Abstract
一种洗涤、清洗、消毒或漂白的方法,该方法中使用的含水液体含有过氧化物和每升液体0.5-50mg的权利要求1的式(1)化合物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在处理织物时,锰与水杨醛乙二胺西佛碱型配体形成的络合物(salen)催化剂在显著提高过氧化氢的漂白作用,同时不引起纤维和染料的任何明显损伤方面的应用,还涉及含有该催化剂的洗涤、清洗、消毒和漂白配方。
背景技术
含过氧化物的漂白剂被用于清洗过程已有很长历史了。在液温90℃或更高时,它们的作用优异。然而当温度下降时,它们的性能显著下降。已知将各种过渡金属离子以适宜的含有该阳离子的盐或配位化合物形式加入时,可以催化H2O2的分解。在这种方式下,有可能提高H2O2或H2O2的释放体和其它过氧化物的漂白作用,该作用在相对低温下是不令人满意的。只有将过渡金属离子和能活化过氧化物的配体以能促使氧化基质增加的方式结合,而不是以仅使过氧化氢酶歧化的方式结合,才是具有实际意义的。后一种活化类型是本发明所不希望的,它能进一步损害H2O2和其衍生物在低温下不够充分的漂白效果。
关于漂白有效的H2O2的活化,锰与各种配体,特别是与1,4,7-三甲基-1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷和任选的含氧桥键配体的配合物的单-或多-核变体,目前被认为是特别有效的。这种催化剂在实际条件下足够稳定,并且含有Mn(n+),这是一种对生态无害的金属阳离子。然而不幸的是,其应用总是与染料和纤维的巨大损伤相伴随。另一方面,本发明所用的催化剂能显著提高H2O2的漂白活性,而不引起所洗物品的任何明显损伤。
许多水杨醛乙二胺西佛碱配体型锰的配合物,已知适合于作为用环氧化合物氧化的催化剂,特别是在清洗过程中。另外,洗液中的某些其它锰的配合物被描述成对污渍和染料具有显著的漂白作用。
已发现如下式(1)所示的锰的配合物基本上符合作为催化剂的条件。它能在许多应用领域中将过氧化物的作用强化到一个相对高的水平,而不损伤织物或染料。将本发明的锰的配合物与过氧化物一起用于水溶液中时,强化作用令人惊讶地发生在以下应用中:
a)在清洗或漂白过程中将织物上的污渍或污垢漂白,
b)清洗硬表面,特别是墙面或地砖,更特别的是去除由于发霉产生的污渍,和
c)用作具有抗菌作用的洗涤和清洗液。
因此本发明涉及洗涤、清洗、消毒或漂白方法,其中使用的含水液体含有过氧化物和每升液体0.5-50mg的式(1)化合物。
其中A是阴离子。
适合的阴离子A包括,例如卤离子,如氯或溴,高氯酸根,硫酸根,硝酸根,氢氧根,BF4 -,PF6 -,羧酸根,乙酸根,甲苯磺酸根和三氟甲烷磺酸根。它们当中优选氯、溴和乙酸根。
该液体优选含有每升液体1-30mg的式(1)的化合物。
通过本身已知方式制备式(1)化合物。
本发明还涉及洗涤、清洗、消毒或漂白组合物,该组合物含有
I)0-50%阴离子表面活性剂A)和/或非离子表面活性剂B),
II)0-70%,优选0-50%的助洗剂C),
III)1-99%过氧化物D)和
IV)式1化合物E),在该液体中其用量为按0.5-20g/L把该洗涤、清洗、消毒或漂白组合物加入该液体中时,能产生0.5-50mg/L液体,优选1-30mg/L液体的浓度。
本发明的组合物可以是含过氧化物的完整的洗涤组合物或分开的漂白助剂。在将衣物用不含漂白剂的洗涤组合物洗涤前,使用在分开的液体中的漂白助剂来除去织物上的有色污渍。漂白助剂也可以与不含漂白助剂的洗涤组合物一起用在液体中。
本发明的组合物中,催化剂可以吸附在载体上和/或封入包装物中。
本发明的洗涤和清洗组合物可以是固体型或液体型,例如液体型的、无水组合物,含有不超过5重量%,优选0-1重量%的水,并且该清洗组合物能在助洗剂和非离子表面活性剂中悬浮,例如如同GB-A-2158454中所描述的。
然而该清洗组合物优选粉末或颗粒型的。可以通过,例如,先将含有除了组分D)和E)的所有上述组分的含水料浆喷雾干燥制得起始粉末,然后加入干的组分D)和E),并将它们混在一起制得。也可以将组分E)加入含有组分A)、B)和C)的含水料浆中,随后喷雾干燥,然后将组分(D)与干料混合。
