Abstract

为了固定一位于外壳壁(1)的一个弯成角度的支持面(5)上的、同样弯成相应角度的固定凸缘(4)起见,采用一由弓形弹簧元件组成的夹紧装置(6),其弓的两端支持在外壳壁(1)上,并能卡入在安装架(3)的固定凸缘(4)与一设在外壳壁(1)上的卡住元件(7)之间。

Description

用于插入卡和标准平面部 件的安装架的固定装置
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分的特征的固定装置。
标准的平面部件,特别是在计算机技术中所用的插入卡,一般是借助安装架装在适当安排的安装位置上。在该安装架上总是至少装有一插接件来建立插入卡与外部终端的连接。因此外壳的侧壁在安装位置上总是有一被安装架所覆盖的槽形间隙。在安装架上还设有一弯成直角的固定凸缘,它紧靠在外壳侧壁的一个弯成相应角度的支撑面上,并借助一螺钉或夹紧连接件予以可拆卸地固定。
于是例如在德国专利DE4403907A1中公开了一种夹紧条方式的能延伸到所有可插入的平面部件或其安装架的固定装置,它在插入状态时能把所有插入卡固定,而在释放状态时把所有的插入卡全部释放,并具有一灵活区,其中可设置个别的插入卡。其缺点在于:不论插入位置有多少,夹紧条的宽度必须能覆盖所有的插入位置,还在于:在进行改进或更换插件时,对其余无关的平面部件也必须暂时松开。
本发明的任务是为插入卡紧固在安装架上提供一种尽可能简单而且使用方便的装置,它能把单独的平面部件各自单独地紧固在外壳上。
按照本发明,此任务是通过权利要求1的特征来解决的。本发明的其他有利的结构在从属权利要求中给出。
下面根据一实施例按照附图对本发明进行详细说明,其中:
图1表示从一具有按本发明的固定装置的计算机外壳侧壁上切割下来的一个透视图,
图2表示作为按图1的装置的组成部件的夹紧元件,
图3、4表示按图1在组装时或在组装后的固定装置。
图1表示一PC计算机外壳后壁1的切下部分,在两个插入卡的插入位置区域内具有一几乎成直角的凹入处2,在互相平行设置的槽形插入位置上各装有一插入卡的L形安装架3。安装架3或与它结构相同的覆盖架是安装在弯成直角的固定凸缘4上,它紧靠在由凹入处2所构成的外壳后壁1的侧面支撑壁5上。作为一般常用的螺钉连接的取代措施,设有一由弓形弹簧元件制成的夹紧装置6。这里该弹簧元件以其弓的两端支持在外壳后壁1上,并以一端在固定凸缘4上和另一端在外壳后壁1上所设的卡住元件7上的方式能卡入在固定凸缘4与卡住元件7之间。作为卡住元件7,例如可以是从外壳后壁1上拉出的一片金属薄板。
在按图1的固定装置中所用的夹紧装置6,其具体结构可从图2中看出。这个例如用塑料制的夹紧装置在其面对安装架3的固定凸缘4的一侧(见图1)设有一个对中心销8,它穿过安装架上的U形缺口而插入一在外壳后壁1的支撑面5上的孔状间隙内。因此安装架通过夹紧而额外地被固定。在夹紧装置面对固定凸缘4的一侧具有一与固定凸缘平行的平面。
夹紧装置的安装或最后的固定可从图3和图4看出。作为安装用的辅助措施,可采用一像鼻子那样突出来的操作元件,它形成在弓形弹簧元件远离固定凸缘的区域。通过用拇指向安装凸缘的方向轻轻一按,由塑料制的弹簧元件便被压到使远离固定凸缘的弓插入到外壳壁1上的卡住元件7的后面,当操作元件释放后夹紧装置便被夹住。图4表示夹紧装置处于安装完毕的状态,这时弹簧弓已被张紧在固定凸缘4与卡住元件7之间,并通过插入在支撑壁5内的对中心销8而位置准确地予以固定。

Claims (5)

1.用于标准平面部件的安装架的固定装置,它借助于安装架以这样的方式可拆卸地固定在一数据处理装置的外壳壁上的槽形间隙中,即在外壳壁的弯成角度的支撑面上的弯成相应角度的安装架的固定凸缘可通过一夹紧装置来固定,其特征在于:夹紧装置(6)由一弓形的弹簧元件组成,其弓的两端支撑在外壳壁(1)上,并卡入在安装架(3)的固定凸缘(4)与一设在外壳壁(1)上的卡住元件(7)之间。
2.根据权利要求1的固定装置,其特征在于:夹紧装置(6)由弹性的塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2的支持装置,其特征在于:夹紧装置(5)在其面对固定凸缘(4)的一侧具有一个对中心销(8),它穿过在安装架(3)上的一U形缺口而插入外壳壁(1)的支撑面(5)中的孔状间隙内。
4.根据上述权利要求中之一的固定装置,其特征在于:夹紧装置(6)在其面对固定凸缘(4)的一侧制成与固定凸缘(4)平行的平面。
5.根据上述权利要求中之一的固定装置,其特征在于:在弓形弹簧元件远离固定凸缘(4)的区域内设有一像鼻子一样突出的操作元件(9)。
