Abstract

带有可取出的微型智能卡的便携数据载体
                       技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有可取出(break-out)的微型智能卡的便携数据载体。
                       背景技术
在公知的移动通信系统中,例如GSM移动通信系统中,SIM(用户识别模块)可以制成两种卡格式。打算经常交换SIM的移动电话通常采用ID-1卡格式,因为在交换过程中大的卡可以简化操作。对于不经常或根本不交换SIM的移动电话,或是非常小的移动电话,已经确立ID-000格式的所谓的插入式SIM。为了更容易提供移动通信使用的基本预个人化的智能卡,移动通信用的智能卡一般设置有冲孔,以允许微型智能卡轻易地掰出。
由德国专利DE-A 4007221,公知了将ID-000格式的微型智能卡设置在标准的ID-1格式的卡内,该微型智能卡由穿孔围绕,即,随意冲孔,只留下一个或多个撑条以将微型智能卡保持在卡体内。
此外,欧洲专利申请EP-A 0495216公开了一种带有微处理器的ID卡,带其接触面的微处理器设置在标准智能卡(ID-1格式)上标准所确定的位置处。微处理器及其接触面以ID-000格式的微型智能卡形式三侧被随意冲孔围绕,同时载体的第四侧具有铰链状的切痕。
对于标准卡这有可能使其与未掰出的微型智能卡一同用在打算经常交换SIM的移动通信装置中,同时掰出的微型智能卡在较小的无线装置中或通常不打算交换SIM的装置中被用作微型智能卡。
然而,随着通信无线装置普遍小型化,产生了即使ID-000格式的微型智能卡仍很大的问题。
                       发明内容
因此,本发明的问题是提供一种具有微型智能卡的智能卡,其允许微型智能卡的尺寸进一步减小,所有的卡的格式能够可靠地彼此分离,或可以轻易地实现将微型智能卡从所剩的卡体内取出,而在微型智能卡留在所剩的卡体内的情况下,微型智能卡和卡体形成稳定的单元。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即提供一种带有可掰出的微型智能卡2的便携数据载体1,微型智能卡2与便携数据载体1的其余部分通过围绕微型智能卡周边大部分的第一独立切口3而分隔,其中,在微型智能卡2之内还设置有一横向穿过微型智能卡2的预定的第二独立切口5,用于进一步减小微型智能卡2的尺寸,第二形独立切口5具有与带有连接撑条6的第一独立切口3不同的掰出方向。
本发明的基本思想在于ID-000格式的微型智能卡包含预定的断开点,其通过移去微型智能卡的一部分而使得微型智能卡进一步小型化,微型智能卡从ID-1卡中的取出方向不同于进一步小型化的微型智能卡的断开方向。
这有利地使ID-000格式的微型智能卡从ID-1格式的卡中取出而不沿用于进一步小型化微型智能卡的预定的断开切口断开成为可能。

                     具体实施方式
图1示出带有包含集成电路和接触面4的微型智能卡2的卡体1。微型智能卡2的外形由第一独立切口或冲孔3在剩余的卡体1内确定,并只通过一个或多个撑条6与其相连。撑条6被设计成允许微型智能卡2容易地从卡体1内掰出。在微型智能卡2内,还有第二独立切口5,其允许通过断开剩余的片8来进一步减小微型智能卡的尺寸。带有撑条9的第二独立切口5具有与带有连接撑条6的第一独立切口3不同的掰出方向,因此当ID-000格式的微型智能卡2从卡体1内断开时,撑条9不会断开。在微型智能卡被取出后,可以通过断开撑条9将微型智能卡的尺寸进一步减小。
图2示出了与图1类似的只有一个沿第二独立切口5提供的撑条9的智能卡。此外,撑条6相对并偏心地设置,以便在卡掰出过程中获得杠杆作用。
图3示出根据图1的卡的另一替换的实施例。其中中断第一独立切口3的两个撑条6平行于卡长侧边设置。在这种情况下,用于掰出的压力施加在微型智能卡的上或下部。由于第二独立切口5由两个撑条中断,这种位置呈现更稳定的连接,以便首先掰出微型智能卡,然后微型智能卡的部分8可以断开以形成缩小的微型智能卡。
撑条6或9的尺寸和数量取决于成品卡的所需的稳定性。中断微型智能卡的第一独立切口3的撑条6优选地设置在边缘区域。这有助于利用杠杆作用取出微型智能卡。

Claims (3)

1.一种带有可掰出的微型智能卡(2)的便携数据载体(1),微型智能卡(2)与便携数据载体(1)的其余部分通过围绕微型智能卡周边大部分的第一独立切口(3)而分隔,其特征在于,在微型智能卡(2)之内还设置有一横向穿过微型智能卡(2)的预定的第二独立切口(5),用于进一步减小微型智能卡(2)的尺寸,第二独立切口(5)具有与带有连接撑条(6)的第一独立切口(3)不同的掰出方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携数据载体,其特征在于,中断第一独立切口(3)的撑条(6)设置在微型智能卡(2)的两个相同方向的边缘区域。
3.如权利要求1或2的便携数据载体,其特征在于,在微型智能卡之内中断第二独立切口(5)的撑条(9)具有比连接微型智能卡和便携数据载体(1)的其余部分的撑条(6)更稳定的连接。
