Abstract

Description

带有可取出的微型智能卡的便携数据载体
                         技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的带有可取出(break-out)的微型智能卡的便携数据载体。
                         背景技术
在公知的移动通信系统中,例如GSM移动通信系统中,SIM(用户识别模块)可以制成两种卡格式。打算经常交换SIM的移动电话通常采用ID-1卡格式,因为在交换过程中大的卡可以简化操作。对于不经常或根本不交换SIM的移动电话,或是非常小的移动电话,已经确立ID-000格式的所谓的插入式SIM。为了更容易提供移动通信使用的基本预个人化的智能卡,移动通信用的智能卡一般设置有冲孔,以允许插入物(微型智能卡)轻易地掰出。
由德国专利DE-A4007221,公知了将ID-000格式的微型智能卡设置在标准的ID-1格式的卡内,该微型智能卡由穿孔围绕,即,随意冲孔,只留下一个或多个撑条以将微型智能卡保持在卡体内。
此外,欧洲专利申请EP-A0495216公开了一种带有微处理器的ID卡,带其接触面的微处理器设置在标准智能卡(ID-1格式)上标准所确定的位置处。微处理器及其接触面以插入物(ID-000形式的微型智能卡)形式三侧被随意冲孔围绕,同时载体的第四侧具有铰链状的切痕。
对于标准卡这有可能使其与未掰出的插入物一同用在打算经常交换SIM的移动通信装置中,同时掰出的插入物在较小的无线装置中或通常不打算交换SIM的装置中被用作微型智能卡。
然而,随着通信无线装置普遍小型化,产生了即使ID-000格式的微型智能卡仍很大的问题。
                        发明内容
因此,本发明的问题是提供一种具有插入物的智能卡,其允许微型智能卡的尺寸进一步减小,所有的卡的格式能够可靠地彼此分离,或可以轻易地实现将插入物从所剩的卡体内取出,而在插入物留在所剩的卡体内的情况下,插入物和卡体形成稳定的单元。
这个问题是从权利要求1的前序部分的特征着手并通过所述权利要求的特征予以解决。
本发明的优选实施例在从属权利要求中描述。
本发明的基本思想在于ID-000格式的插入物包含规定的断开点,其通过移去插入物的一部分而使得微型智能卡进一步小型化,插入物从ID-1卡中的取出方向不同于小型化微型智能卡的断开方向。
这有利地使ID-000格式的插入物从ID-1格式的卡中取出而不断开用于进一步小型化的规定的断开线成为可能。

以下,本发明将参照图1到3详细地描述,图1到3示出了微型智能卡的或在微型智能卡内的独立切口的不同的实施例。
                         具体实施方式
图1示出带有包含集成电路和接触面4的插入物2的卡体1。插入物2的外形由独立切口或冲孔3在剩余的卡体1内确定,并只通过一个或多个撑条6与其相连。撑条6被设计成允许插入物2容易地从卡体1内掰出。在插入物2内,还有自由穿孔5,其允许通过断开剩余的片8来进一步减小插入物的尺寸。带有撑条9的独立切口5具有与带有连接撑条6的独立切口3不同的掰出方向,因此当ID-000格式的插入物2从卡体1内断开时,撑条9不会断开。在插入物被取出后,可以通过断开撑条9将微型智能卡的尺寸进一步减小。
图2示出了与图1类似的只有一个沿独立切口5提供的撑条9的智能卡。此外,撑条6相对并偏心地设置,以便在卡掰出过程中获得杠杆作用。
图3示出根据图1的卡的另一替换的实施例。其中中断独立切口3的两个撑条6平行于卡长侧边设置。在这种情况下,用于掰出的压力施加在插入物的上或下部。由于独立切口5由两个撑条中断,这种位置呈现更稳定的连接,以便首先掰出插入物,然后插入物的部分8可以断开以形成缩小的微型智能卡。
撑条6或9的尺寸和数量取决于成品卡的所需的稳定性。中断插入物的独立切口3的撑条6优选地设置在边缘区域。这有助于利用杠杆作用取出插入物。

Claims (3)

1.一种带有可掰出的微型智能卡(2)的便携数据载体(1),微型智能卡(2)与剩余的卡体通过在微型智能卡主要部分上延伸的独立切口(3)大部分分离,其特征在于,规定的断开线(5)设置在微型智能卡(2)之内,用于进一步减小微型智能卡(2)的尺寸,用于从ID-1卡中掰出插入物的掰出方向不同于用于小型化微型智能卡的掰出断开方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携数据载体,其特征在于,中断独立切口线(3)的撑条(6)在相同平面设置在微型智能卡(2)的边缘区域。
3.如权利要求1或2的便携数据载体,其特征在于,在微型智能卡之内的撑条(9)具有比连接微型智能卡和剩余的卡体的撑条(6)更高的强度。
