本发明涉及一种香精,尤其涉及一种具有白柠檬柠檬香气的可乐香精。
可乐香精是一种应用于可乐中的香精,将直接影响可乐的香气。目前,广泛使用的可乐香精为一种白柠檬柠檬型的香精,一般以白柠檬油为主要原料,配以其他的辅助物质而组成。如由杭州香料公司生产的牌号为西湖的橙汁香精和由广州百花香料公司生产牌号为百花的橙汁香精。上述香精在使用过程中均发现存在一定的不足,其香气还不够完美。
本发明的目的在于公开一种新的白柠檬柠檬型可乐香精,以克服现有技术的香精香气不够完美的缺陷,满足人们需求。
本发明所说的白柠檬柠檬型可乐香精,以柑桔果香为主要原料,并辅以辛香、凉香、青香和花香所构成。
上述的柑桔果香由以下组分构成:
柠檬油                    15~20%
白柠檬油                  30~65%
甜橙油                    15~30%
上述的辛香由以下组分构成:
肉桂油                    0.3~0.7%
桂皮油                    0.1~0.7%
肉豆蔻油                  0.01~0.1%
姜油                      0.01~0.1%
众香子油          0.05~0.15%
芜荽籽油          0.01~0.1%
上述的凉香由以下组分构成:
天然龙脑          0.01~0.05%
天然樟脑          0.01~0.05%
天然薄荷脑        0.01~0.05%
上述的青香由以下组分构成:
橙叶油            0.05~0.1%
柠檬叶油          0.05~0.1%
玳玳叶油          0.05~0.1%
上述的花香为:

将16克柠檬油、40克白柠檬油、20克甜橙油、0.5克肉桂油、0.4克桂皮油、0.05克肉豆蔻油、0.03克姜油、0.08克众香子油、0.03克芜荽籽油、0.01克天然龙脑、0.01克天然樟脑、0.01克天然薄荷脑、0.05克橙叶油、0.05克柠檬叶油、0.05克玳玳叶油、0.05克橙花油和22.68克色拉油置于搅拌桶中,搅拌混合均匀,即获得本发明的香精。该香精香气温和,留香持久,可作为糖果可乐的增香剂。

柠檬油                     15~20%
白柠檬油                   30~65%
甜橙油                     15~30%
肉桂油                     0.3~0.7%
桂皮油                     0.1~0.7%
肉豆蔻油                   0.01~0.1%
姜油                       0.01~0.1%
众香子油                   0.05~0.15%
芜荽籽油                   0.01~0.1%
天然龙脑                   0.01~0.05%
天然樟脑                   0.01~0.05%
天然薄荷脑                 0.01~0.05%
橙叶油                     0.05~0.1%
柠檬叶油                   0.05~0.1%
玳玳叶油                   0.05~0.1%
橙花油                     0.05~0.1%
色拉油                     余量。
其中:
