Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分限定的弹性夹，所述弹性夹一种用来将光学单元牢固固定在一起的弹性夹，所述光学单元有设置了导向销和光学连接表面的连接面，其中所述连接夹包括一主部和基本上以直角从所述主部突出的钩状件。
背景技术
一种用于光学连接件的弹性夹在美国专利5,214,730中给以了介绍和图示。所述弹性夹包括钩状件，该钩状件围绕连接件钩牢和推动连接件朝另一个接近。
当希望将一个光学连接件与另一个分开或手动连接所述连接件时，这种弹性夹不容易位于适当的位置，这个缺点就会带来问题。
发明概述
本发明的目的是至少要减轻前述问题。
本发明的带有权利要求1特征部分的特征的弹性夹解决了前述问题。弹性夹的特征是，其第一和第二钩状件适合牢固地卡扣第一光学单元，第三钩状件适合朝所述第一光学单元的光学连接面推动第二光学单元的光学连接面。
本发明的一个优点是弹性夹的结构和制造都简单和成本低。
本发明的另一个优点是弹性夹尺寸小和在线路板中占据的空间小。
现在将参考优选实施例和参考附图对本发明作更详细的介绍。

优选实施例
图1和图2显示了所发明的弹性夹10的第一实施例，弹性夹10包括主部25和从主部25通常以直角突出的钩状件12，14a，14b，16a和16b。钩状件16a和16b沿所述主部的中间凹口11a和11b弹性设置在主部25上。主部25还设置了导舌20a和20b，其功能是侧向稳定弹性夹片。

图7显示弹性夹10的另一种接地方式。在这种情况下，封壳50已经设置另外的接地连接件55，当所述钩状件牢固地夹在封壳50上时，这种连接件55特别适合钩状件12。
弹性件最好是用金属弹性材料制作。
应当指出本发明并不只限于前面介绍和说明的例证性的实施例，在所附的权利要求的范围内可以进行变化改进。

Claims (5)

1.一种用来将光学单元牢固固定在一起的弹性夹，所述光学单元带有设置了导向销和光学连接表面的连接面，其中所述弹性夹包括一主部和基本上以直角从所述主部突出的钩状件；其特征在于，第一和第二钩状件适合牢固地卡扣第一光学单元，第三钩状件适合朝所述第一光学单元的光学连接面推动第二光学单元的光学连接面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性夹，其特征在于，所述第一光学单元是封壳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性夹，其特征在于，所述第二光学单元是光学接触装置。
4.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的弹性夹，其特征在于，所述弹性夹被构建成基本上可包围整个所述第一光学单元。
5.根据权利要求4所述的弹性夹，其特征在于，所述弹性夹包括接地连接件。