另外,也可以从含有组分A)和C),但不含组分B)或仅含一些组份B)的含水料浆开始。将该料浆喷雾干燥,然后将组分E)与组分B)混合后加入,随后与组分D)干混合。
也可以将所有组分干混合。
阴离子表面活性剂A)可以是,例如硫酸盐、磺酸盐或羧酸盐表面活性剂或它们的混合物。优选那些在烷基部分具有12-22个碳原子的硫酸盐,任选与烷基部分含有10-20个碳原子的烷基乙氧基硫酸盐结合。
优选的磺酸盐为,例如烷基部分含有9-15个碳原子的烷基苯磺酸盐。阴离子表面活性剂的阳离子优选碱金属阳离子,特别是钠。
优选的羧酸盐是式R-CO-N(R1)-CH2COOM1所示的肌氨酸碱金属盐,其中R为烷基或烯基部分中具有8-18个碳原子的烷基或烯基,R1为C1-C4烷基,以及M1为碱金属。
非离子表面活性剂B)可以是,例如3-8mol环氧乙烷与1mol含有9-15个碳原子的伯醇的缩合产物。
作为助洗剂C)可以考虑,例如碱金属磷酸盐,特别是三聚磷酸盐;碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐,特别是它们的钠盐;硅酸盐,铝的硅酸盐;聚羧酸盐,聚羧酸,有机膦酸盐,氨基亚烷基聚(亚烷基膦酸盐)或这些化合物的混合物。
特别适合的硅酸盐是具有下式的结晶层状硅酸盐的钠盐:NaHSitO2t+1·pH2O或Na2SitO2t+1·pH2O,其中t为1.9-4的数,以及p为0-20的数。
优选市售的、如下品名的那些铝的硅酸盐:Zeolite A、B、X和HS,和含有两种或多种该组分的混合物。
聚羧酸盐中优选多羟基羧酸盐,特别是柠檬酸盐和丙烯酸盐以及它们与马来酸酐的共聚物。优选的聚羧酸为氨三乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸和乙二胺丁二酸氢盐,外消旋型和(S,S)型的都可以。
特别适合的膦酸盐或氨基亚烷基聚(亚烷基膦酸盐)为1-羟基乙烷-1,1-二膦酸、次氮基三(亚甲基膦酸)、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸和二乙三胺五亚甲基膦酸的碱金属盐。
作为过氧化物组分D)可以考虑,例如市售的有机和无机过氧化物,它们能在通常的洗涤温度下,例如在10-95℃下漂白织物,这在文献中是公知的。
有机过氧化物为,例如单-或聚-过氧化物,特别是有机过酸或其盐,如苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧己酸、过苯甲酸、双过氧十二碳二酸、双过氧壬二酸、双过氧癸二酸、双过氧苯二甲酸或它们的盐。
然而优选使用无机过氧化物如,例如过硫酸盐、过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐和/或过硅酸盐。当然也可以使用无机和/或有机过氧化物的混合物。过氧化物可以以各种晶体形式存在并具有不同的含水量,并且它们也可以和其它无机或有机化合物一起使用,以提高它们的储存稳定性。加入洗涤和清洗组合物的过氧化物优选将各组分混合,例如用螺旋给料系统和/或流化床混合器。
除了本发明的组合物,该洗涤和清洗组分也含有一种或多种荧光增白剂,例如二-三嗪基氨基-茋-二磺酸、二-三唑基-茋-二磺酸、二-苯乙烯基-联苯基或二-苯并呋喃基联苯基,二苯并噁唑基衍生物,二-苯并咪唑基衍生物,香豆素衍生物和吡唑啉衍生物。
洗涤和清洗组合物也可能含有污渍分散剂,如羧甲基纤维素钠;pH调节剂,例如碱金属或碱土金属的硅酸盐和碳酸盐;泡沫调节剂,例如皂类;控制喷雾干燥和成粒性能的盐,例如硫酸钠;香料和任选的抗静电剂和柔软剂;酶,如蛋白酶和淀粉酶;漂白剂,颜料和/或掩蔽剂。当然,各组分必须相对于所用漂白剂稳定。
除式(1)的漂白催化剂,也可以进一步使用过渡金属盐或配合物,它们被认为是漂白活化的活性成分和/或常规漂白活化剂;也就是说,在完全水解条件下,可以产生具有1-10个碳原子,特别是2-4个碳原子的未取代/或取代的过苯甲-和/或过氧化-羧酸的化合物。适宜的化合物包括前面所述的普通漂白活化剂,它带有含所述碳原子数的O-和/或N-酰基和/或未取代或取代的苯甲酰基。优选多酰基化的亚烷基二胺,特别是四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED);酰基化的甘脲,特别是四乙酰甘脲(TAGU),N,N-二乙酰基-N,N-二甲基-脲(DDU);酰化的三嗪衍生物,特别是1,5-二乙酰基-2,4-二氧六氢化-1,3,5-三嗪(DADHT);式(2)化合物
