Abstract
本发明涉及一种弹性夹,可用于固定与另一个光学单元相接的光学单元的连接面。所述光学单元包括导向销和光学连接表面。弹性夹包括一主部和从主部通常以直角突出钩状件。第一和第二钩状件适合牢固地卡扣第一光学单元,而第三钩状件适合朝第一光学单元的光学连接面推动第二光学单元的光学连接面。

发明领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分限定的弹性夹,所述弹性夹一种用来将光学单元牢固固定在一起的弹性夹,所述光学单元有设置了导向销和光学连接表面的连接面,其中所述连接夹包括一主部和基本上以直角从所述主部突出的钩状件。
背景技术
一种用于光学连接件的弹性夹在美国专利5,214,730中给以了介绍和图示。所述弹性夹包括钩状件,该钩状件围绕连接件钩牢和推动连接件朝另一个接近。
当希望将一个光学连接件与另一个分开或手动连接所述连接件时,这种弹性夹不容易位于适当的位置,这个缺点就会带来问题。
发明概述
本发明的目的是至少要减轻前述问题。
本发明的带有权利要求1特征部分的特征的弹性夹解决了前述问题。弹性夹的特征是,其第一和第二钩状件适合牢固地卡扣第一光学单元,第三钩状件适合朝所述第一光学单元的光学连接面推动第二光学单元的光学连接面。
本发明的一个优点是弹性夹的结构和制造都简单和成本低。
本发明的另一个优点是弹性夹尺寸小和在线路板中占据的空间小。
现在将参考优选实施例和参考附图对本发明作更详细的介绍。

优选实施例
图1和图2显示了所发明的弹性夹10的第一实施例,弹性夹10包括主部25和从主部25通常以直角突出的钩状件12,14a,14b,16a和16b。钩状件16a和16b沿所述主部的中间凹口11a和11b弹性设置在主部25上。主部25还设置了导舌20a和20b,其功能是侧向稳定弹性夹片。
图3显示固定到光学单元50的弹性夹10。在这个实施例,光学单元50是带有腿的封壳。钩状件12和14围绕封壳50夹紧。钩状件12适合于围绕封壳50的一端夹紧。当钩状件12已经围绕封壳50的端部扣紧时,钩状件14a和14b适合通过弹性力围绕封壳50夹紧。封壳50包括具有MT接头30的光学连接件40。其中MT接头30用于连接另一个光学单元。在所显示的实施例中,钩状件14a和14b围绕封壳50在光学连接件40的两边夹紧。在图示的情况下,钩状件12,14a和14b基本上围绕封壳50的外轮廓夹紧。作为另一种方式,钩状件可以分别围绕凸缘或设置在封壳50上和封壳50中的凹槽固定。
图4显示固定到封壳50和夹紧第二光学单元60到封壳50上的光学连接件40的弹性夹10。在所显示的情况下,第二光学单元是设置在光学纤维65上的光学元件,还包括适合封壳50上的光学连接件40的MT接头。钩状件16a和16b向光学连接件40拉紧光学器件60。由于有弹性地位于主部25的钩形件16a和16b,光学器件可以被移开和固定而不需从封壳50移开弹性夹。
图5显示弹性夹10的另一个实施例,所述弹性夹固定封壳50和第二光学单元60。在这个实施例中弹性夹基本上可以覆盖整个封壳50因此可以减少电磁辐射的泄漏。
图6显示出弹性夹10可以连接到封壳50上适当的接地片。主部25可以设置连接舌14以便弹性夹通过封壳50连接到接地片。
图7显示弹性夹10的另一种接地方式。在这种情况下,封壳50已经设置另外的接地连接件55,当所述钩状件牢固地夹在封壳50上时,这种连接件55特别适合钩状件12。
弹性件最好是用金属弹性材料制作。
应当指出本发明并不只限于前面介绍和说明的例证性的实施例,在所附的权利要求的范围内可以进行变化改进。
Claims (5)
1.一种用来将光学单元牢固固定在一起的弹性夹,所述光学单元带有设置了导向销和光学连接表面的连接面,其中所述弹性夹包括一主部和基本上以直角从所述主部突出的钩状件;其特征在于,第一和第二钩状件适合牢固地卡扣第一光学单元,第三钩状件适合朝所述第一光学单元的光学连接面推动第二光学单元的光学连接面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性夹,其特征在于,所述第一光学单元是封壳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性夹,其特征在于,所述第二光学单元是光学接触装置。
4.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的弹性夹,其特征在于,所述弹性夹被构建成基本上可包围整个所述第一光学单元。
5.根据权利要求4所述的弹性夹,其特征在于,所述弹性夹包括接地连接件。
