发明背景
日本专利申请公开号No.1996-12663A介绍了一种有吸收能力的穿着制品,该穿着制品包括:可透液的顶片、不透液的底片和设置在此两片之间的能吸液的芯部。底片包括用共聚合聚酯树脂基料制成的无孔透潮气薄膜和粘接在透潮气薄膜上的含纤维的无纺纤维。在这种有吸收能力的穿着制品中,无纺纤维在制品的横向成波浪形,以在横向方向形成横向连续聚集,而透潮气薄膜借助于热融粘接剂粘接在无纺纤维的凹槽处。
在文献所说明的制品中,透潮气薄膜和无纺纤维是借助于热融粘接剂粘接,这些薄膜与无纺纤维之间的剥离强度由于粘接剂变质而可能降低。这取决于为此目的而使用的粘接剂的量,过量的粘接剂在固化前可能遍布薄膜表面,结果可能对薄膜的透潮气性产生相反的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种复合片,该复合片包括熔合在一起的热塑合成树脂薄膜和热塑合成树脂纤维片,从而不容易彼此剥离。本发明的另一目的在于提供这种不必担心薄膜所希望的透潮气性可能降低的复合片。
根据本发明,提供了一种复合片,该复合片包括热塑合成树脂薄膜和热塑合成树脂纤维片,该纤维片至少熔合在复合片薄膜的上下表面之一上。
根据本发明的改进在于,薄膜是在其与纤维片相面对的表面上,制出了:数个凸起区,该凸起区在一个方向平行延伸并彼此相距一段距离;本质上平坦的平坦区,该平坦区被限定于每一对相邻凸起区之间,其中薄膜沿凸起区与纤维片焊接在一起。
本发明还可以下列方式实现:
(1)薄膜是用热塑弹性树脂制成。
(2)热塑合成树脂是从包括尿烷基热塑弹性树脂、酯基热塑弹性树脂和酰胺基热塑弹性树脂中选择,而所述薄膜是本质上无孔而透潮气的。
(3)纤维片是由用所述热塑合成树脂纤维制成的含纤维的无纺纤维制造。
(4)无纺纤维是可弹性伸长的无纺纤维,这种无纺纤维通过熔融-旋制热塑弹性树脂获得,而所述薄膜是沿其凸起区在无张力的情况下熔合在所述可弹性伸长的无纺纤维上。
(5)每一所述凸起区的宽度为0.2-2.0mm,最大厚度为40-100μm,每一所述平坦区的厚度为5-100μm。
(6)复合片具有根据JIS L 1092A方法测试的水阻为49hpa或具有更高的水阻。
(7)复合片具有根据JIS L 1099A方法测试的透潮气性为3000g/m2·24Hr或具有更高的透潮气性。

复合片1包括热塑合成树脂薄膜2和热塑合成树脂纤维片3。复合片1是一种两层结构,包括薄膜2和设置在薄膜2下表面上的纤维片3,并具有沿纵向彼此平行延伸的横向相反的两侧边1a,和沿横向彼此平行延伸的纵向相反的两侧边1b。
薄膜2用酯基热塑弹性树脂制成,且本质上无孔而透潮气。弹性树脂是包括硬组份和软组份的嵌段共聚物。硬组份是芳香二羧基酸的和脂肪族二醇的聚酯或脂肪族二羧酸和芳族二醇的聚酯。软组份是聚醚。
薄膜2的透潮气性所根据的机制将在后面说明。薄膜2包括起分子抑制组份作用的硬组份,以避免薄膜2塑性变形,而软组份是作为具有透潮气性的柔性组份。硬组份和软组份在薄膜2中不规则地存在。在硬组份中,聚酯的聚合物分子链形成结晶相。在软组份中,聚醚的聚合物分子链形成非晶相。通常在处在高于玻璃转变温度的温度下的软组份中,聚醚的聚合物分子链的紧密链接,通过微布朗运动而松弛,以提供各具有尺寸大于水蒸汽分子(颗粒直径大约3.5)的空隙。水蒸汽分子在聚酯或聚醚产生的分子间力的作用下吸附在薄膜2的上表面,并随后穿过在软组份生成的空隙透过薄膜2。在薄膜2底面的蒸汽压力低于薄膜2顶面的蒸汽压力,水蒸汽分子被迫穿过空隙向薄膜2的底面运动。直至水蒸汽分子被迫完全透过薄膜2并从薄膜2的底面排放至外界。
薄膜2在其底面制出数个凸起区2a和本质上平坦的区域2b,每一平坦区由每一对相邻凸起区2a之间的区域所限定。在薄膜2上,凸起区2a彼此平行延伸,并彼此沿横向相距一预定尺寸的距离,平坦区2b在相应一对相邻凸起区2a之间沿纵向彼此平行延伸。
