Abstract

Description

用于高压气缸的阀
本发明涉及用于高压气缸的气体再注满和排出阀。本发明的阀用来解决再注满气缸的问题,这些气缸用在固定的灭火系统中,即安装在办公室或者建筑物中的灭火系统中,这些灭火系统根据放置在所要监测的区域内的传感器所传递的信号而被自动驱动。
这些灭火系统通常包括一排大型充满氩的气缸,每个气缸具有140升的气缸工作容量,充有200巴(bar)的压力。所要监测的区域越大,那么所使用的气缸的数目越大。
每个气缸安装有高速率排出阀,该阀借助致动器来打开,而该致动器受从上述外部传感器所接受的信号控制。一旦这些灭火气体被排出,那么涉及这些系统的主要问题是再注满这些气缸,其中这个工作在这些气缸输送到其中的再注满中心来实现。
注意到这样的事实:该排气缸是相当易损的固定系统的一部分,该固定系统包括设备、管道系统和仪器,这些不能被输送,因此该系统首先一定得从空的气缸中脱开,然后再连接到再注满的气缸中。无论什么时候拆下和更换这些气缸,出于安全原因,都一定得仔细地控制和测试该系统。
而且,排空和再注满的这些气缸一定得用合适的装置来小心地输送,在输送期间,在该装置内存在这样的危险:损坏了这些气缸中的易损元件如上述高速率排出阀、压力计或者螺纹青铜连接。由于这些气缸的重量和有关的高压,事实上这些高压使所有各种各样的动作变得危险,因此,这些气缸的输送不只是困难,而且对于操作者来说也是危险的。
在没有从气体排出软管中拆开的情况下,在市场上目前可以买到的高速率排出阀不能使这些气缸再注满,在该气体排出软管中,所述这些阀设置有一个开口,通过该开口排出氩气和再注满氩气。
考虑到上述这些,新型高速率排出阀设计有两个独立的开口,一个开口用于排出,而另一个用于再注满气体,因此,在没有从气体排出软管中拆下阀的情况下,可以很快地、容易地再注满排空的气缸。
这就间接使得下面这些是可能的:显然借助提供可以供给这些气缸的辅助管路网,可以再注满工地上即在安装该排气缸的上述房间内的气缸;换句话说,一方面可以从容易接近再注满油箱的储存室外部的位置上供给所述辅助系统,另一方面,供给每个单独的气缸,而该气缸的高速率排出阀永久地连接到再注满系统和灭火系统中。
因此,在没有拆下和运送气缸的情况下、而是简单地借助于打开和关闭阀,就可以实现再注满。
尽管本发明的阀象标准的高速率排出阀一样进行工作,但是新阀的特征在于物理地分成下面三个部分(在标准阀中,这三个部分组成一个部分):
-气体排出部分;
-压力进入部分,它用来安装压力计和压力开关,以用来探测缺少最小压力条件;
-再注满部分。
为了能更加清楚地描述本发明的阀,参照附图继续进行解释,附图不起限制作用:
图1A~图1C是上述阀的三个视图;
图2是图1A的A-A横剖面视图,它显示了处于关闭位置上的阀;
图3是图1A的B-B横剖面视图,它显示了处于关闭位置上的阀;