其中,R1为磺酸基、羧酸基或羧酸酯基,并且其中R2为直链或支链(C7-C15)烷基;特别是如下名称的活化剂:SNOBS、SLOBS和DOBA,酰化的多元醇,特别是三醋精,乙二醇二乙酸酯和2,5-二乙酰氧基-2,5-二氢呋喃和乙酰化的山梨醇和甘露糖醇和酰化的糖的衍生物,特别是五乙酰基葡萄糖(PAG),蔗糖多乙酸酯(SUPA),五乙酰基果糖,四乙酰基木糖和八乙酰基乳糖,以及乙酰化的,任选N-烷基化的,葡糖胺和葡萄糖内酯。也可使用在德国专利申请DE-A-4443177中所描述的常规漂白剂的组合。与过氧化物可形成过亚氨酸类的腈类化合物也适合作为漂白活化剂。
本发明进一步优选的洗涤和清洗组合物的添加剂,是在清洗过程中能防止织物被存在于液体中的染料沾污的聚合物,这些染料是在清洗条件下从织物中脱落下来的。这类聚合物优选聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,可以混入阴离子或阳离子取代基改性,特别是那些分子量在5000-60000范围内,特别是10000-50000的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。基于该清洗组合物的总重量,优选这些聚合物的用量为0.05-5重量%,特别是0.2-1.7重量%。
实施例1:
如下进行漂白实验:在漂白液中处理1.25g茶水沾污(自制)的棉织物。该漂白液含有250ml水(3°dH)、0.625g无水Na2CO3、0.477g过碳酸钠,并且催化剂或活化剂的浓度如表1所示。25℃下,在LINITEST设备的钢桶中进行30分钟的清洗过程。将由于该处理所产生的污渍亮度DY(根据CIE的亮度差)的增加用来评价漂白结果。结果收集在表1中。该结果显示本发明的催化剂A显著增加了过碳酸钠的漂白作用。在这些条件下用催化剂A比用常规漂白活化剂TAED,甚至是在后者的存在浓度很高时,也能获得明显更好的漂白作用。用催化剂B和C时(见上),获得与用催化剂A所达到的相似的效果。

本发明的催化剂的漂白效果也在如下条件下进行实验:在漂白液中处理0.65g茶水沾污(市售)的棉织物(BC-01,CFT)。该漂白液含有100ml水(2.2°dH)、0.4577g过碳酸钠,并且催化剂或活化剂的浓度如表2所示。30℃下,在LINITEST设备的钢桶中进行10分钟的清洗过程。由于该处理产生的污渍亮度DY(根据CIE的亮度差)的增加的用来评价漂白结果。结果收集在表2中。该结果显示,也是在这些条件下,本发明的催化剂A显著增加了过碳酸钠的漂白作用。在这些条件下用催化剂A比用常规漂白活化剂TAED,甚至是在后者的存在浓度很高时,也能获得明显更好的漂白作用。在该实施例中,使用催化剂B和C时(见上),也获得与用催化剂A所达到的相似的效果。

应用本发明的催化剂很少引起所洗的染色棉织物的染料褪色。当如上使用时,处理5分钟后,所得到的平均相对染料损失与不使用催化剂的体系几乎相同。然而,催化剂D引起的染料损失要高得多。实验的条件与实施例1中的一样。

清洗条件如实施例1和3所描述的。表3中的数值为染料损失的相对百分数,测量是基于在各自最大吸收波长处的Kubelka-Munk值。

Claims (5)
2.权利要求1的方法,其中使用了含式(1)化合物的液体,其中A为氯,溴,高氯酸根,硫酸根,硝酸根,氢氧根,BF4 -,PF6 -,羧酸根,乙酸根,甲苯磺酸根或三氟甲烷磺酸根。
3.权利要求2的方法,其中使用了含式(1)化合物的液体,其中A为氯、溴或乙酸根。
4.权利要求1-3的任一项的方法,其中所使用的液体含有每升液体1-30mg的式(1)化合物。
5.一种洗涤、清洗、消毒或漂白组合物,该组合物含有
I)0-50%阴离子表面活性剂A)和/或非离子表面活性剂B),
II)0-70%,优选0-50%的助洗剂C),
III)1-99%过氧化物D)和
IV)权利要求1中的式1化合物E),在该液体中其用量为按0.5-20g/L把该洗涤、清洗、消毒或漂白组合物加入该液体中时,能产生0.5-50mg/L液体,优选1-30mg/L液体的浓度。