纤维片3由从熔融纺丝热塑弹性树脂获得的可弹性伸长的无纺纤维3a制成。在无纺纤维3a中,组份纤维3a1被互相盘绕并在这些组份纤维3a1的交叉点焊接在一起。
从图3将可看出,在复合片1中,薄膜2沿凸起区2a被焊接在构成无纺纤维3a的合成树脂纤维3a1,使合成树脂纤维3a1保持在含纤维的组件中,因此,薄膜2与无纺纤维3a被积成在一起。此复合片1的透潮气性为3000g/m2·24Hr或更高,而水阻为49hpa或更高。透潮气性根据日本工业标准(此后用“JIS”表示)L1099A-2方法的规定测试,而水阻根据JIS L 1092A方法的规定测试。复合片1呈现出高的透潮气性并同时具有液体不渗透性。
在复合片1中,在薄膜2与无纺纤维3a之间具有的剥离强度为400mN/25mm或更高最好。如果剥离强度低于400mN/25mm,薄膜2与无纺纤维3a将容易彼此分离,并将不可能保持复合片1所希望的形状。在薄膜2中,每一凸起区2a的宽度L1为0.2-2.0mm,最大厚度L2为40-150μm。若宽度L1小于0.2mm而凸起区2a的最大厚度L2小于40μm,无纺纤维3a与薄膜2之间的剥离强度将降低,并将难于保证无纺纤维3a与薄膜2之间具有400mN/25mm或更高的剥离强度。若宽度L1超过2.0mm且凸起区2a的最大厚度L2超过150μm,薄膜2的刚性将增加至不能接受的程度,而复合片1所希望的柔性将降低。
在薄膜2中,每一平坦区2b的厚度L3为5-100μm。如果平坦区的厚度小于5μm,在平坦区2b薄膜2的强度将降低,并将导致薄膜2破坏。如果平坦区2b的厚度超过100μm,薄膜2在平坦区2b的透潮气性将降低,并将难于保证复合片1的透潮气性为3000g/m2/天。
复合片1具有可弹性伸长性和高剥离强度,因此复合片1可在长度方向和宽度方向拉长,即使当复合片被拉时,在薄膜2与无纺纤维3a之间没有分离现象发生。
在复合片1中,薄膜2可用任何一种尿烷基热塑弹性树脂和酰胺基热塑弹性树脂制成。作为替换,薄膜2可用下列类型树脂中之任何一种制成:苯乙烯基热塑弹性树脂,1、2-聚丁二烯基热塑弹性树脂,烯基热塑弹性树脂,氯化聚乙烯基热塑弹性树脂,聚氯乙烯基热塑弹性树脂和多氟烃基热塑弹性树脂。
在复合片1中,无纺纤维3a可为一种无弹性可伸长无纺纤维,这种无纺纤维用下列纤维制成:聚烯烃基纤维诸如聚丙烯、聚乙烯纤维;聚酯基纤维诸如聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂或聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯;聚酰胺基纤维诸如尼龙66或尼龙6纤维;丙烯酰基纤维;皮芯型共轭纤维;并列式成对纤维。这些无纺纤维3a可用下列任一方法获得,这些方法有:射流喷网法,针刺法,熔喷法,热粘合法,纺粘法,化学粘合法和空气渗透法。作为替换,也可用一种复合无纺纤维制成无纺纤维3a,这种复合无纺纤维包括一种熔融吹制无纺纤维,这种具有高水阻的熔融吹制无纺纤维被夹放在两层旋制粘接无纺纤维之间,每层旋制粘接无纺纤维具有高强度和高柔性。

薄膜2的上下表面制出数个凸起区2a和本质上限定在每一对相邻凸起区2a之间的平坦区2b。凸起区2a沿纵向彼此平行延伸,沿横向彼此相距一预定尺寸的距离。平坦区2b在相应的一对相邻凸起区2a之间沿纵向彼此平行延伸。
类似于图1中的薄膜2,这里的薄膜2是用酯基热塑弹性树脂制成且本质上无孔但可透潮气。纤维片3包括由热塑合成树脂制成的含纤维的无纺纤维3b。无纺纤维3b最好为由旋制束带法或旋制粘接法制成的可伸长的无纺纤维。
