如在下面将要详细说明的那样,就可以形成在成形件本身基本上很难形成的结构细节。

应当理解,设计成框架件的一个保温部分的所述中心件也可以以其他任何适当的方式进行设计,例如通过对一段长度的适当材料进行挤压,然后将该材料压入金属成形件30内,并且将它通过例如胶接或成形锁紧固定在成形件30的凸缘部分内。作为一种可供选择的方法,一个成形件可以用来与PUR泡沫塑料件相连接。
此外,成形件30本身在生产期间可以设置有相应的导轨或其他用来接受密封条、盖缝条和滴水挑檐件的接合装置。该成形件还可以以与钢板条的成形辊制不同的其他方式和其他材料进行生产,例如通过铝型材的挤压或碳纤维增强玻璃纤维型材的挤压。
在图示的实施例中,至少在沿着屋顶坡度的方向上延伸的框架件中设置有用来为框架件提供增加刚度的装置。在图2-4中实施例中所示的这些装置被设计成一个加强件47,在图示的实施例中,该加强件是一个设置在框架件13的下部内的不锈钢丝绳。在基本上该框架件的全长上延伸的件47可以为该框架件提供所需要的刚度,因为该框架件的惯性矩可以根据需要通过适当的选择该钢丝绳的材料和直径而变化。该加强件的其他的适当材料为纤维增强材料,例如或许在聚酯基体上的玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维。在图11和12的实施例中,设置有一个加强件247。
从图2和11-12中可以清楚地看出,可打开的板2的侧框架件22可以用在固定板1的上述侧框架件13中所述的相同的方法来建造。相应地,所应用的框架件的成形件的总体设计对于固定板和可打开的板的上件、下件和侧件来说都是相同的,而对于装载成形件的工作材料的材料成分和结构的选择则可以一个框架件与另一个框架件之间各不相同,因而在一个矩形框架结构中的不同侧件可以用一种相互类似的方式进行设计。
从图3还可以看出,在图示实施例中的上框架件21是通过铰链安装件48铰接在下面的结构上的,该铰链安装件通过在凹座50中的固定件49固定在框架件21上,该凹座设计成可放置在其形状设计成如同一个保温件35的第一中心件内。固定件49与总数为四个的件51中的两个中间件相连接,这些件被设计成沿着上件延伸并且向下进入每个侧件内的采取弯曲钢筋形式的角撑板。这样,紧固力就被传递到框架结构的侧件上。显然,角撑板的其它形式也是可想象得出的。该铰链连接也可以被设计成其他任何可以想象得出的形式。
图5示出了框架件的另一个实施例,其中,成形件30′位于保温窗格玻璃32上面的部分30a′被设计成一个单独的狭条。单独的狭条30a′与成形件30′相连接,在该成形件内设置有一个折页30c′,该折页在把保温窗格玻璃32放置到窗格玻璃导轨中时可以与折页30a′通过例如卡锁接合。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例。举例来说,成形件和中心件可以具有不同于图中所示的其他形式,加强件也可以设置在框架件断面的其他位置。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于建造一个安装在坡度屋顶内或建筑物正面内的板嵌条或主板表面的板装置,其包括多个固定板(1)和多个可打开的板(2),每个板包括一个包含在它们之间形成一个镶板件(32)的边界的多个框架件(13,21,22;122;213,222)的框架结构,每个框架件包括一个成形件(30;130;230)和至少一个中心件(35;135;235),其特征在于,该成形件(30)被设计成相同的标准部件,以及至少该框架结构的一些框架件设置有用来改变惯性矩的装置。