图6是图1A的B-B横剖面视图,它显示了处于再注满位置上的阀。
参照上面附图,本发明的阀1包括阀体2,该阀体2终止于具有螺纹连接件3的底部,该连接件3拧到气缸的出口上(在附图中没有示出)。轴向导管3a设置在所述连接件3中,而该导管3a终止于在阀体2中所得到的圆形室4,沿着该阀体2的横向壁设置了三个孔5、6和7,这些孔错列开90度,同时在所述室4的顶部有一个中心孔8,该孔形成了重叠上升的导管9的入口,该入口在顶部通到圆柱形室10中,而该圆柱形室形成于阀体2上并且通过盖11来密封,盖11拧在所述圆柱形室10的外部上。
活塞12被安装、密封在所述室10内,并且在所述室10内滑动,而杆13安装在所述轴向导管9内并且在该导管9内被导向,该杆13通到圆形室4中。
在所述杆13的底端部拧上挡板14,而挡板14安装有衬垫14a,由于安装在杆13上的返回弹簧15的拉伸作用,该衬垫14a气密地密封重叠导管9的进入孔8,而杆13在活塞12上恒定地施加一个提升推力。
孔5形成了柱塞16的安装、滑动座,而在柱塞16的后部安装着衬垫16a和销16b,从而密封小孔17a,而该小孔17a在连接件17的中心处通到外部,而在该连接件17的中心处安装着致动器(未示出),而在着火的情况下该致动器打开阀。
所述连接件17借助于导管18与盖11和活塞12之间的空间18a相互连通。压力开关19的连接套6a拧入到孔6中,并且把压力计20安装到孔7中。
沿着导管9设置着径向分支9a,该径向分支9a穿过和通到气体出口连接件21中,同时沿着导管3a设置着孔22,而孔22在外部通到螺纹座中,在那里拧上再注满阀23。当该阀关闭时,气缸内的气体不会从室4和导管3a中溢出,以相同方式设置在导管3a内的所有这些出口孔气密地密封如下:
孔8借助于板14来关闭;
孔22借助于再注满阀23来关闭;
孔17a借助于柱塞16来关闭。
当致动器推动销16b从而移回柱塞16时,阀1打开,从而允许气体流过孔17a进入到连接件17中,并且通过导管18进入到空间18a中。因此,活塞12被降低,并且孔8借助于板14打开,因此气体使导管9升高,并且通过分支9a排出到外部,如图5所示。
再注满阀23是标准的单向阀,该阀包括承受弹簧推力的球。
数字24表示安全出口,如果压力超过预置值,那么气体通过该出口溢出。所述安全出口包括安全盘24a,该安全盘24a的尺寸大小被定成:当压力到达所述预定最大值时该盘24a断裂。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于高压气缸的阀,该阀包括阀体(2),该阀体终止于具有螺纹连接件(3)的底部处,而该螺纹连接件(3)的内部导管(3a)通到圆形室(4)中,而该圆形室(4)的“顶部”设置有中心孔(8),该孔形成了重叠上升的导管(9)的入口,该入口在顶部通到圆柱形室(10)中,而圆柱形室形成于阀体(2)上并且借助于拧在所述圆柱形室(10)的外部上的盖(11)来密封,在该圆柱形室(10)内安装和密封着活塞(12),并且活塞可以在圆柱形室内滑动,杆(13)安装在轴向导管(9)内并且在该导管(9)内被导向,该杆(13)在它的底端支撑着挡板(14),而该挡板安装有衬垫(14a),由于安装在杆(13)上的返回弹簧(15)的拉伸作用,该衬垫(14a)气密地密封重叠导管(9)的进入孔(8),而杆(13)在活塞(12)上恒定地施加一个提升推力:

a-沿着导管(9)设置着径向分支(9a),该径向分支供给气体出口连接件(21);
b-沿着导管(3a)设置着孔(22),该孔在外部通到螺纹座上,在该座上拧有再注满阀(23);
c-沿着所述室(4)的横向壁设置着三个孔(5、6和7),这三个孔错开90度,
孔(5)形成了柱塞(16)的安装和滑动座,而在柱塞(16)的后部安装着衬垫(16a)和销(16b),从而密封小孔(17a),而该小孔(17a)在连接件(17)的中心处通到外部,而在该连接件(17)的中心处安装着打开阀的致动器,所述连接件(17)借助于导管(18)与盖(11)和活塞(12)之间的空间(18a)相互连通;
压力开关(19)的连接套(6a)拧入到孔(6)中,
把压力计(20)安装到孔(7)中。