在复合片1中,薄膜2沿凸起区2a焊接在构成无纺纤维3b的合成树脂纤维上,使合成树脂纤维保持在一含纤维的组件中,因此,薄膜2与无纺纤维3b积成在一起。在根据图4所示此实施例的复合片1中,凸起区2a的宽度L1和最大厚度L2,以及平坦区2b的厚度L3与图1所示实施例中的相应部分相同。
图1和4所示的这些复合片1适于作为卫生保健制品的制件,例如一次性使用的尿布、卫生餐巾、不能自理的患者使用的吸尿垫、尿布盖或卫生短裤。
纤维片3的基材并不局限于无纺纤维3a、3b,也可使用由热塑合成树脂制成的纺织或粘合纤维,诸如用聚烯烃基纤维、聚酯基纤维、聚酰胺基纤维或丙烯基纤维作片材3的基材。纺织或粘合纤维最好包括弹性纱,例如假捻纱、包线、包芯纱、股线或空气包线。用人造搓合纱或弹性纱纺织或粘合纤维作为片材3的复合片1对制作下列物品是有用的,这些物品包括:舒适的具有弹性的衣物,例如制作工作服、工装裤、夹克和外衣;功能性弹力衣服例如训练服或垒球制服;强力弹力衣服例如杂技、舞蹈演员等穿的紧身衣或鞋罩。复合片1还可用于制作其它制品例如帐篷面、手套、帽子或袜子。
根据本发明的复合片包括热塑合成树脂薄膜,该薄膜沿凸起区焊接在构成纤维片的合成树脂纤维上,因此,薄膜与纤维片积成在一起并具有高的剥离强度。薄膜与纤维片不是粘接而是彼此焊接,不用担心像粘接剂变质而导致剥离强度降低。
复合片包括由热塑弹性树脂制成的薄膜和由可弹性伸长的无纺纤维制成的纤维片,这种纤维片不仅具有高剥离强度,还具有可弹性伸长性和高水阻性。在复合片中,热塑弹性树脂是尿烷基树脂、酯基树脂和酰胺基树脂其中之一,而纤维片是用可弹性伸长的无纺纤维制成,这种复合片除具有高剥离强度和可弹性伸长性外,还具有高水阻性和高透潮气性。具有可弹性伸长性的复合片,即使当复合片被拉伸时薄膜与无纺纤维彼此很少可能分离。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合片,包括热塑合成树脂薄膜和粘接在所述薄膜至少上下表面之一上的热塑合成树脂纤维片,其中:
所述薄膜在与所述纤维片相面对的表面具有:数个凸起区,该凸起区沿一个方向平行延伸,并彼此相距一段距离;平坦区,本质上为平坦的,每一平坦区被限定于每一对相邻凸起区之间,其中所述薄膜沿所述凸起区焊接在所述纤维片上。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合片,其中,所述薄膜用热塑弹性树脂制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的复合片,其中,所述热塑弹性树脂是从包括尿烷基热塑弹性树脂、酯基热塑弹性树脂和酰胺基热塑弹性树脂中选择,而所述薄膜是本质上无孔而透潮气的。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合片,其中,所述纤维片是由用所述热塑合成树脂纤维制成的含纤维的无纺纤维制造。
5.如权利要求4所述的复合片,其中,所述无纺纤维是可弹性伸长的无纺纤维,这种无纺纤维通过熔融纺丝热塑合成树脂获得,而所述薄膜是沿其凸起区在无张力的情况下熔合在所述可弹性伸长的无纺纤维上。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合片,其中,每一所述凸起区的宽度为0.2-2.0mm,最大厚度为40-150μm,每一所述平坦区的厚度为5-100μm。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合片,其中,所述复合片具有根据JISL 1092A方法测试的水阻为49hpa或具有更高的水阻.
8.如权利要求1所述的复合片,其中,所述复合片具有根据JISL 1099A方法测试的透潮气性为3000g/m2·24Hr或具有更高的透潮气性。
